The wearable device provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, an embodiment of the present application discloses a storage box, which includes a first box 100 and a second box 200, and the first box 100 and the second box 200 can be opened or closed relatively to facilitate storage of a head-mounted display device 500. In the embodiment of the present application, the head-mounted display device 500 may include augmented reality glasses, virtual reality glasses, and the like.
The first cassette assembly 100 is the main receiving portion of the cartridge and the first cassette assembly 100 may include an outer shell 110, an inner shell 120 and a support 130. The housing 110 may be formed with a cavity having respective sides and bottom closed and a top open. Alternatively, the housing 110 may be an elongated housing.
In one example, the first case assembly 100 may further include a first decoration 140, and the first decoration 140 is clamped at outer sides of two ends of the outer case 110 along the first direction by using a snap manner, so as to improve appearance performance of the outer case 110.
The inner shell 120 is disposed in the cavity of the outer shell 110. Part of the outer wall of the inner shell 120 may be correspondingly attached to the inner wall of the cavity of the outer shell 110 to achieve the mutual assembly between the inner shell 120 and the outer shell 110. Alternatively, the inner housing 120 may be an elongated housing. A receiving space 121 is formed in the inner case 120, the head-mounted display device 500 can be placed in the receiving space 121, and the receiving space 121 at least partially matches the shape of the head-mounted display device 500. The head-mounted display device 500 can be supported and limited by the at least part of the accommodating space 121, so that the head-mounted display device 500 is relieved from shaking in the accommodating space 121.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to further alleviate the problem that the head-mounted display device 500 shakes in the accommodating space 121, the supporting portion 122 is disposed on the inner shell 120, and at least a portion of the supporting portion 122 extends to the inner side of the accommodating space 121, so that the supporting portion 122 can support and limit the head-mounted display device 500 placed in the accommodating space 121. Alternatively, the side wall of part of the inner case 120 protrudes to the inner side of the receiving space 121 to form the supporting portion 122, that is, the supporting portion 122 may be some protruding structure, but the specific shape and arrangement form of the supporting portion 122 are not limited.
The supporting member 130 is a reinforcing structure of the storage box, the supporting member 130 is disposed between the outer shell 110 and the inner shell 120, and the supporting member 130 is partially attached to a portion of the outer shell 110 and a portion of the inner shell 120. Alternatively, the supporting member 130 may be a sheet structure or a block structure, and the supporting member 130 may be respectively attached to the inner wall of the part of the outer shell 110 and the outer wall of the part of the inner shell 120, so that the inner shell 120 may be supported by the supporting member 130And a stopper function to weaken a load-bearing function of the inner case 120 by preventing a gap between the inner case 120 and the outer case 110. Based on the above arrangement, when the head-mounted display device 500 in the receiving space 121 shakes and collides with and extrudes each wall surface of the inner case 120, the inner case 120 can be supported and limited by the supporting member 130 to prevent the inner case 120 from being deformed or damaged greatly when colliding or extruding. Alternatively, the supporting member 130 may be made of an EVA or EPS foaming material, and the density of the supporting member 130 is usually 0.02g/cm3The following.
It should be noted that the inner casing 120 may be made of hard material, such as hard plastic, etc., and may also be made of soft material, such as silicone, soft plastic, etc. In one embodiment, the inner shell 120 is made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) with hardness of 50A-90A, and optionally, 65A, 70A, or 75A to meet practical requirements. When the inner case 120 is made of a hard material, the head-mounted display device 500 may collide with and squeeze the inner case 120 when the head-mounted display device 500 is shaken in the accommodating space 121, which may easily cause damage to the head-mounted display device 500 or the inner case 120. Based on this, it is necessary to fully support and limit the head-mounted display device 500 through the inner walls of the supporting portion 122 and the inner shell 120, so as to prevent the head-mounted display device 500 from shaking in the accommodating space 121 to the maximum extent, and to ensure that the accommodating box and the head-mounted display device 500 are not damaged. When the inner shell 120 is made of a soft material, the head-mounted display device 500 rocks in the accommodating space 121 and collides or extrudes with the inner shell 120, and at this time, the inner shell 120 can play a certain buffering role, so that the damage caused by collision or extrusion between the head-mounted display device 500 and the inner shell 120 can be relieved. Of course, considering that the inner case 120 cannot support and limit the shaking of the head-mounted display device 500 due to the deformation after being collided and extruded by the head-mounted display device 500, the support member 130 in the embodiment of the present application limits the inner case 120 from being largely deformed, thereby avoiding the problem of damage caused by collision and extrusion between the head-mounted display device 500 and the inner case 120, and avoiding the loss of the supporting and limiting effects on the head-mounted display device 500 due to the large deformation of the inner case 120.
