According to the utility model discloses violently folding device 100, the second is violently managed 2 and is first violently managed 1 pivotable to can switch to folding position by the expansion position, reduce the size of instrument of riding instead of walk in width direction from this, make things convenient for carrying, transportation and the packing of instrument of riding instead of walk. Moreover, the locking assembly 3 is clamped with the clamping groove 201, so that the relative fixation between the second transverse pipe 2 and the first transverse pipe 1 in the folding position is ensured, and the second transverse pipe 2 is prevented from being switched to the unfolding state by mistake. Stopping the stopping part 105 of the other one of the first transverse pipe 1 and the second transverse pipe 2 by one of the first transverse pipe 1 and the second transverse pipe 2 ensures that the second transverse pipe 2 is relatively fixed with the first transverse pipe 1 when the second transverse pipe is unfolded, so that the structural stability is strong, the safety of the travel tool is high, and the safety of a user when the travel tool is used is improved.
For ease of understanding, arrow a in fig. 3 indicates the left-right direction of the lateral folding device 100, and arrow B in fig. 3 indicates the up-down direction of the lateral folding device 100.
In some embodiments, the locking assembly 3 comprises a spring 301 and a first top piece 302, the first cross tube 1 is provided with a sliding slot 101, the first top piece 302 is slidably provided on the first cross tube 1, and the first top piece 302 is movable along the sliding slot 101 to be snapped into and out of the snap slot 201. The spring 301 is disposed in the sliding chute 101, one end of the spring 301 abuts against the wall of the sliding chute 101, and the other end of the spring 301 abuts against the first top member 302.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, at least a part of the first top member 302 is slidably fitted in the slide groove 101, and the sliding direction of the first top member 302 is a horizontal direction. Taking the second horizontal tube 2 positioned on the left side of the first horizontal tube 1 as an example, the left end of the chute 101 is closed, and the right end is open. One end of the spring 301 abuts against the left end wall of the sliding chute 101, the other end of the spring 301 abuts against the left end surface of the first top piece 302, and the spring 301 presses the first top piece 302 towards the opening direction of the sliding chute 101 so as to push the first top piece 302 partially out of the sliding chute 101. Therefore, when the second transverse pipe 2 is pivoted to the folding position, the spring 301 can push the first top piece 302 to be automatically clamped into the clamping groove 201, so that the second transverse pipe 2 and the first transverse pipe 1 are relatively fixed, and the folding operation is convenient and fast.
In some embodiments, the lateral folding device 100 further includes a second top member 401, the second top member 401 is disposed on one of the first cross tube 1 and the second cross tube 2, a receiving cavity is formed between the first cross tube 1 and the second cross tube 2, and the first pivot 5 penetrates through the receiving cavity. The second top piece 401 is located in the accommodating cavity and surrounds the first pivot 5. At least a portion of the second top member 401 is movable between a first position and a second position, and when at least a portion of the second top member 401 is moved from the first position to the second position, the second top member 401 is able to push the first top member 302 out of the card slot 201.
As shown in fig. 5, when the second horizontal tube 2 is in the folded position, the portion of the first top piece 302 protruding out of the sliding slot 101 is also located in the receiving cavity, and the portion of the first top piece 302 is provided with a guiding slope opposite to the second top piece 401. The second top part 401 can abut against the guide inclined plane and move relatively in the moving process to push the first top part 302 to move in the direction away from the clamping groove 201, so that the first top part 302 is separated from the clamping groove 201, and the second transverse tube 2 is convenient to pivot to the unfolding position.
In some embodiments, a second top piece 401 is connected to the first cross tube 1 and at least a portion of the second top piece 401 is movable in the circumferential direction of the first pivot 5, the second top piece 401 having a first end 4012 and a second end 4013 circumferentially opposite the first pivot 5. The second transverse tube 2 is provided with a boss 203, the boss 203 is also located in the accommodating cavity, and the boss 203 is located between the first end 4012 and the second end 4013 in the circumferential direction of the first pivot 5. As the second cross tube 2 continues to pivot from the folded position toward away from the unfolded position, the boss 203 stops against the first end 4012 to urge at least a portion of the second top member 401 to move from the first position toward the second position. As the second cross tube 2 pivots toward the deployed position, the boss 203 stops against the second end 4013 to urge at least a portion of the second top member 401 to move from the second position toward the first position.
As shown in fig. 3-5, the first position refers to a position where the second end of the second ejector 401 abuts or is about to abut against the guiding slope of the first ejector 302 when the second cross tube 2 is in the folded position, and the second position refers to a position where the second ejector 401 pushes the first ejector 302 away from the slot and between the first ejector 302 and the slot. Take for example the second cross tube 2 pivoting counterclockwise relative to the first cross tube 1 to switch from the unfolded position to the folded position. When the second transverse tube 2 needs to be switched from the folded position to the unfolded position, the second transverse tube 2 is driven to pivot counterclockwise relative to the first transverse tube 1 from the folded position, the boss 203 presses the first end 4012 of the second ejector 401, so that the second end 4013 of the second ejector 401 moves counterclockwise along the circumferential direction of the first pivot 5 until the second end 4013 pushes the first ejector 302 away from the slot 201.
