The cloth discharging end conveying device 43 includes a cloth discharging frame 431, a cloth discharging conveying assembly 432, a turning driving member 433, a cloth discharging fence 434 and a movable door 435. The movable door 435 is movably disposed at an end of the cloth discharging and conveying assembly 432 near the middle conveying device 42, so that the movable door 435 can be opened when the cloth pile is input, or the movable door 435 can be closed before the cloth pile is overturned. In this embodiment, the movable door 435 is driven by an air cylinder to move up and down to open or close.
The cloth loosening buffer device 4 is matched with a cloth feeding end conveying device 41, a middle conveying device 42 and a cloth discharging end conveying device 43 which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction, and the cloth discharging end conveying device 43 is matched with a cloth discharging rack 431, a cloth discharging conveying assembly 432, a turnover driving piece 433, a cloth discharging fence 434 and a movable door 435. The blank cloth after the cloth is loosened by the cloth loosening machine 3 is firstly stacked on the cloth feeding end conveying device 41 to form a cloth pile, then the cloth pile is conveyed to the middle conveying device 42 to be temporarily stored, and when the cloth pile on the cloth discharging end conveying device 43 is about to be processed, the cloth pile temporarily stored on the middle conveying device 42 is conveyed to the cloth discharging end conveying device 43 one by one, so that the cloth pile can be continuously processed by the blank cloth setting machine 5.
In this embodiment, the cloth feeding end conveying device 41, the conveying unit 421 and the cloth discharging conveying assembly 432 are all belt conveyors. The feed end conveyor 41 and the discharge end conveyor 43 have substantially the same structure, but the feed end conveyor 41 does not need to perform a reversing function.
In this embodiment, two greige cloth setting machines 5 are arranged in parallel, and one or more greige cloth setting machines 5 can be optionally arranged according to actual requirements. The gray fabric setting machine 5 is an existing device for changing the width and the gram weight of gray fabric by padding various dyes to perform tentering, resin finishing and the like, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 8, the to-be-dyed buffer device 6 includes two cloth-loaded turnover box buffer conveying lines 61, an empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62, and a connecting conveying line 63. Two cloth-carrying turnover box buffer conveying lines 61 are arranged on two sides of the empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62 in parallel, and the connecting conveying line 63 is arranged at the same end of the two cloth-carrying turnover box buffer conveying lines 61 and the empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62 to form an E-shaped conveying line. The empty container buffer conveyor line 62 is used for storing and conveying the empty containers 2. The cloth-carrying turnover box buffer conveying line 61 is used for storing and conveying the turnover boxes 2 filled with the gray cloth. The two ends of the connecting conveying line 63 are respectively arranged at the cloth outlet ends of the two gray cloth setting machines 5, so that the gray cloth at the cloth outlet ends of the two setting machines 5 can be respectively stacked in the turnover boxes 2 at the two ends of the connecting conveying line 63. The empty turnover box 2 on the empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62 is respectively conveyed to two ends of the empty turnover box through the connecting conveying line 63 to stop so as to stack the gray cloth at the cloth outlet end of the gray cloth setting machine 5. When the turnover box 2 is fully stacked with the gray cloth, the gray cloth is cut off, so that the turnover box 2 fully stacked with the gray cloth is conveyed to the corresponding cloth-carrying turnover box buffer conveying line 61 to be stored, and the circulation logistics device 8 can take away the turnover box 2 fully stacked with the gray cloth at the output end of the cloth-carrying turnover box buffer conveying line 61.
As a preferred embodiment, the two fabric turnover container buffer conveying lines 61 and the empty turnover container buffer conveying line 62 are spliced into a long conveying line by using a plurality of chain conveyors in the prior art. The chain conveyor comprises a chain conveying frame and two conveying chains which are rotatably arranged on two sides of the chain conveying frame. The turnover box 2 is carried on two conveying chains for conveying. It is understood that the two cloth-carrying turnover box buffer conveying lines 61 and the empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62 may also adopt a belt conveyor, a drum conveyor or other equipment capable of carrying the turnover boxes 2 for conveying.
