Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic view of an application scenario provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario is a balcony, and for convenience of illustration, a rectangular coordinate system is established in a three-dimensional space where the balcony is located. Wherein, the length direction of the balcony is defined as an X-axis, the width direction of the balcony is defined as a Y-axis, and the height direction of the balcony is defined as a Z-axis. In addition, the corner points of the balcony in the three-dimensional space are defined as a, b, c, d, e, f, g and h, respectively.
It should be noted that fig. 1 is only one possible implementation listed in the present application. It is understood that the clothes horse provided by the embodiment of the present application can be applied to other scenes besides the balcony, and all the clothes horses should fall into the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of a laundry rack provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 2, the laundry rack provided by the embodiment of the present application includes two fixing bars 100 and one connecting bar 200. The fixing rod 100 is used for being fixed between two parallel side walls through a telescopic action and an abutting action. Specifically, the length of the fixing rod 100 can be adjusted by telescoping, and when the length of the fixing rod 100 matches the distance between two parallel side walls, a large pressure is generated between the fixing rod 100 and the side walls, and a large friction force is generated between the fixing rod 100 and the side walls, so that the fixing rod 100 is fixed between the two parallel side walls. For example, in the application scenario shown in fig. 1, the fixing rod 100 may be fixed between the side bcgf and the side adhe by a telescopic action and a pushing action.
When the fixing of the two fixing bars 100 is completed, the connecting bar 200 may be disposed between the two fixing bars 100. Specifically, both ends of the connection rod 200 are fixed to the two fixing rods 100, respectively. At this time, the clothes can be dried on the connection rod 200.
By adopting the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the clothes hanger is fixed through the side wall, and the problem that the top suspended ceiling causes the clothes hanger to be incapable of being installed is avoided. In addition, the dead lever avoids causing destruction to the wall body for exempting from the installation of punching, and the installation is firm.
It is understood that one skilled in the art can also use only one fixing bar 100 as a laundry rack. For example, in the application scenario shown in fig. 1, a single fixing bar 100 is fixed between the side face abfe and the side face dcgh, and clothes are aired through the fixing bar 100. However, the balcony is generally rectangular, i.e., has a large dimension in the X-axis direction as shown in fig. 1. The fixing rod 100 is fixed between two parallel sides by a telescopic action and an abutting action, and the larger the distance between the two parallel sides is, the weaker the fixing strength of the fixing rod 100 is. Therefore, when the fixing bar 100 is directly fixed between the side face abfe and the side face dcgh, the fixing bar 100 is very likely to fall off.
Accordingly, the fixing rod 100 is fixed between the side bcgf and the side adhe in the embodiment of the present application, and the fixing rod 100 can be fixed more firmly because the distance between the side bcgf and the side adhe is short. In addition, the embodiment of the application adopts two fixing rods 100 for fixing, so that the fixing strength of the clothes hanger is further improved.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a fixing rod provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown; referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of another fixing rod provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing rod 100 may be extended and contracted to adjust the length of the fixing rod 100. The principle of this will be explained in detail below with reference to the exploded view.
Referring to fig. 5, an exploded structure diagram of a fixing rod according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 5, the fixing rod 100 includes a fixing rod inner tube 101 and a fixing rod outer tube 102. Wherein, the one end of dead lever inner tube 101 is equipped with dead lever retaining member 103, dead lever inner tube 101 with dead lever retaining member 103 fixed connection. The periphery of the fixed rod retaining member 103 is further sleeved with an expansion nut 104, and the internal thread of the expansion nut 104 is matched with the external thread of the fixed rod retaining member 103.
In use, the rod inner tube 101 will have one end with an expansion nut 104 extending into the rod outer tube 102. When the expansion nut 104 is in the unlocked state, the rod inner tube 101 may be slid relative to the rod outer tube 102 (at which point the expansion nut 104 slides with the rod inner tube 101), thereby adjusting the length of the rod 100. When the expansion nut 104 is in the tightened state, the rod inner tube 101 and the rod outer tube 102 are fixed, i.e., the total length of the rod inner tube 101 and the rod outer tube 102 is fixed.
