Detailed Description
The up, down, left and right directions used in the present application refer to up, down, left and right directions when the washing machine is placed in a working position.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a principle of a washing machine according to the present application, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a coupled door and a washing tub of the washing machine according to the present application, and fig. 3 is an exploded view of the coupled door and the washing tub of fig. 2. A washing machine according to the present application will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
The washing machine as shown in fig. 1 includes: a washing tub 300 for accommodating the object 400 to be washed and washing water and having an opening portion for putting the object to be washed; the machine door assembly comprises a machine door 100 and pressing parts 1 and 2. The door 100 covers the opening part and is used for opening and closing the cleaning tank 300, the rotating end of the door 100 is rotatably connected with the cleaning tank 300, and the pressing parts 1 and 2 are positioned below the door 100 and are used for pressing and releasing the pressing on the object to be cleaned. The rotation end of the door 100 refers to the end of the door 100 rotatably connected to the washing tub 1, and is located at the upper side in fig. 1.
The washing machine also comprises two locking assemblies 3, 4. As shown in fig. 2, two locking assemblies 3, 4 are disposed at the opening and closing end of the door 100, which is the end where the door 100 can be opened, i.e., the opposite end to the rotation end of the door 100, and is located downward in fig. 1. The locking assembly may include a door lock assembly 200 located on the door 100.
The door lock assembly 200 may include: the machine door lock 210, the machine door lock 210 includes the lock tongue 201; a door handle 250 disposed on the door 100 and used for opening the door 100, wherein the door handle 250 is rotatably connected to the door 100 through a handle rotating shaft 240; and a trip member 252 fixedly coupled to the door handle 250, see fig. 7 and 8.

As shown in fig. 4, two touching parts are distributed on two sides of the door handle 250, and inserted into the locking tongues 201 on two sides, so as to touch the locking tongues 201 on two sides respectively. When the number of the locking assemblies is larger than 2, the touch pieces with the same number as the locking assemblies can be arranged and respectively touch the lock tongues of each locking assembly, so that the lock tongues of all the locking assemblies can exit the corresponding locking groove. In the illustrated example, one door pull 250 may operate two locking assemblies, which facilitate opening and closing of the door. It is to be understood that the present application is not limited thereto. For example, one door pull 250 may also operate more locking assemblies simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the door lock 210 includes a compression spring 220, one end of the locking tongue 201 is connected to the compression spring 220, the other end of the locking tongue 201 is provided with a locking tongue hole 213, the trigger 252 is inserted into the locking tongue hole 213, the rotation of the trigger 252 acts on the locking tongue hole 213, so as to drive the locking tongue 201 to exit from the locking groove 301, and after the locking tongue 201 is inserted into the locking groove 301, the elastic force of the compression spring 220 keeps the locking tongue 201 in the locking groove 301. As shown in fig. 6, the trigger 252 is inserted into the latch hole 213, and the latch tongue 201 is protruded rightward and held in the latch groove 301 by the elastic force of the compression spring 220. In this state, the locking assembly locks the door to the wash bowl.
As shown in fig. 7, the trigger 252 drives the latch 201 to retract to the left and to exit from the locking slot 301 by the rotation of the door handle. In this state, the door can be opened from the wash bowl.
As shown in fig. 8, two positioning ribs 103 are disposed on the door assembly, and the two positioning ribs 103 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the handle rotating shaft 240 and are used for limiting the left and right movement of the handle rotating shaft 240. Although the frame 322 and the cover 321 are locked together by using the first locking portion 331, the second locking portion 332 and the locking portions corresponding thereto, the frame 322 and the cover 321 may be connected by other methods, for example, the frame 322 and the cover 321 may be bonded together.

The designated locking components are those which are previously confirmed to be locked before the washing machine starts to work according to product design requirements or customization of users, and the control system needs to determine whether the locking components are locked through the locking state confirmation device.
Fig. 16 shows an operational principle diagram of a control method of closing a door of a washing machine according to the present application.