As a preferred embodiment, the connecting conveyor line 63 includes a linear conveyor 631 and a turning conveyor 632, the same end of each of the two fabric-loaded tote buffer conveyor lines 61 and the empty tote buffer conveyor line 62 is connected to one turning conveyor 632, and the turning conveyor 632 is configured to input the totes 2 onto the turning conveyor 632 along the length direction of the totes 2 and output the totes 2 onto the fabric-loaded tote buffer conveyor line 61 along the width direction of the totes 2. Two adjacent turning conveyors 632 are connected by a linear conveyor 631. Therefore, the empty turnover box 2 on the empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62 is easily moved to the corresponding turning conveyor 632, the empty turnover box 2 is conveyed to the linear conveyor 631 at the appointed end by the turning conveyor 632, and the empty turnover box 2 is conveyed to the turning conveyor 632 at the appointed end by the linear conveyor 63 so as to load the gray cloth at the cloth outlet end of the gray cloth setting machine 5.
Preferably, the linear conveyor 631 is a drum conveyor, and the diverting conveyor 632 is a lift-up transfer conveyor, but is not limited to this type of conveyor.
In order to facilitate the placement of the turnover box 2 at the cloth feeding end of the dyeing machine 7 and save the occupied space, the chain conveyors at the output ends of the cloth-loading turnover box buffer conveying line 61 and the empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62 are provided with jacking rotating mechanisms 64, and the jacking rotating mechanisms 64 are arranged between the two conveying chains of the chain conveyors for jacking the turnover box 2 on the two conveying chains and bearing the turnover box 2 to rotate by 90 degrees. The jacking and rotating mechanism 64 includes a 90-degree corner cylinder and a bearing table fixed to the end of a piston rod of the 90-degree corner cylinder. The bearing platform is driven to ascend through the 90-degree corner cylinder and abut against the bottom of the turnover box 2, the turnover box 2 is lifted away from the two conveying chains, and then the bearing platform is driven to rotate 90 degrees through the 90-degree corner cylinder, so that the turnover box 2 is turned.
Referring to fig. 9, the dyeing machine 7 is a machine for dyeing a gray cloth with a desired color by adding a dye assistant. In this embodiment, the dyeing machines 7 are arranged in two rows, a plurality of dyeing machines 7 of different number are provided for each row and used in combination, and the dyeing machines 7 of each row are connected to form a corridor. Stairs 71 are erected at both ends of each line of dyeing machines 7 to facilitate the entering of the workers into operation. The cloth feeding end of each dyeing machine 7 is close to the circulating logistics device 8 so as to feed the grey cloth and take out the dyed cloth (the dyed cloth is the cloth dyed by the dyeing machine 7).
Referring to fig. 10, solid arrows indicate the conveying direction of the transfer container 2 with the gray cloth or the dyed cloth, and broken arrows indicate the conveying direction of the empty transfer container 2. The recycle stream device 8 includes a conveying loop 81, an outer conveyance line 82, and an inner conveyance line 83. A conveying loop 81 is looped around the periphery of the two rows of dyeing machines 7, the conveying loop 81 serving to circulate the intermittent transfer boxes 2 along the conveying loop 81. The outer conveying line 82 is disposed outside the conveying loop 81 and between the conveying loop 81 and the output end of the to-be-dyed buffer device 6, and the outer conveying line 82 is used for conveying the transfer container 2 loaded with the embryonic cloths on the cloth-loaded transfer container buffer conveying line 61 of the to-be-dyed buffer device 6 onto the conveying loop 81 and conveying the transfer container 2 empty on the conveying loop 81 onto the empty transfer container buffer conveying line 62. The inner conveying line 83 is disposed inside the conveying loop 81 and between the conveying loop 81 and the cloth feeding end of each line of dyeing machines 7. The inner transport line 83 is used to transport the transfer container 2 with the greige cloth carried on the transport loop 81 to the cloth feeding end of a designated dyeing machine 7, transport the empty transfer container 2 with the greige cloth introduced into the dyeing machine 7 and the transfer container 2 with the dyed cloth carried on the dyeing machine 7 onto the transport loop 81, and transport the transfer container 2 with the empty transport loop 81 to the cloth discharging end (the cloth discharging end and the cloth feeding end are the same end) of the dyeing machine 7. The empty turnover box 2 on the conveying loop line 81 is conveyed to the empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62 through the outer conveying line 82 for recycling. The turnover box 2 with the dyed cloth on the conveying loop 81 is finally conveyed to the pressurized water buffer device 9 and enters the next process.