In an alternative embodiment, when the fixed rod inner tube 101 drives the fixed rod locking member 103 to rotate clockwise relative to the fixed rod outer tube 102, the fixed rod locking member 103 is screwed into the expansion nut 104 (because there is a friction force between the expansion nut 104 and the fixed rod outer tube 102, the expansion nut 104 does not rotate with the fixed rod locking member 103), the expansion nut 104 expands, the friction force between the expansion nut 104 and the fixed rod outer tube 102 becomes large, the expansion nut 104 is fixed with the fixed rod outer tube 102, and the fixed rod inner tube 101 and the fixed rod outer tube 102 are fixed. When the fixing rod inner tube 101 drives the fixing rod locking member 103 to rotate anticlockwise relative to the fixing rod outer tube 102, the fixing rod locking member 103 is screwed out of the expansion nut 104, the expansion nut 104 contracts, friction force between the expansion nut 104 and the fixing rod outer tube 102 is reduced, the expansion nut 104 is unlocked with the fixing rod outer tube 102, and then the fixing rod inner tube 101 and the fixing rod outer tube 102 are unlocked.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic view of a cooperative structure of a retaining rod locking member and an expansion nut according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 6, the fixation rod lock 103 and the expansion nut 104 may be configured with mating tapers such that the expansion nut 104 expands or contracts when the fixation rod lock 103 and the expansion nut 104 are rotated relative to each other.
The other end of the fixing rod inner tube 101 is further provided with a fine adjustment nut 105, and the internal thread of the fine adjustment nut 105 is matched with the external thread of the fixing rod inner tube 101. It is understood that the overall length of the fixation rod 100 may be finely adjusted as the fine adjustment nut 105 is rotated relative to the fixation rod inner tube 101.
In a specific implementation, two ends of the fixing rod 100 are respectively provided with a fixing rod supporting seat 106, and the fixing rod supporting seat 106 can increase a contact area between the fixing rod 100 and the side wall, so as to improve a friction force between the fixing rod 100 and the side wall. In the embodiment of the present application, the rod support seat 106 at the end of the rod inner tube 101 is connected to the fine adjustment nut 105, and the rod support seat 106 at the end of the rod outer tube 102 is connected to the rod outer tube 102 through the seat connector 108.
In an alternative embodiment, the rod supporting seat 106 is further provided with a friction pad 107, and the friction pad 107 has a larger friction coefficient, so that the friction between the rod 100 and the sidewall can be increased under the same pressure.
When in use, firstly, the fixed rod locking piece 103 is adjusted to be in an unlocking state, and the fixed rod 100 is adjusted to be matched with the width between the two side walls; secondly, the fixing rod locking member 103 is adjusted to a locking state, and at this time, if the fixing rod 100 is pressed to the side wall, the fixing rod inner tube 101 and the fixing rod outer tube 102 do not move; finally, the length of the fixing rod 100 is further extended by turning the fine adjustment nut 105, so that the pressure between the fixing rod 100 and the side walls is increased, so that the fixing rod 100 is fixed between the two side walls.
It is understood that the fixing position of the fixing rod 100 at the side wall can be selected by the user according to his or her own needs, but the interval between the two fixing rods 100 should be matched with the connecting rod 200 in order to fix the connecting rod 200 between the two fixing rods 100.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic structural diagram of a connecting rod provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown; referring to fig. 8, a schematic structural diagram of another connecting rod provided in the embodiments of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the connecting rod 200 has at least three state changes: first, the length of the connecting rod 200 is adjustable to adapt to different application scenarios; secondly, the hook connecting rods 205 at both ends of the connecting rod 200 can be received inside the connecting rod 200 for storage and transportation; third, the hook 204 can rotate around the axis of the hook connecting rod 205 connecting rod 200 to adapt to different suspension scenarios. The principle of this will be explained in detail below with reference to the exploded view.
Referring to fig. 9, an exploded structure diagram of a connecting rod according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 9, the connecting rod 200 includes an inner connecting rod tube 201 and an outer connecting rod tube 202, and the inner connecting rod tube 201 extends into the outer connecting rod tube 202 and is slidably connected to the outer connecting rod tube 202, so as to adjust the length of the connecting rod 200. The outside of connecting rod outer tube 202 still overlaps and is equipped with lock nut 203, and the internal thread of this lock nut 203 matches with the external screw thread of connecting rod outer tube 202 one end, and after the length adjustment of connecting rod 200 was accomplished, can be through this lock nut 203 with connecting rod inner tube 201 and connecting rod outer tube 202 locking for unable relative slip takes place between connecting rod inner tube 201 and the connecting rod outer tube 202.