Referring to fig. 3, in some alternative embodiments, the supporting portion 122 may include a first supporting portion 1221 and a second supporting portion 1222, and the first supporting portion 1221 and the second supporting portion 1222 are different in shape and arrangement position. Alternatively, the first supporting part 1221 is disposed at least one side of the receiving space 121 in the first direction, the second supporting part 1222 is disposed at least one side of the receiving space 121 in the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other. Optionally, the entire storage box may be of a strip-shaped structure, the first direction being a length direction of the storage box, and the second direction being a width direction of the storage box. Accordingly, the first support 1221 is provided at one side or both sides in the longitudinal direction of the storage space 121, and the second support 1222 is provided at one side or both sides in the width direction of the storage space 121. When the head-mounted display device 500 is the augmented reality glasses or the virtual reality glasses, the first supporting parts 1221 are disposed on both sides of the length direction of the storage space 121 and the second supporting parts 1222 are disposed on one side of the width direction of the storage space 121 in the present embodiment, taking the specific shape of the augmented reality glasses or the virtual reality glasses into consideration. Thus, the first support portions 1221 on both sides may support both ends in the longitudinal direction of the frame of the augmented reality glasses or the virtual reality glasses, or support the ends of the two temples away from the frame. In addition, one side of the frame width direction of the augmented reality glasses or the virtual reality glasses is supported by the second supporting portion 1222 on one side, and the other side of the frame width direction is supported and limited by the inner wall of the accommodating space 121. See fig. 13 and 14 for details. Based on the above arrangement, the two first supporting portions 1221, the one second supporting portion 1222, and a part of the inner wall of the storage space 121 jointly realize the supporting and limiting effects on the head-mounted display device 500, so as to prevent the head-mounted display device 500 from shaking in the storage space 121.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 13 and 14, in some alternative embodiments, the inner case 120 has a first side extending in a first direction, a first supporting portion 1221 and a first accommodating space 1225 are formed at the first side of the inner case 120, and a first groove 1223 is formed at the back side of the inner case 120, the first groove 1223 being disposed corresponding to the first supporting portion 1221. Alternatively, the side walls of both sides in the length direction of the inner case 120 protrude from the outside of the receiving space 121 to the inside of the receiving space 121, so that the first supporting portions 1221 of both sides are formed inside the receiving space 121, and at the same time, the first grooves 1223 are formed outside the receiving space 121, and the first grooves 1223 are disposed corresponding to the first supporting portions 1221, that is, the first supporting portions 1221 are inside the receiving space 121, the first grooves 1223 are outside the receiving space 121, and the relative positions of the first supporting portions 1221 and the first grooves 1223 to the inner case 120 are the same. Further considering the specific shape of the head-mounted display apparatus 500, the embodiment of the present application forms the first support 1221 while partially protruding the first support 1221 from the inside to the outside of the receiving space 121, thereby recessing the partial surface of the first support 1221 to form the first receiving space 1225. When the head-mounted display apparatus 500 is placed in the accommodating space 121, both end portions of the head-mounted display apparatus 500 are respectively inserted into the first accommodating spaces 1225 at both sides in the longitudinal direction of the accommodating space 121. Based on the above setting, can play support, limiting displacement to wear-type display device 500's partial structure through first supporting part 1221, can play the effect of dodging for wear-type display device 500's partial structure through first accommodation space 1225 to both realized accomodating of wear-type display device 500, realized again that wear-type display device 500's support, limiting displacement, guarantee that it can not rock at will in accommodation space 121.

