A jewelry printing quality detection apparatus characterized by comprising: the system comprises a machine table, a detector, a manipulator and an information reading device; the detection machine is respectively in communication connection with the manipulator and the information reading device; the detection machine, the manipulator and the information reading device are arranged on the machine table;
the detection machine is used for sending a grabbing signal to the manipulator;
the manipulator is used for grabbing a target material tray according to the grabbing signal and placing the target material tray on the information reading device; the target material tray comprises identification marks and is used for placing a plurality of products to be detected;
the information reading device is used for reading the identification mark to obtain identification data and sending the identification data to the detection machine;
the detection machine is used for identifying the target material tray according to the identification data and sending a starting detection signal to the manipulator according to an identification result;
the manipulator is also used for receiving the starting detection signal and placing the target product to be detected placed in the identified target material tray into the detection machine according to the starting detection signal;
the detection machine is further used for acquiring to-be-detected information of the target to-be-detected product, detecting whether the target to-be-detected product is a defective product or not according to the to-be-detected information and the identification data to obtain a detection result, and sending a transmission signal to the manipulator according to the detection result;
the manipulator is also used for placing the detected product back to the target material tray according to the transmission signal and placing the target material tray in a target area.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the robot comprises a product gripper, a first cylinder, a connecting arm, a second cylinder, and a tray gripper;
the product clamping jaw is connected with the connecting arm through the first air cylinder and used for clamping a product to be detected;
the material tray clamping jaw is connected with the connecting arm through the second cylinder and used for grabbing the material tray.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the product clamping jaw is provided with an encapsulating layer, and the outer wall of the tray clamping jaw is provided with a step layer.
4. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the robotic arm further comprises a vision system communicatively coupled to the inspection machine;
the vision system is used for generating positioning data and sending the positioning data to the detection machine through the manipulator controller, so that the detection machine generates a material tray grabbing instruction or a product grabbing instruction according to the positioning data; and the manipulator controller is respectively in communication connection with the vision system and the detector.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the target tray further comprises a retaining ring and a plurality of product bins.
6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the identification mark is provided on a quick-change cover, and the quick-change cover is detachably connected with the tray.
7. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
the detection machine is also used for: sending a detection abnormal signal to the manipulator according to the identification result;
the manipulator is further configured to: and placing the target material tray which is not identified in the abnormal area according to the abnormal detection signal.
8. The apparatus of any of claims 1-6, wherein the transmission signal comprises a first transmission signal and a second transmission signal; the manipulator is further configured to:
placing an abnormal target material tray comprising defective products in an abnormal area according to the first transmission signal;
and according to the second transmission signal, placing the qualified target material tray which does not comprise the defective products into a feeding port of the next procedure.
9. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the information reading device is an RFID reader, and the identification mark is an RFID tag.
10. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising buffering the disc to be inspected and the detection disc;
the cache tray to be detected is arranged on the machine table and used for placing one or more target trays to be detected;
the detection plate is arranged on the machine table and used for placing the identified target material plate.

The device according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising an upper system, wherein the upper system is in communication connection with the detection machine, and is configured to receive alarm information sent by the detection machine and generate an alarm according to the alarm information.
