The utility model provides a motorcycle, this motorcycle include automobile body and wheel, and this wheel adopts spoke type motorcycle wheel, and spoke type motorcycle wheel's weight is little, impact resistance is good, and has and inhale shake and buffer nature to make this motorcycle have the preferred and ride the travelling comfort.
The spoke type motorcycle wheel adopts a vacuum tire (namely, a tubeless tire) to reduce the weight of the wheel, reduce oil consumption and reduce the risk of tire burst. For avoiding the tire bead of vacuum child and the rim department gas leakage of this spoke formula motorcycle wheel, the utility model discloses aim at configuring the rim into and having complete, sclausura radial outer terminal surface to borrow and borrow this radial outer terminal surface joint and keep the tire bead, guarantee the vacuum of whole spoke rim.
Meanwhile, the rim of the spoke type motorcycle wheel is manufactured by extruding a rim blank by a metal extrusion molding process and then performing a circling and welding process, so that the rim has the advantages of better impact resistance, shock absorption, buffering property and the like than a cast rim, and is convenient to process and prepare and low in production cost compared with a rim formed by machining, milling and the like.
It will be appreciated that in order to enable the rim to be extruded on a metal extrusion process, any radial cross-sectional profile of the rim is substantially uniform irrespective of the additional structure formed on the rim by subsequent hole making or the like processes of the extrusion process.
The spoke motorcycle wheel is described below in two specific embodiments.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a spoked motorcycle wheel comprising a rim 1 and a hub 2, the rim 1 being fastened to the hub 2 by a plurality of individual spokes 3. The rim 1 comprises an inner rim 11 and an outer rim 12 which are formed into a whole, and in order to facilitate the rim 1 of the spoke type motorcycle wheel to be obtained by extrusion through a metal extrusion forming process, the inner rim 11 and the outer rim 12 are in a regular annular structure with any radial section pattern consistent.
Wherein, the inner rim 11 is arranged at the inner side of the outer rim 12 along the radial direction of the rim 1 and is configured to connect the spokes 3, which enables the outer rim 12 to obtain a radial outer end surface without holes, and the outer end surface is configured to joint and hold the tire bead, thereby ensuring the vacuum degree of the whole spoke and rim group without air leakage between the tire bead of the vacuum tire and the outer rim 12 due to the holes for connecting the spokes 3 when the vacuum tire is adopted by the spoke type motorcycle wheel.
To attach the spoke 3, the inner rim 11 has a circumferential array of puller holes 4, each puller hole 4 having an outer periphery surrounding a puller seat 41 formed with a threaded spoke puller 5, the spoke puller 5 being capable of pulling the spoke 3 to secure the spoke 3 to the rim 1. The hub 2 has a circumferential array of hat holes 6, the hat holes 6 being able to receive hat spokes 7, the hat spokes 7 being able to thread the spokes 3 in order to fasten the spokes 3 to the hub 2.
During assembly, the spoke puller 5 is sleeved into the raised head end 31 of the spoke 3, the spoke puller 5 is locked on the puller seat 41, the spoke cap 7 and the threaded end 32 of the spoke 3 are locked to the cap hole 6 of the hub 2, and the tensioning degree of the spoke 3 is adjusted by rotating the spoke cap 7, so that the roundness and the plane runout of the whole vacuum tire rim 1 system of the spoke 3 are ensured to meet the standard range.
In the embodiment, the spokes 3 of the complex casting wheel can be replaced by integral multiples of 4 (such as 32, 36, 40 and the like), so that the weight of the spoke type motorcycle wheel and the complexity of the spokes are greatly reduced, and the technical barriers and the casting defects in the casting process of the rim 1 are avoided. Compared with a spoke plate wheel, the motorcycle wheel with the spoke 3 suspension structure can reasonably decompose the external impact force borne by the rim 1 into dozens of points (namely the number of specifically arranged spokes 3) from the concentrated stress condition of a few originally fixed (namely the number of specifically arranged spoke plates). Compared with a cast integrated wheel, the buffering force is reduced by more than 6 times, so that the overall impact strength of the original spoke plate wheel can be borne by more than 6 times theoretically, and the overall strength of the spoke 3 wheel is effectively improved. In addition, the spokes 3 are elastic elements, can absorb vibration and impact force with certain strength, can better protect the rim 1 when the rim is stressed, prevent the rim 1 from deforming, and ensure the integrity of the vacuum structure of the spoke type motorcycle wheel.
