Description

本实用新型涉及纸浆检测器具,特别是一种与纸浆白度仪配套用的测定器。
现有的中小造纸厂测定纸浆白度用比色法或手抄片烘干法,比色法测定不准确,手抄片烘干法测定不及时,不能及时指导控制生产。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有检测法的缺点,提供一种根据兰光白度仪原理而设计的纸浆白度测定器,用湿法测纸浆白度,快速准确地测出湿浆白度以便及时指导控制生产,提高纸张质量,降低生产成本。
本实用新型是这样实现的:包括白度仪,由石英玻片、试样盒、底座盒组成一个封闭式盒体,安装于白度仪的工作台上。石英玻片用石英玻璃制成,嵌入试样盒的上口部并粘牢固。试样盒的下口部为外锥形刃口,试样盒装入底座盒内,可以抽取出来。底座盒的上口部为外锥形斜口,底部有一与白度仪的凹工作台配装的凸台。试样盒与底座盒用不锈钢或耐腐蚀的铝合金材料制成。测定时,取样的纸浆放入离心机内脱水后成为样浆皮,用试样盒的下口部的刃口切取大小相一致的样浆皮,使样浆皮的光面贴附在石英玻片上,再将盒内装满样浆,使样浆皮不会从石英玻片上脱开,装入底座盒内,擦干盒外的浆液后,安装在经过工作预热的白度仪的工作台上测量纸浆的白度。然后根据预先找出的纸浆白度与成品纸白度的函数关系来指导控制生产。
本实用新型具有准确快速测量湿浆白度(5分钟内),比手抄片烘干法提高检测工效90%,准确率达99.5%;体积小、投资少、操作简便;能及时地指导控制生产、提高纸张质量、降低生产成本等特点。适宜造纸厂检测纸浆白度使用。
本实用新型以下将结合附图中的实施例进一步描述:
图1为结构图。由石英玻片1、试样盒2、底座盒3构成。石英玻片1用石英玻璃制成,嵌入试样盒2的上口部并粘牢固,试样盒2的下部为外锥形刃口。底座盒3的上口部为外锥形斜口,底部制有与白度仪的凹工作台配装的凸台。试样盒2与底座盒3用不锈钢或铝合金材料制成。白度仪选用ZBD型或SBD型白度仪。取样浆100-200g,装入脱水盒内,用离心机脱水1分钟,使样纸浆成为样浆皮。再将样浆皮的光面贴附在石英玻片上,将试样盒2内装满样浆后装入底座盒3内,安装在白度仪的工作台上测量白度。

1、纸浆白度测定器,包括白度仪,其特征在于由石英玻片、试样盒、底座盒组成一个封闭式盒体,安装于白度仪的工作台上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的纸浆白度测定器,其特征在于石英玻片用石英玻璃制成,嵌入试样盒的上口部并粘牢固;试样盒的下口部为外锥形刃口,试样盒装入底座盒内,可以抽取出来;底座盒的上口部为外锥形斜口,底部有一与白度仪的凹工作台配装的凸台;试样盒与底座盒用不锈钢、耐腐蚀的铝合金材料制成。
