As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the specific structure of the infrared safety detection device of the passage gate, the gate box 1 and the gate passage 100 formed thereby are conventional designs of the existing passage gate. The front gate 2 is used for opening or closing the gate passage 100 under the conventional control of the industrial personal computer; in order to prevent illegal persons from passing through the gate at will, the front gate 2 is normally kept closed and can be implemented by using the existing gate and driving structure. The rear gate 3 is used for opening or closing the gate passage 100 under the conventional control of the industrial personal computer; in order to prevent illegal persons from passing through the rear gate, the rear gate 3 is normally kept closed, and can be implemented by using the existing gate and driving structure. The vertical rod 4 is used for supporting the infrared forehead thermometer 5 so that the infrared forehead thermometer 5 is in a height range flush with the forehead of the human body, and therefore the aim of performing close-range alignment temperature measurement on the forehead of the human body is achieved. The infrared forehead thermometer 5 is used for acquiring the forehead body temperature of the human body based on an infrared temperature measurement principle and transmitting a temperature measurement result to the industrial personal computer, and is preferably realized by adopting the existing infrared temperature measurement equipment with a wireless communication function.
The industrial personal computer is used as the core of the whole detection system and is used for realizing the following working principle based on a conventional control program: firstly, controlling to open the front gate 2 to enable a passer-by to enter a gate passage between the front gate and the rear gate; then, receiving a temperature measurement result from the infrared forehead thermometer 5; and finally, judging whether the forehead temperature of the person to be ventilated belongs to a normal range or not according to the temperature measurement result, if so, continuing to open the rear gate 3 to discharge the person to be ventilated, otherwise, closing the front gate 2, and timely locking and isolating the person to be ventilated with abnormal body temperature between the front gate and the rear gate. The industrial personal computer can be realized by adopting a single chip microcomputer chip of STM32F103 series and a peripheral circuit thereof, and is positioned in one of the two gate case bodies 1.

Preferably, the system further comprises an infrared distance measuring sensor 7, and the vertical rod 4 is a vertical telescopic rod, wherein the infrared distance measuring sensor 7 is arranged right above the front gate 2; the output end of the infrared ranging sensor 7 is in communication connection with the input end of the industrial personal computer, and the output end of the industrial personal computer is in communication connection with the driving module of the vertical telescopic rod. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the infrared ranging sensor 7 is used to measure the distance from the sensor to an obstacle (i.e., the floor of a gate passageway existing between two front gates, the head of a human body, or other objects, etc.) in real time based on a conventional ranging technique, and transmit the ranging result to the industrial personal computer; the infrared distance measuring sensor 7 may be specifically installed on a ceiling directly above the front gate 2. Therefore, the industrial personal computer can also realize the following working principle based on a conventional control program: firstly, acquiring the current height of an obstacle between two front gates according to a real-time distance measurement result from the infrared distance measurement sensor 7; then, when the front gate 2 is opened and the current height of the barrier is found to be within the normal height range of the human body, identifying the barrier as a passerby, and taking the current height as the height of the passerby; and finally, according to the height of the passerby, the height of the infrared forehead thermometer 5 is finely adjusted in an adaptive manner by controlling the telescopic degree of the vertical telescopic rod, so that the infrared forehead thermometer 5 can be self-adaptively adjusted to passerby with different heights, and the aim of closely aligning the forehead of the human body to measure the temperature is fulfilled.
Preferably, a horizontal rotating holder is arranged at the top end of the vertical rod 4, and the infrared forehead thermometer 5 is installed on a rotating part of the horizontal rotating holder; and the output end of the industrial personal computer is in communication connection with the driving module of the horizontal rotating holder. As shown in fig. 3, by configuring the horizontal rotation cradle head, when a passerby passes through the gate passage 100, the industrial personal computer can control the rotation of the infrared forehead thermometer 5, so that the infrared forehead thermometer 5 can automatically aim at the forehead of a human body to measure temperature without the matching of twisting the forehead of the human body, thereby further facilitating temperature measurement.
Further preferably, the gate box body comprises a light curtain sensor 9, wherein an infrared emitting end and an infrared receiving end of the light curtain sensor 9 are respectively arranged on opposite side surfaces of inlet end parts of channels of the two gate box bodies 1; the light curtain sensor 9, the front gate 2 and the rear gate 3 are sequentially arranged along the in-out direction of the gate passage 100, and the distance between the light curtain sensor 9 and the front gate 2 is less than or equal to 5 cm; and an infrared receiving end of the light curtain sensor 9 is in communication connection with the input end of the industrial personal computer. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, by configuring the light curtain sensor 9, the industrial personal computer can identify whether an obstacle exists between the two front gates based on a shading principle, so that when a person with abnormal body temperature is found, the front gate 2 can be normally closed without hindrance, and can also identify when the person passing through enters the gate passage 100, so that the person can be timely locked, and the height measurement of the human body or the automatic rotation temperature measurement can be accurately started.
Preferably, the industrial personal computer further comprises an alarm module, wherein the input end of the alarm module is in communication connection with the output end of the industrial personal computer. As shown in fig. 3, by configuring the alarm module, an alarm signal can be triggered when the abnormal forehead temperature of the passerby is found, so as to remind the relevant security personnel to perform relevant processing. Further preferably, the alarm module comprises an alarm lamp 10 and/or a voice alarm, wherein the alarm lamp 10 is arranged at the top of the floodgate box body 1, so that the alarm lamp 10 and the voice alarm can realize conventional sound-light alarm to ensure the alarm effect.