The conveying loop 81 is a square conveying mechanism, and the outer conveying line 82 and the inner conveying line 83 are respectively arranged on the outer side and the inner side of one side of the square conveying mechanism in parallel. The length of the extension of the outer conveying line 82 is smaller than the length of the corresponding side of the square conveying mechanism, so that the pressurized water caching device 9 can be conveniently arranged on the outer side of the corresponding side of the square conveying mechanism. The length of the inner transport line 83 is equivalent to the length of the corresponding side of the square transport mechanism, so as to transport the turnover box 2 with the dyeing machine 7. As a preferred embodiment, the square conveying mechanism is formed by splicing a plurality of chain conveyors, and the four corners of the square conveying mechanism and the joints with the pressurized water caching device 9 are all conveyed in a steering manner by using jacking transfer machines. Preferably, the square conveying mechanism is a rectangular conveying mechanism, and the outer conveying line 82 and the inner conveying line 83 are respectively arranged on the outer side and the inner side of the long side section of the rectangular conveying mechanism in parallel, so as to facilitate the overall layout.
In a preferred embodiment, the outside carrying line 82 includes a carrying ground rail 821 and a carrying forklift 822 slidably mounted on the carrying ground rail 821. The transport forklift 822 has forks extending to both sides of the transport ground rail 821, and the forks are provided to the transport forklift 822 so as to be movable up and down. The transfer of the loaded transfer containers 2 between the distribution transfer container buffer conveyor line 61 and the empty transfer container buffer conveyor line 62 and the transfer loop line 81 is realized by the sliding of the transfer forklift 822 along the transfer ground rail 821 in accordance with the expansion and contraction and the lifting operation of the forks. Similarly, the inner conveying line 83 may be implemented in the same manner as the outer conveying line 82, and will not be described herein again.
A method of using the recycle stream device 8, comprising the steps of: the outer transport line 82 takes out the turnover box 2 loaded with the fabric from the output end of the fabric turnover box buffer transport line 61, and transports the turnover box 2 loaded with the fabric to the transport loop 81 at an interval when the transport loop 81 stops transporting the turnover box 2. When the transfer container 2 with the gray cloth is transported to a range where the transfer container 2 with the gray cloth is transported by the inside transport line 83 (i.e., a long side section of the rectangular transport mechanism), the inside transport line 83 takes out the transfer container 2 with the gray cloth loaded on the transport loop 81 and transports the transfer container 2 to a specified cloth feeding end of the dyeing machine 7, and the transfer container 2, which is empty and formed by feeding all the gray cloth in the transfer container 2 at the cloth feeding end of the dyeing machine 7 into the vat of the dyeing machine 7, is transported to the transport loop 81. When a plurality of the turnover boxes 2 that are vacant on the conveying loop 81 pass through the conveying range of the outer conveying line 82, the outer conveying line 82 conveys a part of the turnover boxes 2 onto the vacant turnover box buffer conveyor line 62, and the rest of the turnover boxes 2 are continuously conveyed intermittently along the conveying loop 81. When the dyeing machine 7 has finished dyeing the blank cloth and the dyed cloth formed by the dyeing machine 7 needs to be taken out from the vat of the dyeing machine 7, the transfer box 2 empty above the transfer loop 81 is transferred to the cloth outlet end of the dyeing machine 7 by the inner transfer line 83, and the dyed cloth taken out from the vat of the dyeing machine 7 is stored. After the dyed fabrics are stacked