Alternatively, the side wall of one side in the width direction of the inner case 120 protrudes from the outside of the receiving space 121 to the inside of the receiving space 121, thereby forming the second support portion 1222 inside the receiving space 121, and at the same time, the second recess 1224 is formed outside the receiving space 121, and the second recess 1224 is disposed corresponding to the second support portion 1222, that is, the second support portion 1222 is inside the receiving space 121, and the second recess 1224 is outside the receiving space 121, and the relative positions of the second support portion 1222 and the second recess 1224 are the same in the inner case 120. Further considering the specific shape of the head-mounted display apparatus 500, in an alternative embodiment of the present application, while the second support 1222 is formed, a part of the second support 1222 is protruded from the inside to the outside of the receiving space 121, so that a part of the surface of the second support 1222 is recessed to form the second receiving space 1226. When the head mounted display apparatus 500 is placed in the storage space 121, a portion of the head mounted display apparatus 500 is fitted into the second accommodation space 1226 on one side in the width direction of the storage space 121. Based on the above setting, can play support, limiting displacement to head mounted display device 500's partial structure through second supporting part 1222, can play the effect of dodging for head mounted display device 500's partial structure through second accommodation space 1226 to both realized accomodating of head mounted display device 500, realized again support, limiting displacement to head mounted display device 500, guarantee that it can not rock at will in accommodation space 121.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in some optional embodiments, the support 130 includes a first support 131 and a second support 132, wherein the first support 131 is at least partially attached to the first groove 1223, and the second support 132 is at least partially attached to the second groove 1224. Optionally, the first supporting member 131 is fastened at the first groove 1223, and a portion of the first supporting member 131 is embedded in the first groove 1223, and an adhesive, such as a double-sided adhesive or glue, is disposed between the first supporting member 131 and the groove surface of the first groove 1223, and the first supporting member 131 is adhered to the first groove 1223 by the adhesive, so that the first groove 1223 and the first supporting portion 1221 of the inner shell 120 can be reinforced by the first supporting member 131, so as to prevent the head-mounted display device 500 in the receiving space 121 from colliding and pressing the first supporting portion 1221, so that the inner shell 120 is greatly deformed and loses the supporting and limiting effects on the head-mounted display device 500. It should be noted that the contour of the surface of the first support 131 and the first groove 1223 that are fitted to each other is substantially the same, so that the first support 131 and the first groove 1223 are tightly fitted to each other.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second groove 1224 includes two wide groove portions and a narrow groove portion connected between the two wide groove portions, and accordingly, the width of the second supporting member 132 is larger at both ends and smaller at the middle. When mounting, the portions of the second support 132 having the larger width at both ends are embedded in the two wide grooves of the second groove 1224, and the portion of the second support 132 having the smaller middle dimension is embedded in the narrow groove of the second groove 1224. Furthermore, the adhesive is disposed between the second supporting member 132 and the second groove 1224, and the second supporting member 132 is adhered to the second groove 1224 by the adhesive, so that the second supporting member 132 can reinforce the inner second groove 1224 and the second supporting portion 1222, thereby preventing the head-mounted display device 500 in the receiving space 121 from colliding and pressing the second supporting portion 1222 to deform the inner case 120 greatly, so as to lose the supporting and limiting effects on the head-mounted reinforcing device. It should be noted here that the contour of the surface of the second support 132 and the second groove 1224 fit each other is substantially the same, so that the second support 132 and the second groove 1224 fit each other closely.
Based on the above arrangement, when the inner shell 120 is installed in the cavity of the inner shell 120, the portion of the first support 131 located outside the first groove 1223 and the portion of the second support 132 located outside the second groove 1224 may be attached to the inner wall of the outer shell 110, so that the first support 131 and the second support 132 may support and limit the inner shell 120 from different positions, thereby preventing the inner shell 120 from being deformed greatly and losing the supporting and limiting effects on the head-mounted display device 500.
In some alternative embodiments, the inner housing 120 is made of a soft material, such as silicone, rubber, soft plastic, etc., and the supporting member 130 is made of a hard material, such as hard plastic, etc. Thus, the hardness of the supporting member 130 is greater than that of the inner casing 120, so as to ensure the supporting and limiting effects on the inner casing 120.
In some alternative embodiments, the inner shell 120 and the support 130 may be a unitary structure, and may be formed by injection molding. Specifically, when the inner case 120 is manufactured, a material may be added to a portion of the inner case 120 to enable the portion to bear a large force from the head-mounted display device 500.
Of course, in other embodiments, it is also possible that the inner shell 120 is of an integral structure, the supporting member 130 is of an integral structure, and the supporting member 130 is assembled to the inner shell 120 at a later stage to support and limit the inner shell 120.