Subsequently, the second cross tube 2 pivots clockwise relative to the first cross tube 1, the boss 203 disengages from the first end 4012 of the second boss 401, and the second cross tube 2 passes through the folded position and continues to pivot toward the unfolded position, during which the boss 203 abuts against the second end 4013 of the second boss 401 and pushes the second end 4013 to move clockwise along the circumference of the first pivot 5 until the second boss 401 returns to the first position. The switching operation of the second transverse tube 2 between the unfolded position and the folded position is thereby facilitated and speedy.
In some embodiments, the first cross tube 1 has a second pivot 102, the second top member 401 has a slot 4011 at the first end 4012, and the slot 4011 is disposed on the second pivot 102. The second top member 401 is swingable with respect to the second pivot shaft 102 so that the second end 4013 is movable in the circumferential direction of the first pivot shaft 5.
As shown in fig. 5, the axial direction of the second pivot shaft 102 coincides with the axial direction of the first pivot shaft 5, and the second head member 401 extends in the circumferential direction of the first pivot shaft 5 and substantially forms a three-quarter ring structure. The rotary groove 4011 is provided on a side of the second head member 401 near the first pivot 5, that is, the rotary groove 4011 is close to the first pivot 5 in a radial direction of the first pivot 5. The portion of the second end 4013 of the second top member 401 that abuts the boss 203 is away from the first pivot 5, i.e., the portion is away from the first pivot 5 in the radial direction of the first pivot 5. Therefore, the second transverse pipe 2 can better push the second ejector 401 to swing, and the control is convenient and flexible.
In some embodiments, the lateral folding device 100 further comprises an end cap 6, and the first pivot 5 is provided on one side of the end cap 6. The first transverse pipe 1 is provided with a first through hole 103, the second transverse pipe 2 is provided with a second through hole 202, the end cover 6 is connected with the first transverse pipe 1, and the first pivot 5 sequentially penetrates through the second through hole 202 and the first through hole 103.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the end cap 6 is connected to the first transverse tube 1 to achieve a relative fixation of the end cap 6 to the first transverse tube 1. In the axial direction of the first pivot 5, the second transverse tube 2 is located between the end cap 6 and the second transverse tube 2, whereby the first transverse tube 1 and the second transverse tube 2 are pivotably connected.
In some embodiments, the lateral folding device 100 further comprises a torsion spring 7, the torsion spring 7 being disposed on the first pivot 5. One end of the torsion spring 7 is connected with the end cover 6, the other end of the torsion spring 7 is connected with the second transverse pipe 2, and the torsion spring 7 normally pushes the second transverse pipe 2 to recover to an expansion position. That is, the second horizontal tube 2 pivots counterclockwise from the folded position with respect to the first horizontal tube 1 so that the second top member 401 disengages the first top member 302 from the engaging slot 201, and then the second horizontal tube 2 is released, and the second horizontal tube 2 can directly pivot to the unfolded position under the urging of the torsion spring 7.
In some embodiments, end cap 6 is provided with attachment hole 601, first cross tube 1 is provided with threaded hole 104, and end cap 6 is attached to first cross tube 1 by bolting through attachment hole 601 and threadedly engaging threaded hole 104.
As shown in fig. 1, two screw holes 104 are provided and spaced apart in the up-down direction, two coupling holes 601 are provided and correspond to the two screw holes 104 one by one, and two bolts are passed through the respective coupling holes 601 and threadedly engaged with the respective screw holes 104. A stable connection of the end cap 6 to the first transverse tube 1 is thereby achieved.
In some embodiments, the axial direction of the first cross tube 1 is the same as the axial direction of the second cross tube 2 when the second cross tube 2 is in the unfolded position, and the axial direction of the first cross tube 1 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the second cross tube 2 when the second cross tube 2 is in the folded position.
Thus, when the second transverse tube 2 is positioned at the folding position, the size of the walk-substituting tool in the width direction is ensured to be approximately equal to that of the first transverse tube 1 in the left-right direction, so that the size of the walk-substituting tool in the width direction is minimum, and the walk-substituting tool is more convenient to carry, transport and package.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the second cross tube 2 pivots upward relative to the first cross tube 1 to switch to the folded position. Alternatively, the second transverse tube 2 can also be arranged to pivot relative to the first transverse tube 1 in other directions than downwards for switching to the folded position.
In some embodiments, the number of the second transverse tubes 2 is two, the first transverse tube 1 has a third end and a fourth end in the axial direction, the third end of the first transverse tube 1 is connected to one of the two second transverse tubes 2, and the fourth end of the first transverse tube 1 is connected to the other of the two second transverse tubes 2. Therefore, the size of the transverse frame in the width direction after being folded is smaller, so as to further facilitate the carrying, the transportation and the packing of the transportation tool.