in the turnover box 2, the inside carrying line 83 carries the turnover box 2 on which the dyed fabrics are placed to the conveying loop line 81. When the conveying loop 81 carries the transfer cases 2 with the dyed cloth through the pressurized-water buffer device 9, the transfer cases are conveyed to the pressurized-water buffer device 9, the empty transfer cases 2 taken out of the pressurized-water buffer device 9 after being dyed are conveyed to the conveying loop 81, and when the conveying loop 81 carries the empty transfer cases 2 through the conveying range of the inner conveying line 83, the empty transfer cases 2 on the conveying loop 81 are conveyed to the empty transfer case buffer conveying line 62. In this way, the cyclic transfer of the gray fabric from the outer transfer line 82 → the transfer loop line 81 → the inner transfer line 83 → the cloth feeding end of the dyeing machine 7, the cyclic transfer of the dyeing fabric from the cloth discharging end of the dyeing machine 7 → the inner transfer line 83 → the transfer loop line 81 → the pressurized water buffer device 9, the cyclic transfer of the empty tote 2 from the pressurized water buffer device 9 and the cloth feeding end of the dyeing machine 7 → the transfer loop line 81 → the outer transfer line 82 → the empty tote buffer transfer line 62, and the cyclic transfer of the empty tote 2 from the pressurized water buffer device 9 and the cloth feeding end of the dyeing machine 7 → the transfer loop line 81 → the inner transfer line 83 → the cloth discharging end of the dyeing machine 7 are formed. Therefore, the method is easy to realize that the gray cloth is input and output for a plurality of dyeing machines 7, the logistics between the gray cloth setting machine 5 and the water pressing machine 10 are efficiently connected, the logistics conveying efficiency is greatly improved, and an optimal realization scheme is provided for setting up a large-scale, efficient and intelligent dyeing and finishing factory. In addition, this circulation logistics device 8 structural configuration is reasonable, the compact overall arrangement of each equipment in the dyeing and finishing workshop of being convenient for.
In this embodiment, three sets of pressurized water buffer devices 9 are arranged in parallel for connecting three sets of pressurized water machines 10 to perform a pressurized water process. The pressurized water caching device 9 can adopt a structure with the same principle as the caching device 6 to be dyed. The pressurized-water buffer device 9 comprises two dyeing buffer lines 91, an empty box buffer line 92 and an end conveying line 93. The two cloth dyeing buffer lines 91 are arranged on two sides of the empty box buffer line 92 in parallel, and the end part conveying line 93 is arranged at the same end of the two cloth dyeing buffer lines 91 and the empty box buffer line 92 to form an E-shaped conveying line. The input end of the pressurized-water buffer device 9 is connected with the conveying loop line 81 of the circulating logistics device 8, so that the turnover boxes 2 with the dyed cloth on the conveying loop line 81 are conveyed to the two dyeing buffer lines 91 according to the color of the dyed cloth, and the empty turnover boxes 2 taken from the dyeing buffer lines 91 after being dyed are conveyed to the conveying loop line 81 along the empty box buffer line 92 and then transferred to the empty turnover box buffer conveying line 62 through the outer conveying line 82 outside the conveying loop line 81. So, can guarantee that the smooth and easy operation of this a series of logistics of input, the output that dyes the cloth of 7 embryo cloth of dyeing machine 7 processing back and vacant turnover case 2 cyclic utilization, effectively promote the logistics transport efficiency of 7 business turn over cloths of dyeing machine, reduce recruitment quantity by a wide margin, reduce workman intensity of labour, overturned the production mode of traditional dyeing and finishing trade, be favorable to that dyeing and finishing trade production is intelligent, standardized.
