Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, when reference numerals are given to components in each drawing, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as much as possible even when the components are illustrated in different drawings. In the description of the present invention, when it is determined that specific descriptions of related known structures and functions will lead to the unclear gist of the present invention, the detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted. In addition, although the preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below, the technical idea of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments or only to the above embodiments, and various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art.

First, the structure of the eyebrow stamp according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an eyebrow stamp according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an applicator 100 including a puff 110 and a holder 120 combined with the puff 110, and a housing 200 for housing the applicator 100.

The puff 110 includes a 1 st stamp face 111 and a 2 nd stamp face 112. The 1 st stamp face 111 is provided on either one of the upper and lower surfaces of the puff 110. The 2 nd stamp face 112 is provided on the opposite side of the 1 st stamp face 111 from the powder puff 110 face. The 1 st stamp face 111 and the 2 nd stamp face 112 are formed in an eyebrow shape. The puff 110 may be made of various known materials. The puff 110 may be made of a flexible material.

The puff 110 is coupled to the holder 120. The holder 120 serves as a handle portion when applying makeup to eyebrows. The bracket 120 has a coupling hole 121 at the center thereof.

The coupling hole 120 needs to be formed in the following structure: the powder puff 110 can be fixed well without being separated even if it is deformed in shape for the deformed shape by being perforated at the center of the holder 120 in conformity with the outer shape of the powder puff 110 or in a slightly smaller outer shape than the powder puff 110. Therefore, a protrusion (not shown) having a predetermined area to which the puff 110 can be fixed may be provided on the inner surface of the coupling hole 120.

When the powder puff 110 is coupled to the coupling hole 121, the 1 st exposed portion 113 of the powder puff and the 2 nd exposed portion 114 of the powder puff are naturally exposed to the outside of the coupling hole 121.

As the 1 st exposed portion 113 of the puff and the 2 nd exposed portion 114 of the puff are exposed to the outside of the coupling hole 121, the 1 st stamp face 111 and the 2 nd stamp face 112 are also exposed in the vertical direction of the coupling hole 121.

The holder 120 may be made of a flexible material that can be freely deformed. For example, the bracket 120 is made of a rubber material such as NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber). The holder 120 is made of various materials that can realize a flexible form, such as rubber, silicone, and TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer).

The stent 120 may include a shape retaining wire 122 inside. The shape of the stent 120 can be freely deformed by the shape-retaining wire 122. For example, when the stent 120 is pressed, the form maintaining wire 122 is deformed, thereby maintaining the deformed state of the stent 120. As the bracket 120 is deformed, the puff 110 may be deformed. For example, the puff 110 may be provided with a shape retaining wire 122.

The form maintaining line 122 is an essential structure for realizing the form deformation of the puff 110. For example, since the bracket 120 is made of a flexible material, it can only have a restoring force according to the strength of the material, and a particularly soft material can only be used to reduce the restoring force. If the material has a certain degree of restoring force, the material may break after long-term use, and if the material has a certain degree of restoring force, it is difficult to form the eyebrow shape into a desired shape. In the case of using a soft material, the shape is also changed by the weak force of the user, and there is a possibility that a desired eyebrow shape cannot be formed by the change of the shape in the process of applying makeup to the eyebrows by means of a stamp method, but such a problem can be solved by the form retaining line 122.

On the other hand, since the holder 120 is gripped by hand when applying makeup to the eyebrows, the outer side height H2 of the holder needs to be designed to be a height that is easy to grip.

The outer side height H2 of the holder is preferably formed to be lower than the outer side height H1 of the puff so as to expose the 1 st exposed portion 113 of the puff and the 2 nd exposed portion 114 of the puff.

For example, the closer the outer side height H2 of the bracket is to the outer side height H1 of the puff, the larger the area of the bracket 120 surrounding the puff 110 is, and the deformation of the puff 110 according to the deformation of the bracket 120 is more easily achieved.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the applicator 100 is receivable in the housing 200 of embodiment 1.

The housing 200 includes a 1 st housing portion 210 and a 2 nd housing portion 220.

The 1 st housing part 210 and the 2 nd housing part 220 are symmetrically configured to face each other. For example, the 1 st housing portion 210 is located at an upper portion, and the 2 nd housing portion 220 is located at a lower portion of the 1 st housing portion 210.

The 2 nd housing part 220 includes a 2 nd accommodation space 221 therein. The 2 nd accommodation space 221 accommodates the remaining part of the applicator 100 which is not accommodated in the 1 st accommodation space 211. The 2 nd stamp face 112 may be located at the 2 nd housing portion 220.

