And one end of the bed board 120 is provided with a head frame for fixing the head of the patient, so that the safety of the patient in the operation process is ensured.
It should be noted that the table board 120 for conveying the patient to the image scanning area and the table board 120 for performing position and/or angle change are the same table board or a plurality of table boards (a series of table boards that can be replaced with each other), and different table boards 120 may be selected for different application scenarios. Meaning that the bed board 120 has different models, can replace to different demands. For example, the translated couch plate 120 may be slid from the operating table into the MRI for examination; if the bed is used for operation, angle change and the like can be performed.
Optionally, the bed body 110 is an integral supporting frame, an integral supporting seat or a split structure. The base 111 can increase the stability of the universal therapeutic bed 100, and the upright column 112 can effectively reduce the weight of the universal therapeutic bed 100 while ensuring the supporting strength. Further, the locking feedback device 130 is disposed on the base 111, and the locking feedback device 130 senses whether the base 111 is locked after moving to the operation area or the imaging area. Meanwhile, the bed body 110 moved to the imaging area can be effectively prevented from falling after being locked by the locking structure 300 arranged on the supporting surface 500, and the locking feedback device 130 can feed back locking information to the universal treatment couch 100, so that the universal treatment couch 100 can safely perform imaging-related adaptive actions after being locked in place. As an implementation, the lock-up feedback device 130 is a photoelectric sensor and/or a pressure sensor, or the lock-up feedback device 130 is a structure similar to an audible and visual alarm, and can emit sound information or light information after being triggered.

As shown in fig. 1-4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the column 112 of the bed body 110 is a telescopic column, and the column 112 drives the bed board 120 to be far away from or close to the base 111 when being telescopic, so that the universal treatment bed 100 can be conveniently lifted according to actual operation needs to adjust the height of the universal treatment bed 100, and the universal treatment bed 100 can also be conveniently adjusted according to the height of the imaging device 200 to adjust the height of the patient on the bed board 120. Further, the bed plate 120 is movably disposed on the bed body 110, the bed plate 120 can slide in a set direction (for example, a horizontal direction) with respect to the bed body 110, or the bed plate 120 can slide in two set directions perpendicular to each other (for example, two directions perpendicular to each other in a horizontal plane) with respect to the bed body 110, or the bed plate 120 can rotate with respect to the bed body 110. The movable couch top 120 can feed the patient into the imaging apparatus 200 at an optimal imaging position, for example, the couch top 120 can move along the length of the couch top 110 to feed the patient into the imaging apparatus 200 at an optimal imaging position. There is a risk of tipping during the movement of the bed plate 120, but the locking structure 300 and the locking feedback device 130 can effectively maintain the stability of the bed 110, thereby ensuring the safety of the patient.
Safe movement of the universal treatment couch 100 is a prerequisite to ensure that the surgical procedure is successfully completed and that the patient is safe.
