Further, the lower shell 2 comprises a bottom plate 21 and a mounting insertion plate 22 arranged on one side of the bottom plate 21, wherein the bottom plate 21 is provided with a slot 211 for inserting the front panel 12 and the rear panel 13; the installation inserting plate 22 is arranged at one side of the bottom plate 21 and opposite to the side baffle plate 14, sliding grooves matched with the side end parts of the front panel and the back panel are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the installation inserting plate 22 facing to the inner wall surfaces of the front panel 12 and the back panel 13, the side end parts of the front panel 12 and the back panel 13 are respectively inserted into the corresponding sliding grooves 221, and the lower edges of the front panel 12 and the back panel 13 are inserted into the corresponding inserting grooves 211 of the bottom plate 21. That is, when the servo controller housing is assembled, the side ends of the front panel 12 and the rear panel 13 are respectively inserted into the sliding grooves 221 of the inner wall surface of the mounting insertion plate 22, and the front panel 12 and the rear panel 13 are slid downward along the sliding grooves 221, so that the lower edges of the front panel 12 and the rear panel 13 can be inserted and fixed into the corresponding insertion grooves 211 of the bottom plate 21, and the upper housing and the lower housing are assembled into a whole in an insertion fit manner. Compare traditional servo controller shell and adopt the mode of screw-on, should go up casing 1 and assemble through the cartridge mode with casing 2 down, its equipment is simple and convenient, can accomplish the equipment fast.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a heat dissipation window 15 is opened on the surface of the front panel 12, and a heat dissipation net 16 is disposed on the surface of the rear panel 13, wherein the heat dissipation window 15 and the heat dissipation net 16 can realize convection with the outside air to dissipate heat inside the servo controller housing. Namely, the servo controller shell can realize quick heat dissipation through the heat dissipation window 15 and the heat dissipation net 16, so that the heat dissipation function and the service life of the servo controller are improved.
In one embodiment, the surface of the front panel 12 is further provided with a connector interface 17, the connector interface 17 is installed at an upper position adjacent to the heat dissipation window 15, and the servo controller is electrically connected with the servo motor through the connector interface 17. Moreover, a signal interface 18 is arranged on the surface of the side baffle 14, and the servo controller is electrically connected with an external signal connector through the signal interface 18.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the inner side wall of the mounting board 22 is provided with a first PCB slot 222 for a PCB to be inserted into, and the side wall 14 is provided with a second PCB slot (not shown) corresponding to the first PCB slot 222, where the first PCB slot 222 and the second PCB slot are parallel and opposite to each other. During assembly, the PCB circuit board is fixedly mounted in the first PCB card slot 222 and the second PCB card slot.
In an embodiment, the top of the mounting board 22 is provided with a threaded hole 24, the upper cover plate 11 is provided with a screw connection hole (not shown) corresponding to the threaded hole 24, and after the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2 are assembled in an inserting manner, a screw passes through the screw connection hole of the upper cover plate 11 and is fixed to the threaded hole 24 at the top of the mounting board 22, so that the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2 can be further fastened by the screw.
In order to further improve the heat dissipation function, as shown in fig. 3, a heat sink (not shown) is further disposed on the lower surface of the PCB, and the heat sink is used to conduct heat generated by the PCB to the heat sink and dissipate the heat through the heat dissipation window 15 and the heat dissipation mesh 16. Further, the base plate 21 is provided with screw holes 212 for mounting the heat sink, and the heat sink is fixed to the screw holes 212 of the base plate 21 by screws.