As a preferred embodiment, the pressurized-water buffer device 9 and the buffer device 6 to be dyed are both connected to the outside of the same side of the square conveying mechanism, which is beneficial to the spatial layout of each device in the whole production workshop, and the overall layout structure is u-shaped, which shortens the length of the production line, so that the embryo cloth storage device 1 and the finished product storage device 14 are located at the same side of the production workshop, which is convenient for logistics transportation.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, three water pumps 10 are arranged in parallel. The water press 10 is a machine for removing excess water from the fabric, and belongs to the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, three finished product forming machines 11 are arranged in parallel. The finished setting machine 11 is a machine for changing the hand feeling, slippage, breadth, gram weight and the like of the dyed cloth by padding various dyes and chemicals for finishing such as softness, stiffness, skid resistance, tentering, resin and the like, belongs to the prior art, and is not described herein again.
The cloth inspecting and rolling device 12 is used by matching a cloth inspecting machine and a rolling machine in the prior art, belongs to the prior art, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the sorting device 13 includes a cloth roll conveying device 131, a recognition device 132, a rejecting device 133, an automatic packing machine 134, a transferring device 135, a buffer conveying device 136, a sorting conveying unit 137, and a roll unloading device 138. The yardage roll conveying device 131 is connected with the cloth outlet end of the cloth inspecting and rolling device 12, so as to convey yardage rolls with identification codes. The roll feeder 131 is provided with a recognition device 132 and a removal device 133, and the recognition device 132 reads identification code information including information such as an order number, a customer name, and a roll specification. The identification code information is distributed to the corresponding sorting and conveying units 137 by programming control, so that the various types of yardage rolls are controlled to be sorted and conveyed to the corresponding sorting and conveying units 137 according to the identification code information. The fabric roll whose identification code information cannot be read is removed from the fabric roll feeding device 131 by the removing device 133. The automatic packing machine 134 is disposed at the output end of the yardage roll conveying device 131, so as to convey the identified yardage roll to the automatic packing machine 134 for packing. The transfer device 135 is disposed at the output end of the automatic packaging machine 134 to transfer the packaged cloth roll to the buffer conveying device 136. The output end of the buffer conveying device 136 is provided with a plurality of sorting conveying units 137, the whole conveying line formed by the sorting conveying units 137 and the buffer conveying device 136 is parallel to the cloth roll conveying device 131, and the automatic packing machine 134 is positioned between the buffer conveying device 136 and the output end of the cloth roll conveying device 131. Each coil stripping device 138 is correspondingly disposed at one side of each sorting and conveying unit 137, and a plurality of coil stripping devices 138 are disposed in series or at intervals. In this embodiment, one unwinding device 138 is provided every other one sorting conveyance unit 137. When the fabric roll is conveyed to the corresponding sorting conveying unit 137, the sorting conveying unit 137 stops conveying and transfers the fabric roll to the corresponding roll discharging device 138 to discharge the fabric roll onto the turnover box 2 below the roll discharging device 138. Specifically, the cloth roll conveying device 131, the buffer conveying device 136 and the sorting conveying unit 137 may all adopt a belt conveyor. The sortation conveyor unit 137 may roll the fabric roll into the unwinder 138 in an inverted fashion. The coil unloading device 138 has two coil unloading plates that can be opened and closed, and the two coil unloading plates are arranged in a V-shape. When the two decoiling plates are closed, a container for carrying the cloth roll is formed. When the two coil unloading plates are opened, the fabric coil falls onto the turnover box 2 below from between the two coil unloading plates.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, solid arrows in fig. 13 indicate the conveying direction of the transfer containers 2 loaded with the finished fabric, and broken arrows indicate the conveying direction of the empty transfer containers 2. The finished product warehousing device 14 comprises finished product shelves 141, an inter-warehouse conveying line 142, a warehousing transitional conveying line 143, an ex-warehouse transitional conveying line 144, a transverse warehousing conveying line 145, a longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146, an empty box return conveying line 147, a sorting conveying machine 148, a transverse ex-warehouse conveying line 149 and an ex-warehouse transfer machine 140. The finished goods shelf 141 includes a multi-layered storage space for storing the turnover box 2 filled with the finished cloth. The finished product shelves 141 are arranged in at least one row, a set of inter-warehouse conveying lines 142 is arranged between every two rows of finished product shelves 141, the inter-warehouse conveying lines 142 extend along the length direction of the finished product shelves 141, so that the inter-warehouse