In order to facilitate the connection with the fixing rod 100, a hook 204 is respectively provided at both ends of the connecting rod 200, and the hook 204 is connected with the connecting rod inner tube 201 or the connecting rod outer tube 202 through the connecting rod 200 by a hook connecting rod 205. Specifically, one end of the hook connecting rod 205 connecting rod 200 is connected with the bottom end of the hook 204, the other end of the hook connecting rod 205 connecting rod 200 is connected with the fixed sliding block 206, and the fixed sliding block 206 is limited inside the connecting rod inner tube 201 or the connecting rod outer tube 202 through the fixed cap 207. It will be appreciated that the fixing cap 207 is provided with a through hole so that the fixing slider 206 can be coupled to the hooking connecting rod 205 coupling rod 200 through the through hole.
In order to be suitable for more application scenes, the hook 204 in the embodiment of the present application is rotatably connected to the hook connecting rod 205 connecting rod 200, so that the hook 204 can rotate in 200360 degrees relative to the hook connecting rod 205 connecting rod, and the hook 204 can rotate around the axis of the hook connecting rod 205 connecting rod 200 as a central axis. Of course, those skilled in the art can adjust the angle according to actual requirements, for example, the hook 204 and the hook connecting rod 205 are fixedly connected to the connecting rod 200, and the hook connecting rod 205 and the fixed slider 206 are rotatably connected to each other, so that the hook connecting rod 205 can rotate 360 degrees relative to the axis of the connecting rod 200, and further the hook 204 is driven to rotate around the axis of the hook connecting rod 205 as a central axis.
For the convenience of storage and transportation, the hook connecting rod 205 and the connecting rod 200 are connected with the connecting rod inner tube 201 or the connecting rod outer tube 202 in a swinging mode, and the fixed sliding block 206 can slide in the connecting rod inner tube 201 or the connecting rod outer tube 202. When the hook connecting rod 205 needs to be stored, the connecting rod 200 can be swung to be parallel to the connecting rod inner tube 201 or the connecting rod outer tube 202, and then the hook connecting rod can be stored in the connecting rod inner tube 201 or the connecting rod outer tube 202 through the through hole on the fixing cap 207, as shown in fig. 7. Based on the same principle, when in use, the hook connecting rod 205 connecting rod 200 can be drawn out from the inner part of the connecting rod inner pipe 201 or the connecting rod outer pipe 202 through the through hole on the fixing cap 207.
In order to adapt to more application scenes, the hooking connecting rod 205 connecting rod 200 can be arranged into multiple sections, and two adjacent sections of hooking connecting rods 205 are connected with each other in a swinging mode and are connected with each other. When the suspension rod is used, a user can draw out the corresponding segment number in the inner part of the inner connecting rod pipe 201 or the outer connecting rod pipe 202 according to requirements so as to adjust the suspension height of the connecting rod 200.
The embodiment of the present application sets the hook connecting rod 205 to 3 segments, and those skilled in the art can set other segment numbers according to actual requirements, for example, 5 segments, 8 segments, etc., which is not specifically limited by the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 10, a schematic structural diagram of another connecting rod provided in the embodiments of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 10, the connecting rod 200 is different from the connecting rod 200 shown in fig. 7 to 9 in that a hanger 204 is connected to a connecting rod inner tube 201 or a connecting rod outer tube 202 by a rope. In particular, the rope may be a steel rope 208. The principle of this will be explained in detail below with reference to the exploded view.
Referring to fig. 11, an exploded view of another connecting rod according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 11, the connecting rod 200 includes a wire rope 208, and one end of the wire rope 208 is connected to the hook 204, and the other end is connected to the fixed slider 206. The fixed slider 206 can slide within the connecting rod inner tube 201 or the connecting rod outer tube 202. When the steel wire rope 208 needs to be stored, the steel wire rope can be stored into the inner connecting rod pipe 201 or the outer connecting rod pipe 202 through the through hole in the fixing cap 207; in use, the steel wire rope 208 can be pulled out from the inner connecting rod pipe 201 or the outer connecting rod pipe 202 through the through hole on the fixing cap 207.