As shown in fig. 16, the door is locked, the power is turned on, the program is selected, the start key is pressed, when the first locking component is locked, the locking state of the second locking component is determined, when the first locking component is unlocked, an error is reported, and the door is locked again; when the second locking component is locked, the program is run, and when the second locking component is unlocked, the error is reported, and the machine door is locked again.
In fig. 16, the washing machine uses two locking assemblies, a first locking assembly and a second locking assembly, the first locking state confirmation device checks whether the first locking assembly is in a locking state, the second locking state confirmation device checks whether the second locking assembly is in a locking state, and the washing machine starts to operate the washing course if and only if both the first locking assembly and the second locking assembly are in a locking state.
In fig. 14, only the case where the washing machine uses two locking assemblies is illustrated, but the present application is not limited thereto, and three, four or more locking assemblies may be used, and the washing program is executed when all the locking assemblies are designated in the locked state, and otherwise, the locking assemblies are prompted to be unlocked.
When the number of times of continuously prompting that the locking component is unlocked exceeds the preset number, an error of the machine door not being correctly closed is prompted.
The predetermined number is designed in advance by the manufacturer of the washing machine or the user, and may be, for example, 3 times.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine comprising:
a washing tank for accommodating an object to be washed and washing water and having an opening portion for putting the object to be washed; and
the machine door assembly comprises a machine door and a pressing part,
wherein the machine door covers the opening part and is used for opening and closing the cleaning tank, the rotating end of the machine door is rotatably connected with the cleaning tank,
the pressing part is positioned below the machine door and is used for pressing and releasing the object to be cleaned,
the method is characterized in that:
the washing machine further includes a plurality of locking assemblies disposed at an opening and closing end of the door, at least two of the locking assemblies being disposed at both sides of a center line in a left and right direction of the door.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the washing machine has two pressing parts arranged along the left and right direction of the machine door,
in the left-right direction, the two locking assemblies and the two pressing portions are arranged in one-to-one correspondence.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the washing machine further includes:
a locking state confirmation means for determining whether the door is locked at a position suitable for the washing machine to start operating; and
and the control system can acquire the information fed back by the locking state confirmation device, and if the information that the machine door is locked is acquired, the washing machine starts to work, and if the information that the machine door is locked is not acquired, the washing machine does not start to work.
4. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the locking assembly includes:
the bolt is arranged on the cleaning tank; and
and the locking groove is arranged on the machine door for the bolt to enter and exit.
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein:
the locking assembly is an electronic lock, and the electronic lock comprises a lock tongue and a locking groove.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein:
the locking assembly comprises a door lock assembly located on the door,
the gate lock assembly includes:
the engine door lock comprises a lock tongue;
the machine door handle is arranged on the machine door and used for opening the machine door, and the machine door handle is rotationally connected with the machine door through a handle rotating shaft; and
a touch piece fixedly connected with the machine door handle,
the locking assembly also comprises a locking groove which is arranged on the cleaning groove and is used for the bolt to enter and exit,
the door handle is rotated to drive the touch piece to rotate, and the touch piece touches the lock tongue to exit the locking groove.
7. The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein:
the door lock comprises a pressure spring, one end of the lock tongue is connected with the pressure spring,
the other end of the lock tongue is provided with a lock tongue hole, the touch piece is inserted into the lock tongue hole, the rotation of the touch piece acts on the lock tongue hole so as to drive the lock tongue to exit from the locking groove,
after the lock tongue is inserted into the locking groove, the spring force of the pressure spring makes the lock tongue keep in the locking groove.
8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein:
the lock state confirmation apparatus includes:
the magnetic insert is arranged on the lock tongue;
a coil disposed within the locking slot; and
a current receiving section;
when the locking assembly locks the door, the magnetic insert is partially or completely inserted into the coil;
and when the current receiving part receives that the generated current exceeds a preset threshold value, the machine door is judged to be locked at a position suitable for the washing machine to start working.
9. The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein:
said locking condition verification means being located partially or wholly within or adjacent said locking groove,
the lock state confirmation means includes contact type detection means.
10. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized in that:
the door component is provided with two positioning ribs which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the handle rotating shaft and used for limiting the left-right movement of the handle rotating shaft.