As shown in fig. 3, the stress on the entire structure of the spoke type motorcycle wheel can be optimized by the double-layer structure of the rim 1 formed by the inner rim 11 and the outer rim 12, for example, the joint between the inner rim 11 and the outer rim 12 can be set to be smooth transition, and further, the inner rim 11 can be arched to be convex toward the radial inner side of the rim 1, so that the strength of the spoke type motorcycle wheel can be improved by 42% or more compared with a cast wheel under the same specific weight.
In addition, the double-layer rim can effectively reduce tire noise, the double-layer structure of the rim 1 also has a good elastic deformation space, when the wheel bears external impact force, the inner rim 11 can absorb the impact force through deformation, the overall sealing performance between the outer rim 12 and the tire bead cannot be influenced, tire burst and air leakage are prevented, and the accident rate is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment, the slider hole 4 and the slider seat 41 can be formed together by a friction extrusion drilling process, so that the structural strength of the slider hole 4 and the slider seat 41 is ensured, no waste is generated, and compared with the machining by a machining milling method, the blank cost and the machining difficulty can be reduced.
A spoke slider 5 can be provided at the radially outer end (i.e. the nose end 31) of each spoke 3, the spoke slider 5 being threadedly fastened to the slider seat 41 radially outwardly of the rim 1. The corresponding spoke 3 can be tightened and pulled upon forward rotation of the spoke puller 5, and the spoke 3 can be released upon reverse rotation of the spoke puller 5. That is, in the present embodiment, the spoke slider 5 is used to fix one end of the spoke 3 to the rim 1 at the time of assembly. The spoke cap 7 can then be arranged at the radially inner end (i.e. the threaded end 32) of each spoke 3. The spoke caps 7 can be threaded onto the flanges 21 of the axial ends of the hub 2 radially outwards of the rim 1, tensioning the corresponding spokes 3 when the spoke caps 7 are rotated forward, and loosening or even releasing the spokes 3 when the spoke caps 7 are rotated in the reverse direction. That is, in the present embodiment, the spoke caps 7 are used to fix the other ends of the spokes 3 to the hub 2 at the time of assembly, and to adjust the tension of the spokes 3 during the process of maintaining and calibrating the spoke motorcycle wheel.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the flanges 21 at the two axial ends of the hub 2 may be provided with a circumferential array of hat holes 6 to equalize the stress on the hub 2, and the spokes 3 may be connected between the rim 1 and the hub 2 in a staggered manner to meet the mechanical performance requirement. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the axis of the cap hole 6 is inclined inward of the hub 2 in the radial direction of the rim 1 to be suitable for the assembling work.
Preferably, the circumferential array of puller holes 4 is provided as a continuous zigzag staggered structure in which each puller hole 4 is axially offset to the side opposite each circumferentially adjacent puller hole 4 to equalize the force on the rim 1 and meet the mechanical performance requirements.
In this embodiment, the spokes 3 can use elbow spokes to effectively prevent the autorotation problem of the spokes 3 during the use. Specifically, the spoke 3 comprises a first section 33 and a second section 34 which are connected in a bent manner, wherein one end of the first section 33, which faces away from the second section 34, is provided with a thread which can be screwed with the spoke cap 7, and one end of the second section 34, which faces away from the first section 33, is provided with a raised head which can be clamped on the spoke puller 5. Preferably the second section 34 extends in the radial direction of the rim 1 to facilitate mounting of the spoke slider 5 to the rim 1.
Example two
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, this embodiment shows another spoke type motorcycle wheel, which uses the same double-layer structure of the inner rim 11 and the outer rim 12 as the rim 1 of the spoke type motorcycle wheel in the first embodiment, and is different from the present embodiment in that the spokes 3 are connected to the rim 1 and the hub 2, the rim 1 is provided with valve core holes 13 for conveniently arranging the valve cores 8 for inflating the vacuum tire, and the valve cores 8 can be tightly coupled to the valve core holes 13 through the seal rings. Therefore, it should be noted that configuring the rim 1 to have a complete, imperforate radially outer end face may be understood as providing no other through holes on the radially outer end face of the rim 1 except for the valve core hole 13 through which the valve core 8 is inserted.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the plurality of spokes 3 are evenly pulled to the periphery of the hub 2. The inner rim 11 is arranged on the inner side of the outer rim 12 along the radial direction of the rim 1, the inner rim 11 is provided with a circumferential array of bar cap holes 6, the periphery of each bar cap hole 6 surrounds a bar cap seat 61 formed by screwing the spoke cap component, and the bar cap component 9 can screw the spoke 3 so as to tension the spoke 3 between the rim 1 and the hub 2.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the bar cap hole 6 and the bar cap seat 61 can be formed together by a friction extrusion drilling process, so as to ensure the structural strength of the bar cap hole 6 and the bar cap seat 61, and no waste is generated, compared with the machining and milling method, the blank cost and the machining difficulty can be reduced.
