本实用新型公开了一种发电厂循环水冷却结构,包括发电厂循环水回水池,该回水池内设置着一个蒸发器,蒸发器的出口端连接着一个吸收器,吸收器出口端连接着一个溶液泵,溶液泵连接着一个溶液热交换器,溶液热交换器连接着一个发生器,发生器出口端连接着一个冷凝器,冷凝器出口端通过一个节流阀连接着蒸发器的进口端,发生器还通过溶液热交换器连接着吸收器。本实用新型能够大大降低热电厂工质损耗,以达到节约水资源的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种发电厂循环水冷却结构。
背景技术
目前国内热力发电企业最常用的循环水冷却方式主要为双曲线冷却塔自然或者强迫空气对流冷却。此方式已是十分成熟的工艺技术,但在实际运行中发现,虽然完全能够满足发电企业工艺要求,但是,由此产生的热能损失和工质(水蒸发)损耗十分可观,根据能源中心热力分厂近年来的循环水消耗量统计不难看出,水的蒸发损失大致全年平均在160t/h左右。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种发电厂循环水冷却结构,能够大大降低热电厂工质损耗,以达到节约水资源的目的。
实现上述目的的一种发电厂循环水冷却结构,包括发电厂循环水回水池,该回水池内设置着一个蒸发器,蒸发器的出口端连接着一个吸收器,吸收器出口端连接着一个溶液泵,溶液泵连接着一个溶液热交换器,溶液热交换器连接着一个发生器,发生器出口端连接着一个冷凝器,冷凝器出口端通过一个节流阀连接着蒸发器的进口端,发生器还通过溶液热交换器连接着吸收器。
本实用新型循环管路内装有氨水,氨水来源于热力发电厂脱硝***制备的氨水。利用氨水吸收制冷工艺实现对背景技术中所述问题的解决方案。氨水吸收式制冷技术在制冷行业已是很普遍的成熟技术,但在发电企业却罕见应用。简单来讲就是当液态氨受热被汽化为气态时会使周围的温度大大降低,如此一来循环水的热量就被液氨汽化吸热过程给吸收,从而降低了水温,更为重要的是,该机制不会造成循环水的大量蒸发,加之,氨水循环与冷却循环水之间没有直接的接触混合,不会造成循环水污染问题,同时可大大提高水资源的利用率,在减少新水水量消耗的同时,冬季亦可减少雾、霾、雪等的产生。

具体实施方式
一种发电厂循环水冷却结构,如图1所示,包括发电厂循环水回水池8,该回水池8内设置着一个蒸发器7,蒸发器7的出口端连接着一个吸收器1,吸收器1出口端连接着一个溶液泵2,溶液泵2连接着一个溶液热交换器3,溶液热交换器3连接着一个发生器4,发生器4出口端连接着一个冷凝5器,冷凝器5出口端通过一个节流阀6连接着蒸发器7的进口端,发生器4还通过溶液热交换器3连接着吸收器1。本实用新型冷却结构是一个氨水循环蒸发、冷却的***,同时对热电厂冷却水循环水池内的水进行降温,从而降低水蒸气的产生,从而降低水资源消耗。