conveying lines 142 can store the turnover boxes 2 loaded with the finished product cloth on the finished product shelves 141, and the turnover boxes 2 loaded with the finished product cloth are taken out and placed on the ex-warehouse transition conveying lines 144 at the output ends of the inter-warehouse conveying lines 142 during ex-warehouse. The warehousing transition conveying line 143 and the ex-warehousing transition conveying line 144 are respectively arranged at two ends of the inter-warehouse conveying line 142 in parallel. The transverse warehousing-in conveyor line 145 extends to the outside of the finished goods shelf 141 in the width direction of the finished goods shelf 141 for conveying along the width direction of the finished goods shelf 141. The input end of the warehousing transitional conveying line 143 is close to one side of the transverse warehousing conveying line 145, so that the turnover boxes 2 filled with the finished product cloth and fed onto the transverse warehousing conveying line 145 are conveyed to the warehousing transitional conveying line 143, and the inter-warehouse conveying line 142 takes away the turnover boxes 2 filled with the finished product cloth and fed onto the warehousing transitional conveying line 143. The longitudinal warehousing conveyor line 146 extends from the input end of the transverse warehousing conveyor line 145 along the length direction of the finished product shelf 141, so as to convey the turnover boxes 2 loaded with the finished product cloth along the length direction of the finished product shelf 141. The longitudinal warehousing conveyor line 146 and the transverse warehousing conveyor line 145 are vertically arranged, so that the turnover boxes 2 loaded with finished fabrics can be conveniently conveyed in a turning mode, and the space layout is facilitated. The empty box returning conveying line 147 is arranged on one side, far away from the finished product shelf 141, of the longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146 in parallel, a plurality of sorting conveyors 148 are arranged on two sides of the empty box returning conveying line 147, so that finished product cloth falling during sorting is stacked in the turnover boxes 2 on the sorting conveyors 148 far away from one side of the longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146, and the turnover boxes 2 loaded with the finished product cloth are sequentially conveyed to the empty box returning conveying line 147, the sorting conveyors 148 close to one side of the longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146 and the longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146. Preferably, in this embodiment, the three sorting conveyors 148 near the side of the longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146 are spaced, and the three sorting conveyors 148 spaced at intervals are preferably chain conveyors in the prior art, so that the loaded turnover boxes 2 can be conveyed in a straight line, but not limited to the chain conveyors. Six sorting conveyors 148 far away from one side of the longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146 are continuously arranged, and the continuously arranged six sorting conveyors 148 are suitable for jacking transfer machines in the prior art to bear the turnover boxes 2 to realize corner conveying, but are not limited to jacking transfer machines. Two sorting conveyors 148 of the six sorting conveyors 148 form a group, one sorting conveyor 148 of each group is used for placing a turnover box 2 for carrying the finished product cloth unloaded from the coil unloading device 138, and the other sorting conveyor 148 is used for placing a standby turnover box 2, so that when the turnover box 2 on the sorting conveyor 148 of the group is fully loaded with the finished product cloth, the standby turnover box 2 is conveyed in for loading the next box of finished product cloth. The empty magazine return line 147 serves to convey the empty magazines 2 onto a sorting conveyor 148 on the side remote from the longitudinal infeed line 146. Specifically, a sorting conveyor 148 is disposed directly below each coil stripping device 138 for sorting and storing the finished product on the corresponding sorting conveyor 148. One side of the transverse delivery conveyor line 149 is arranged near the output end of each delivery transition conveyor line 144, so that the turnover boxes 2 loaded with the finished fabrics on each delivery transition conveyor line 144 are conveyed to the transverse delivery conveyor line 149. The transverse delivery conveying line 149 extends along the width direction of the finished product shelf 141, and each side of one end of the transverse delivery conveying line 149 is provided with two delivery transfer machines 140 for placing the turnover box 2 loaded with the finished product cloth, so that the finished product cloth in the turnover box 2 is conveniently conveyed to the finished product cloth truck 1402 on one side of the loading platform 1401. The empty turnover box 2 after the finished product cloth is carried away on the delivery transfer machine 140 is conveyed to the empty box return conveying line 147 through the transverse delivery conveying line 149 for recycling. The finished product shelf 141 can effectively ensure the smooth operation of the finished product cloth in and out, and the conveying efficiency of the finished product cloth in and out of the warehouse is improved. In a preferred embodiment, the warehousing transition conveyor line 143 and the ex-warehousing transition conveyor line 144 are both drum conveyors, but are not limited thereto, and other devices capable of carrying the turnover boxes 2 for conveying may be used.