Referring to fig. 9-12, in some alternative embodiments, the second cartridge assembly 200 defines a cavity and includes a wire wrap 230 disposed in the cavity, the wire wrap 230 configured to wrap a cable 510 of the head mounted display device 500. The winding part 230 is disposed in the cavity of one side of the second box member 200, and the winding part 230 is extended in a direction away from the second box member 200. Based on the arrangement of the wire winding part 230, in the case that the head mounted display device 500 is placed in the storage space 121, the cable 510 of the head mounted display device 500 can be wound on the wire winding part 230, so that the cable 510 can be effectively prevented from moving within the storage box.
Optionally, second cartridge assembly 200 includes an outer lid 210 and an inner lid 220 disposed on one side of outer lid 210. A positioning post 211 is disposed on one side of the outer cover 210. Wherein the outer cap 210 has a shallow groove, and the inner cap 220 is positioned at the inner side of the outer cap 210 and is embedded in the shallow groove of the outer cap 210. Furthermore, the positioning post 211 is disposed on the groove surface of the shallow groove of the outer cover 210, and one end of the winding portion 230 is connected to the positioning post 211 in a matching manner. In order to avoid the winding portion 230, an avoiding hole 221 is formed in the inner cover 220, when the winding portion 230 is installed, the winding portion 230 partially penetrates through the avoiding hole 221, and then the winding portion 230 is installed on the positioning column 211 in a matched mode, so that the winding portion 230 is fixedly installed. The winding portion 230 has a first end passing through the avoiding hole 221 and connected to the positioning pillar 211 in a fitting manner, and a second end opposite to the first end, the second end extending away from the second housing component. In addition, the second cartridge assembly 200 further includes second decorations 260 mounted at outer sides of both ends of the outer cover 210 in the first direction by a snap to improve appearance performance of the second cartridge assembly 200.
Referring to fig. 9, in some alternative embodiments, the second end (which may be an end facing away from the positioning column 211) of the winding portion 230 is provided with a limiting portion 250, the limiting portion 250 extends along the first direction, and the limiting portion 250 is disposed toward the first end (which may be an outer end) of the second box assembly 200. Further, a winding space is formed between the winding part 230 and the stopper part 250. Optionally, an arc-shaped surface is formed between the winding portion 230 and the limiting portion 250, the arc-shaped surface is used for contacting with the cable 510, and when the cable 510 is wound on the winding portion 230, the cable 510 is located in the winding space in a circle, so that the cable 510 is not easy to separate from the winding portion 230 and move freely in the storage box.
With continued reference to fig. 9, in some alternative embodiments, an end surface of the limiting portion 250 facing away from the winding portion 230 is provided with an elastic member 240, and the elastic member 240 may be foam, a rubber pad, or the like. Alternatively, the elastic member 240 may be a laminated structure, and the elastic member 240 is attached to the surface of the stopper portion 250. When the second cartridge assembly 200 is relatively closed with the first cartridge assembly 100, the elastic member 240 is pressed against the head-mounted display device 500. Thus, the wire winding part 230 compresses the head-mounted display device 500 through the limiting part 250 and the elastic part 240, and can limit the head-mounted display device 500 to shake in the storage box to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the elastic part 240 plays a role in buffering to prevent the limiting part 250 and the head-mounted display device 500 from directly colliding with each other to cause damage.
Referring to fig. 12, in some alternative embodiments, the winding portions 230 are two groups, and the two groups of winding portions 230 are spaced apart (may be symmetrical) along the first direction. Correspondingly, each group of winding portions 230 is provided with a limiting portion 250, and at this time, the winding space formed by each group of winding portions 230 and the corresponding limiting portions 250 is disposed outward. That is, two sets of wire winding spaces set up along first direction back of the body mutually to, cable 510 prevents that cable 510 from breaking away from the wire winding space and drunkenness in the containing box around setting up the restriction of two sets of wire winding spaces that the back accessible set up back of the body mutually.
Referring to fig. 9, 11 and 12, in order to prevent the end of the cable 510 from moving freely after the cable 510 is wound around the winding portion 230, the inner side surface of the inner lid 220 in the embodiment of the present application is provided with a clamping portion 222, and the clamping portion 222 is located between two groups of winding portions 230. In an embodiment, the clamping portion 222 includes two opposite clamping arms 2221, the clamping arms 2221 may be specifically a plate or a block, and the two clamping arms 2221 are arranged in a predetermined arrangement manner.
