该剥皮机由动力机，减速箱和与减速箱输出轴连 接的鼓形刀毂上，有用螺钉通过压盖固定的圆弧形刀 片。该剥皮机具有自动进刀，剥皮时不需施加压力， 使用时省力，比人工剥皮效率提高6—10倍。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种小径木枝丫材剥皮机。
已见国外手提式小径木枝丫材剥皮机是在油锯的动力输出轴上或导板前安装一个圆柱式铣刀头，剥皮时需向刀头施加一定的压力，才能剥掉树皮，劳动强度大，效率低。目前我国尚缺乏这种工具，除用固定式剥皮机外，仍是人工剥皮，每人每日只能剥0.5－1.0m3。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种小径木枝丫材剥皮机，剥皮时不用施加压力，劳动强度小，效率高。
结合附图，本实用新型是这样实现的。由动力机7和减速箱9组成的手提式小径木枝丫材剥皮机，在与减速箱输出轴连接的鼓形刀毂4上，用螺钉2通过压盖3固定有2－4片弧形刀片1，刀片宽度60－100mm，刀片圆弧半径60－100mm，刀刃角度和切削角为45度－60度，动力机后有把手8，刀毂由端盖6固定。
按照上述结构制成的手提式小径木枝丫材剥皮机，动力可选用双相微型电动机，也可以选用小型汽油机。刀头在机体的前端突出位置，不论木材弯曲度多大，刀头都可接触到木材的任何一处表面，能够剥净树皮。以刀片作切削刀具比铣刀刃锋利，靠刀头旋转的惯性实现自动进刀，剥皮效率高，比手工剥皮提高6－10倍。剥皮时不需向刀头施加压力，操作十分省力，减轻劳动强度。

实施例：1.按照附图 所示结构，以600W电机作动力，刀片为两片，刀片宽度60mm，刀片圆弧半径60mm，使用该机每人每日可剥3m3小径木树皮。
2.按照附图所示结构，以1500W电机作动力，刀片为4片，刀片宽度为100mm，刀片圆弧半径100mm，使用该机每人每日可剥5m3小径木树皮。

1、一种由动力机7和减速箱9组成的手提式小径木枝丫材剥皮机，其特征是在与减速箱输出轴连接的鼓形刀毂4上，用螺钉2通过压盖3固定有2-4片弧形刀片1，刀片宽度60-100mm，刀片圆弧半径60-100mm，刀刃角度和切削角为45度-60度，刀毂由端盖6固定。