As a preferred embodiment, the transverse warehousing transportation line 145 includes a transverse ground rail 1451 fixed to the ground and extending in the width direction of the finished goods shelves 141, and a transverse transfer car 1452 slidably and reciprocally disposed on the transverse ground rail 1451. The transverse transfer cart 1452 is provided with a transfer mechanism for conveying the turnover boxes 2 in the width direction and the length direction, so that the turnover boxes 2 are conveyed from the longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146 to the transverse transfer cart 1452 and then conveyed to the warehousing transitional conveying line 143. The transfer mechanism adopts the matching of a jacking roller conveying mechanism and a chain conveying mechanism to respectively realize the conveying in two directions.
As a preferred embodiment, the longitudinal warehousing conveyor line 146 includes a longitudinal ground rail 1461 fixed on the ground and extending along the length direction of the finished goods shelf 141, and a longitudinal transfer cart 1462 reciprocally slidably disposed on the longitudinal ground rail 1461. The longitudinal transfer cart 1462 is provided with a chain conveying mechanism for transferring the turnover boxes 2 on the sorting conveyor 148 close to one side of the longitudinal warehousing conveying line 146 to the longitudinal transfer cart 1462, and transferring the turnover boxes to the transverse transfer cart 1452 after being conveyed to one end of the transverse ground rail 1451 by the longitudinal transfer cart 1462.
As a preferred embodiment, the empty box return line 147 includes a chain conveying section 1471 and a lifting and transferring section 1472. The chain conveying section 1471 is mainly formed by splicing a plurality of chain conveyors, and the jacking transfer section 1472 is mainly formed by splicing a plurality of jacking transfer machines. The jacking transfer machine can adopt a jacking roller conveying mechanism and a chain conveying mechanism to be matched to respectively realize the conveying in two directions which are vertical to each other. Two sides of each jacking transfer machine and the two corresponding sorting conveyors 148 form a cross-shaped conveying line respectively so as to input the empty turnover box 2 and output the turnover box 2 filled with the finished cloth.
As a preferred embodiment, the sorting conveyor 148 may be a chain conveyor including two rotatably-conveying parallel chains, through which the turnover boxes 2 are carried for conveying.
As a preferred embodiment, the transverse delivery line 149 includes a slide rail 1491 fixed on the ground and extending along the width direction of the product shelf 141, and a transverse delivery car 1492 reciprocally slidably disposed on the slide rail 1491. The transverse delivery car 1492 is provided with a chain transmission mechanism for driving the turnover boxes 2 on the delivery transition conveyor line 144 to be input to the transverse delivery car 1492 and driving the turnover boxes 2 on the transverse delivery car 1492 to be output to the delivery transfer machine 140.
As a preferred embodiment, the warehouse-out transfer machine 140 employs a jacking roller type chain conveyor, which includes a roller conveying device capable of ascending and descending and two conveying chains oppositely disposed on two sides of the roller conveying device. The conveying direction of the roller conveying device is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying chain. The turnover box 2 is carried on two conveying chains to be conveyed to the delivery transfer machine 140, and then the turnover box 2 is jacked by the roller conveying device and transferred to the adjacent transfer machine 140.

Therefore, a fully integrated production chain from the storage of the gray cloth, the dyeing and finishing of the gray cloth to the delivery of finished products can be realized, the sequential, smooth and continuous operation of all links in the whole production process is ensured, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the idle time of equipment is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, the number of workers is reduced, and the labor intensity is reduced.
