Referring to fig. 3 and 4, horizontally opposite ear plates 15 are fixed at the middle position of the plate surface of the positioning plate 1, and a screw rod 22 is inserted between the opposite ear plates 15 and is rotatably connected with the ear plates 15. Further, bolts may be used to connect the lug plate 15 and the lead screw 22.
The positioning plate 1 is hung on a tack 31 of the steel structural member 3. The positioning plates 1 are at least symmetrically arranged at four sides of the component 3, so that the stability of the component 3 is ensured.
The implementation principle of the support for installing and positioning the steel structural member is as follows: hoisting the steel structural member 3 to a construction position, hanging the positioning plates 1 on the flat head studs 31 of the member 3 at two sides of the member 3, and tightly jacking the member 3 by screwing the screw 13 to adjust the relative positions of the member 3 and the positioning plates 1; the base 21 is fixed on the ground or foundation, the perpendicularity of the component 3 is adjusted through the adjustable inclined strut 2, and the perpendicularity of the component 3 is observed by using a laser level meter and a plumb gauge until the position and the perpendicularity of the component 3 meet requirements.
During the adjustment process, the hoisting device maintains the hoisting capacity of the member 3, ensuring the stability of the member 3.
After the component 3 is fixed, the positioning plate 1 and the adjustable inclined strut 2 are removed, and the next component 3 is installed.