The radially outer end (i.e., the threaded end 32) of each spoke 3 can extend radially outward from the rim 1 through the pull-up hole 22 formed in the flange 21 at the axial end of the hub 2, and the boss provided at the radially inner end (i.e., the boss end 31) of each spoke 3 is retained in the pull-up hole 22 of the hub 2. A bar cap assembly 9 can be provided at the radially outer end (i.e., the threaded end 32) of each spoke 3, the bar cap assembly 9 being threadably fastened to the bar cap seat 61 radially outward of the rim 1. The corresponding spoke 3 can be tightened and pulled when the bar-cap assembly 9 is adjusted in the forward direction, and the spoke 3 can be released after the bar-cap assembly 9 is adjusted in the reverse direction. That is, in the present embodiment, the cap assembly 9 is used to fix one end of the spoke 3 to the rim 1 at the time of assembly, and to adjust the tension of the spoke 3 during the process of maintaining and calibrating the spoked motorcycle wheel.
As shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the bar cap assembly 9 includes an inner bar cap 91, a connection sleeve 92, and a stopper piece 93. The inner cap 91 has an internally threaded hole 911 into which the spoke 3 can be screwed, and the inner cap 91 includes a rod portion 912 and a head portion 913 at one end of the rod portion 912, the outer dimension of the head portion 913 being larger than that of the rod portion 912, and the head portion 913 can pass through the cap hole 6 radially outward of the rim 1. The connecting sleeve 92 can be sleeved on the periphery of the rod part 912 and has an external thread which can be screwed to the nut holder 61, and the length of the connecting sleeve 92 is smaller than that of the rod part 912, so that one end of the rod part 912 facing away from the head part 913 extends out of the connecting sleeve 92. The stop piece 93 has elasticity and abuts between the head part 913 and the end face of the connecting sleeve 92, and when the inner bar cap 91 is screwed and the spoke 3 is tensioned, the stop piece 93 can be extruded and deformed by the head part 913 to obtain an outer edge dimension larger than the aperture of the bar cap hole 6, so that the inner bar cap 91 is prevented from being separated from the bar cap hole 6.
To facilitate assembly and tensioning of the spoke 3, the end of the stem 912 facing away from the head 913 is profiled to accommodate external tools to turn the inner cap 91. To prevent the connecting sleeve 92 from over-fitting, and to close the visor hole 6, the end of the connecting sleeve 92 facing away from the head 913 may have an outer edge dimension that is greater than the aperture of the visor hole 6. Further, the end of the connection sleeve 92 facing away from the head 913 may also be shaped to accommodate an external tool to rotate the connection sleeve 92.
The flanges 21 at the two axial ends of the hub 2 can be provided with circumferential arrays of the pulling holes 33 so as to homogenize the stress of the hub 2, and each spoke 3 can be connected between the rim 1 and the hub 2 in a staggered weaving manner so as to meet the requirement on mechanical property. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the axis of the cap hole 6 is inclined inward of the hub 2 in the radial direction of the rim 1 to be suitable for the assembling work.
Preferably, the circumferential array of hat-and-hat holes 6 is provided in a zigzag staggered configuration in succession, in which each hat-and-hat hole 6 is axially offset to the side opposite to each circumferentially adjacent hat-and-hat hole 6, in order to equalize the stress on the rim 1 and to meet the mechanical performance requirements. Further, any two adjacent hat holes 6 are respectively and obliquely arranged towards two axial sides of the rim 1, so that the spokes 3 connected in any two adjacent hat holes 6 are respectively connected to the flanges 21 at two axial ends of the hub 2.
It is obvious that the above embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Numerous obvious variations, rearrangements and substitutions will now occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
