The receiving chamber 107 has a first opening (not shown) opened at a left side thereof near the support plate 115, the first opening communicating with the transport path, and the paper money 168 can be input into the receiving chamber 107 through the first opening. Meanwhile, the top of the receiving chamber 107 is provided with an opening 109, and a user can take the paper money 168 in the receiving chamber 107 or put the paper money 168 into the receiving chamber 107 through the opening 109. Meanwhile, a gate 165 is movably arranged at the opening 109, and the gate 165 can open or close the opening 109 to ensure the safety of deposit and withdrawal operations; moreover, the support plate 115 and the opening 109 are located at two ends of the accommodating cavity 107, and the specific positions thereof are not limited, so that the support plate 115 can stably support the paper money 168, and a user can take in and take out the paper money 168 through the opening 109, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In detail, the paper feeding mechanism 103 is disposed at a first opening of the frame 101 and is located at a first end of the supporting plate 115 along a first direction. The paper feeding mechanism 103 specifically includes a first roller 111 and a second roller 113, both of which have axes extending along a second direction, wherein the second direction is disposed at an angle with respect to the first direction, specifically, in this embodiment, the second direction is the inside-outside direction in fig. 2. The first roller 111 and the second roller 113 are oppositely disposed and can cooperate with each other to drive the banknote 168 into the receiving cavity 107 from the first opening, thereby facilitating the removal of the banknote 168 from the receiving cavity 107 by a user. Meanwhile, the second roller 113 is located at one end of the supporting plate 115, and the second roller 113 is provided with a pushing portion 117, and the second roller 113 rotates to drive the pushing portion 117 to push the paper money 168 to the supporting surface. According to the banknote 168 stacking device, due to the arrangement of the pushing portion 117 on the second roller 113, when the banknote 168 is input into the accommodating cavity 107 by the paper feeding mechanism 103, the pushing portion 117 can push the tail of the banknote 168 to the supporting surface of the supporting plate 115 under the rotation of the second roller 113, so that the phenomenon that the head of the banknote 168 entering the accommodating cavity 107 later hits the tail of the banknote 168 entering the accommodating cavity 107 first can be effectively avoided, and the banknote 168 can be favorably and neatly stacked in the accommodating cavity 107.
Fig. 6 is a partial schematic structural view of the paper feeding mechanism 103 of the sheet-like medium stacking apparatus 100 according to the embodiment. Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in the embodiment, the first roller 111 includes a first core shaft 119 extending along the second direction and a plurality of first rollers 121 sleeved on the first core shaft 119, and the plurality of first rollers 121 are spaced along the second direction to ensure that each position of the paper currency 168 can enter the accommodating cavity 107 through the first opening at the same time, so as to ensure that the paper currency 168 can be stacked on the supporting plate 115 smoothly. Similarly, the second roller 113 includes a second spindle 123 having a length extending in the second direction and a second roller 125 sleeved on the second spindle 123. And the number of the second rollers 125 is also multiple, and the second rollers are correspondingly matched with the multiple first rollers 121 one by one, so as to jointly drive the paper money 168 to enter the accommodating cavity 107, further ensure that the paper money 168 is neatly and stably stacked on the supporting plate 115, and ensure that the depositing and withdrawing operations are normally performed.
In detail, the pushing portion 117 may be disposed in a shape of a protrusion or a groove 133, and in this embodiment, the pushing portion 117 is specifically disposed on the second roller 125 and protrudes from an outer surface of the second roller 125. By arranging the pushing unit 117 to protrude from the outer surface of the second roller 125, the pushing unit 117 can push the banknotes 168 along with the rotation of the second roller 125 when the banknotes 168 enter between the first roller 121 and the second roller 125, so that the banknotes 168 can be slightly deformed to increase the rigidity of the banknotes 168, and the banknotes 168 with high rigidity can be stacked more neatly, and the banknotes 168 can be reliably pushed to the supporting surface of the supporting plate 115 after the banknotes 168 are separated from the first roller 111 and the second roller 113 rotates, thereby ensuring that the banknotes 168 are stacked neatly on the supporting plate 115.
In more detail, the first roller 121 is fixedly connected to the first spindle 119, the paper feeding mechanism 103 further includes a paper feeding motor (not shown), and the first spindle 119 is in transmission connection with the paper feeding motor. The second roller 125 is rotatably sleeved on the second mandrel 123, and the second roller 125 is in tangential fit with the first roller 121, so that the paper feeding motor can drive the second roller 125 to rotate when driving the first roller 121 to rotate. That is, by such an arrangement, the paper feeding motor can drive the first spindle 119 and the first roller 121 to rotate, the second roller 125 and the first roller 121 are in friction transmission fit to drive the paper currency 168 to move between the second roller 125 and the first roller 121, and then the moved paper currency 168 drives the second roller 125 to rotate, so that the paper currency 168 is conveyed into the accommodating cavity 107; meanwhile, since the pushing portion 117 is disposed at the outer side of each second roller 125, it is ensured that the pushing portion 117 can stably push the tail portion of the bill 168 to move toward the supporting surface so as to be neatly stacked on the pallet 115.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a bearing 141 is further disposed between the second roller 125 and the second spindle 123, the second roller 125 is fixedly sleeved on an outer ring of the bearing 141, and an inner ring of the bearing 141 is fixedly sleeved on the second spindle 123, so as to reduce a friction force between the second roller 125 and the second spindle 123, and ensure that the second roller 125 can be driven by the first roller 121 to rotate, so as to stack the paper money 168 on the supporting plate 115 neatly.