In addition, in order to facilitate the length adjustment of the wire rope 208, a wire rope fixing part 209 is further arranged on the connecting rod inner pipe 201 and/or the connecting rod outer pipe 202. Specifically, the wire rope fixing member 209 may be a bolt, and when the bolt is tightened, the wire rope 208 may be pressed inside the connecting rod inner tube 201 and/or the connecting rod outer tube 202; when the bolt is loosened, the wire rope 208 may move inside the inner connecting rod pipe 201 and/or the outer connecting rod pipe 202, thereby adjusting the length of the wire rope 208. It should be noted that adjusting the length of the wire rope 208 herein means adjusting the length of the wire rope 208 extending out of the inner pipe 201 and/or the outer pipe 202 of the connecting rod.
When the steel wire rope fixing part is used, firstly, the steel wire rope fixing part 209 is loosened, and the steel wire rope 208 is pulled out in the connecting rod inner pipe 201 and/or the connecting rod outer pipe 202 by a required length; the wire rope mount 209 is then tightened, at which time the wire rope 208 is fixed inside the inner pipe 201 of the connecting rod and/or the connecting rod 200.
Referring to fig. 12, a schematic structural view of another clothes hanger provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 12, the connecting rod 200 of the laundry rack is connected to the hook 204 by a wire 208. It can be understood that the length of the steel wire will affect the suspension height of the connecting rod 200, and the embodiment of the present application can perform stepless adjustment (only 3-segment adjustment compared to the embodiment shown in fig. 7-9) on the height of the connecting rod 200, compared to the connecting rod 200 shown in fig. 7-9, to better meet the user's requirement.
It will be appreciated that, in use, the length of the connecting rod 200 should be the same as the distance between two fixing rods 100. In the installation process, a user may need to fix the two fixing rods 100 first, measure the distance between the two fixing rods 100, adjust the connecting rod 200 to a length matching the distance between the two fixing rods 100, and finally hang the two hooks 204 on the two fixing rods 100 respectively to complete the installation of the clothes hanger.
In order to facilitate the installation, in a possible implementation manner of the present application, a sliding rail is further disposed between the inner connecting rod tube 201 and the outer connecting rod tube 202, and the sliding rail can greatly reduce the friction force when the inner connecting rod tube 201 and the outer connecting rod tube 202 slide with each other. In the installation, the user can directly hang two couples 204 on two dead levers 100 respectively, and under the effect of gravity, connecting rod inner tube 201 and connecting rod outer tube 202 relative slip extremely with two dead levers 100 apart from assorted length, realize the automatic matching of length, easy operation.
It should be noted that other components in the embodiments of the present application can refer to the descriptions shown in fig. 7 to 9, and are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 13, a schematic view of another application scenario provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown. In fig. 13, coordinate points of the three-dimensional space of the application scene are identified by markers a1, b1, c1, d1, e1, f1, g1, h1, i1, j1, k1, and m 1. As shown in fig. 13, in this application scenario, the heights of the tops are different, and the height of the plane a1b1c1h1 is higher than the height of the plane g1d1e1f 1. By adopting the clothes hanger provided by the embodiment of the application, the length of the connecting rod 200 or the steel wire rope 208 can be adjusted by adjusting the hook connecting rod 205, so that the clothes hanger is suitable for the application scene.
Referring to fig. 14, a schematic view of another application scenario provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown. In fig. 14, coordinate points of the three-dimensional space of the application scene are identified by markers a2, b2, c2, d2, e2, f2, g2, h2, i2, j2, k2, m2, n2, p2, q2, and r 2. As shown in fig. 14, in the application scenario, there is a partition at the top, and if the side b2p2q2g1 and the side a2n2r2h2 are inconvenient to install at the right side of the partition, the fixing bar 100 may be installed between the side i2f2e2j2 and the side h2g2q2r 2.
To sum up, the clothes hanger that dries in air that this application embodiment provided can be applicable to various application scenarios, convenient to use.
