The trolley is characterized in that universal wheels 2 are fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the trolley body 1, the number of the universal wheels 2 is four, and the four universal wheels 2 are respectively mounted at four corners of the lower surface of the trolley body 1; two push handles 15 are fixedly arranged at the side edge of one side of the trolley body 1; the threaded rod 5 penetrates through the lifting block 4 and is in threaded fit with the lifting block 4; a first conical gear 12 is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped wall of the threaded rod 5, a rotating handle 14 is rotatably connected to the side wall of the support pile 3, and one end of the rotating handle 14 extends into the inner cavity of the support pile 3; a second conical gear 13 is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating handle 14, and the second conical gear 13 is meshed with the first conical gear 12; the limiting structures are arranged at the supporting limiting plate 7 at equal intervals; the threaded rod handle 22 penetrates through the limiting sliding block 21 and is in threaded fit with the limiting sliding block 21; a limit inserting plate 24 is fixedly connected to the side wall of one side of the movable clamping jaw 23; a slot is formed in one side of the fixed jaw 25, and the size of the slot in the fixed jaw 25 is the same as that of the limiting inserting plate 24.
When the trolley is used, firstly, E-commerce parcels to be transported are respectively placed at the upper surface of the trolley body 1 and the upper surfaces of different supporting limit plates 7 according to classification, the rotating handle 14 is rotated to drive the second-order bevel gear 13 to rotate, the first-order bevel gear 12 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the second-order bevel gear 13, the threaded rod 5 is driven to rotate, the lifting block 4 is driven to move through the rotation of the threaded rod 5, the supporting limit plates 7 are driven to move up and down through the movement of the lifting block 4, and further, the space between the supporting limit plates 7 and the space between the supporting limit plates 7 and the trolley body 1 are controlled by adjusting the height of the supporting limit plates 7, and further, the E-commerce parcels to be transported can be adjusted according to the number and the size of different parcels, so that the space utilization rate of the trolley is further improved, meanwhile, when the height of the supporting limiting plate 7 is adjusted, the limiting pressing plate 11 can be tightly pressed on the upper surface of a package to limit and fix the package, the dropping caused by jolting in the transportation process can be effectively avoided, the use is more stable, when the weight of the package in operation of the device is light, the device can be driven to move by manually pushing a push hand 15, when the weight of the package in operation of the device is heavy, the traction connecting structure of the device can be connected with a tractor to perform traction movement, when the connection is performed, the fixing block 20 of the device is moved to the fixing rod at the tail of the tractor, the fixing rod of the tractor is arranged between the limiting insertion plate 24 and the fixing block 20, the threaded rod handle 22 is rotated to drive the limiting sliding block 21 to move, then the movable clamping jaw 23 is driven to move by the limiting sliding block 21, the limiting insertion plate 24 is driven to be inserted into the slot of the fixed clamping jaw 25 by the movement of the movable clamping jaw 23, and the movable clamping claw 23 and the fixed clamping claw 25 are used for meshing and fixing the fixed rod of the tractor, so that the device is connected with the tractor to perform traction movement.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the device is reasonable in structure and convenient to use, the device is provided with the supporting and fixing structure, packages needing to be transported can be classified, placed and transported, the packages are convenient to select, and meanwhile the position of the supporting and fixing structure can be flexibly adjusted, so that the space utilization rate of the device is improved;
2. the device is provided with a limiting structure, packages transferred on the device can be limited and fixed through the limiting structure, falling caused by bumping in the transferring process is avoided, and the use is more stable;
3. this device has and pulls connection structure, through pull connection structure can be comparatively convenient with being connected between this device and other traction vehicles, be convenient for make this device shift fast, use more in a flexible way, be fit for promoting.