It should be further noted that, the first roller 121 and the second roller 125 are both made of an elastic material, and such an arrangement is beneficial to increase the transmission friction force between the first roller 121 and the second roller 125, so as to further ensure that the second roller 125 can be driven to rotate relative to the second spindle 123 in the process that the paper feeding motor drives the first roller 121 to rotate, so as to input the paper money 168 into the accommodating cavity 107 through the first opening for storage.
As an optional scheme, the first roller 121 and the second roller 125 may both be rubber rollers, and the rubber material can be used to improve the wear resistance of the first roller 121 and the second roller 125 on the premise of ensuring the transmission friction force of the first roller 121 and the second roller 125, so as to ensure the service life of the sheet medium collecting device 100 and prolong the service life of the cash recycling device 200.
Fig. 7 is a partial enlarged view at I of fig. 6. Referring to fig. 4 to 7, in the present embodiment, the pushing portion 117 is disposed in a protruding shape, and specifically includes a plurality of protruding structures, and the plurality of protruding structures are sequentially disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second roller 125 to effectively increase the tension of the paper money 168, so as to ensure that the paper money 168 can be neatly stacked on the supporting plate 115.
In detail, each of the protrusion-like structures includes a first protrusion 127 and a second protrusion 129, the first protrusion 127 and the second protrusion 129 are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the second roller 125, the first protrusion 127 and the second protrusion 129 are both strip-shaped protrusions, the lengths of the first protrusion 127 and the second protrusion 129 extend along the second direction, and a limiting groove 163 is formed therebetween. Also, the length of the second protrusion 129 is smaller than the length of the first protrusion 127. Meanwhile, by setting the length of the second protrusion 129 to be smaller than that of the first protrusion 127, the first protrusion 127 with a larger length can be used to increase the pushing force on the paper money 168, and at the same time, the micro-deformation force of the paper money 168 along the axial direction of the second roller 125 can be increased, so that the tension of the paper money 168 is increased; moreover, since the length of the second protrusion 129 is smaller than that of the first protrusion 127, the banknote 168 can enter the limiting groove 163 formed by the first protrusion 127 and the second protrusion 129, so that the pushing part 117 can push the tail of the banknote 168 to the supporting surface of the supporting plate 115 more stably, and the banknote 168 can be further stacked on the supporting plate 115 neatly.
In more detail, the length of the first protrusion 127 is matched with the length of the second roller 125, so that the tension of the paper currency 168 can be further increased, and the pushing force of the second roller 125 on the paper currency 168 can be ensured. Meanwhile, the chamfers 161 are arranged at two ends of the second protrusion 129 in the length direction, so that the paper money 168 can be fully ensured to enter the limiting groove 163 formed between the first protrusion 127 and the second protrusion 129 more smoothly, and the stability of the paper money 168 when the first protrusion 127 and the second protrusion 129 push the paper money 168 is further ensured.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the first protrusion 127 and the second protrusion 129 are both rectangular in cross section perpendicular to the second direction, and thus, the stability of the first protrusion 127 and the second protrusion 129 in pushing the paper money 168 can be sufficiently ensured.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 again, in the present embodiment, the paper feeding mechanism 103 further includes a channel plate 175 overlapping with the supporting plate 115, and the channel plate 175 is a thin plate and has a slot. The second roller 125 is located below the channel plate 175 when the paper feeding mechanism 103 is not in operation, and the second roller 125 can pass through the slot of the channel plate 175 to engage with the first roller 121 when the paper feeding mechanism 103 is in operation. That is, by the arrangement of the channel plate 175, when the paper feeding operation is not performed, the second roller 125 can be hidden under the channel plate 175, so as to prevent damage, and the service life thereof can be prolonged.
In detail, the channel plate 175 is obliquely arranged, and a groove 133 is formed between the channel plate 175 and the supporting plate 115, the groove 133 is substantially "V" shaped, and by the arrangement of the groove 133 of the "V" shape, the tail portion of the banknote 168 pushed by the pushing portion 117 can be guided to move to the supporting surface, and the tail portion of the banknote 168 which has entered the accommodating chamber 107 can be blocked from moving from the supporting surface to the second roller 113. That is, through the arrangement of the groove 133, under the pushing action of the pushing portion 117 and the inertia action of the moving paper currency 168, the paper currency 168 can move towards the direction close to the supporting surface through the V-shaped groove, and when the paper currency 168 is blocked from moving in the opposite direction, the V-shaped groove can prevent the tail of the paper currency 168 from moving towards the direction close to the second roller 113, so that the phenomenon that the head of the paper currency 168 entering the accommodating cavity 107 later hits the tail of the paper currency 168 entering the accommodating cavity 107 first can be avoided, and the paper currency 168 can be ensured to be stacked in order in the accommodating cavity 107.
