The heating unit 410 may be a PTC heater, which is a heater formed by sand blasting cleaning process, high temperature, bonding, welding, and mold pressing, using a PTC heating sheet as a heating source and a corrugated sheet made of aluminum alloy as a heat sink. The working principle of the PTC heater is as follows: when the PCT heating plate is electrified, the resistance value is increased to enter the jump zone by self-heating, and the surface temperature of the PTC heating plate is kept constant, wherein the surface temperature is only related to the Curie temperature and the applied voltage of the PTC heating plate and is not basically related to the ambient temperature. When the fan 420 is stopped due to a fault, the power of the PTC heater is automatically and rapidly reduced because the PTC heater cannot sufficiently dissipate heat, and the surface temperature of the PTC heater is maintained around the curie temperature (generally about 250 ℃), so that the surface of the PTC heater such as an electric heating tube heater does not turn "red". The PTC heater has the characteristics of high voltage resistance, low power consumption, complete flame retardance, quick response time, long service life and the like, has the characteristic of automatic constant temperature and does not need a temperature control system for temperature control.
The intake vent 430 may be disposed at the bottom of the housing 100, and in one embodiment, the intake vent 430 may be disposed at any position of an inner wall, a side wall, or the like of the housing 100. The air outlet 440 may be disposed to face the sterilization module 300, and hot air heated by the heating unit 410 is blown to the sterilization module 300 by the fan 420, so that the sterilization module 300 and the entire chamber 110 may be dried.
The disinfection device 1 further comprises: the partition plate 600 is arranged in the cavity 110, one end of the partition plate 600 is connected with the housing 100, the other end of the partition plate 600 is connected with one end of the mounting bracket 450 in the heating module 400 in a welding, riveting, bonding or integral forming mode, the other end of the mounting bracket 450 is connected with the housing 100, and the disinfection module 300 is separated from the power supply 500 by the partition plate 600. The partition plate 600 is provided to prevent impurities or water drops on the articles to be sterilized in the cage 200 from falling onto the power supply 500 to cause a short circuit and a safety accident.

Sanitizer module 300 includes: a lamp holder 310, an ultraviolet lamp 320 and a reflecting plane 330, wherein the ultraviolet lamp 320 is arranged in the lamp holder 310; the plurality of reflecting planes 330 are disposed on the lamp holder 310, and are used for reflecting the light emitted by the ultraviolet lamp 320 to sterilize the cavity 110.
Ultraviolet (UV) is invisible light, is a section of electromagnetic radiation other than visible violet light, has a wavelength in the range of 10-400 nm, and is usually subdivided into the following sections according to their properties, including: vacuum Ultraviolet (VUV) light with wavelength of 10-200 nm; short-wave Ultraviolet (UVC) with the wavelength of 200-280nm can be used for sterilization and disinfection; medium-wave Ultraviolet (UVB) with the wavelength of 290-320 nm; and long-wave Ultraviolet (UVA) with the wavelength of 320-400nm, and can be used for photocuring printing plates. In this embodiment, the Ultraviolet lamp 320 is selected from a UVC lamp (Ultraviolet-C) that can perform sterilization and disinfection.