The 1 st support plate 212 may be provided inside the 1 st housing portion 210. The 1 st support plate 212 has a 1 st insertion hole 213 at the center thereof. When the applicator 100 is housed in the housing 200, the 1 st exposed portion 113 of the puff facing the 1 st support plate 212 is inserted into the 1 st insertion hole 213.

A 2 nd support plate 222 may be provided inside the 2 nd housing part 220. The 2 nd support plate 222 has a 2 nd insertion hole 223 at the center thereof. When the applicator 100 is housed in the housing 200, the 2 nd exposed portion 114 of the puff facing the 2 nd support plate 222 is inserted into the 2 nd insertion hole 223 correspondingly.

As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the applicator 100 may be housed in the housing 200 of embodiment 2.

The housing 200 according to embodiment 2 includes a main body 232 and a cover 231 provided on an upper portion of the main body 232 to open and close the upper portion of the main body 232.

The cover 231 is connected to the main body 232 by a hinge shaft 233 and is rotatably opened and closed in the up-down direction. The cover 231 may be provided with a mirror 231 a.

The main body 232 includes a 1 st housing space 232a for housing the cosmetic 232b, a 2 nd housing space 232c for inserting and storing the applicator 100, and a 3 rd housing space 232d for inserting the brush 400.

The 1 st housing case 241 is provided with a 1 st housing portion 241a into which the applicator 100 is inserted. The 1 st receiving portion 241a may be formed as a space of a depth into which the applicator 100 is completely inserted.

One end of the 2 nd storage case 242 is connected to the 1 st storage case 241 by rotating the opening/closing device 246. The rotary opening and closing device 246 may be a rotary opening and closing shaft. The rotary opening/closing device 246 may be configured in various known forms.

The 2 nd housing case 242 covers the upper portion of the 1 st housing case 241, and is separated from the upper portion of the 1 st housing case 241 to open the upper portion of the 1 st housing case 241 when rotated in the horizontal direction around the rotation opening/closing shaft.

The 2 nd housing case 242 includes a 1 st case 243 for housing the cosmetic 243a and a 2 nd case 244 for opening and closing the 1 st case 243. The 2 nd housing 244 is connected to the 1 st housing 243 by a connection hinge shaft 245, and rotates in the vertical direction to open and close the 1 st housing 243.

The 1 st casing 243 includes a 2 nd storage part 243a storing the cosmetic product 232b and a 3 rd storage part 243b storing the brush 243 b. The 2 nd housing 244 may include a mirror 231 a.

Next, a process of stamping with the applicator will be described.

As shown in fig. 4 (a), the holder 120 is grasped by hand. The holder 120 is designed to have a sufficient thickness and volume to be easily grasped by a user, and thus a good grip feeling is obtained.

The eyebrow makeup cosmetic is applied to the 1 st stamp surface 111 while holding the holder 120. The first stamp face 111 with the eyebrow dressing cosmetic applied thereto is used for eyebrow dressing of the left eyebrow or the right eyebrow to be dressed by stamping.

When makeup of one side of eyebrows is completed, a makeup cosmetic for eyebrows is applied to the 2 nd stamp face 112 located on the opposite side of the 1 st stamp face 111. The second stamp face 112 with the eyebrow dressing cosmetic is used to apply eyebrow dressing to the eyebrow on the other side to be dressed by stamping.

Since the first stamp face 111 and the second stamp face 112 are provided on both sides of the puff 110, the makeup of the left and right eyebrows can be performed.

As shown in fig. 4 (b), the eyebrow makeup is performed after the puff 110 is deformed in accordance with the shape of the eyebrow to be made up.

The shape of the eyebrow varies from person to person, and thus the shape of the puff 110 is deformed according to the user's shape of the eyebrow.

For example, when the holder 120 is grasped by a hand and pressed, the holder 120 is compressed and deformed, so that the shape of the puff 110 can be deformed in accordance with the shape of the eyebrow of the user.

The eyebrow makeup is applied to the left and right eyebrows after applying the eyebrow makeup cosmetics to the 1 st stamp face 111 and the 2 nd stamp face 112 of the deformed puff 110, respectively.

Hereinafter, the eyebrow dressing process will be described in more detail.

As shown in fig. 5, the shape of the puff 110 is customized (Customizing) to an eyebrow shape of 1 to 3 according to the user's eyebrow. The stamp is applied according to the eyebrow position after the eyebrow makeup cosmetics are applied to the 1 st stamp face 111 and the 2 nd stamp face 112 of the puff 110 deformed as shown in fig. 6. As shown in fig. 7, the eyebrow line is trimmed with a brush 400 for detailed treatment of the end of the eyebrow.

The applicator 100 having completed eyebrow makeup is stored in the case 200 as in embodiments 1 to 3.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the housing 200 of embodiment 1 can safely store the applicator 100. That is, when the applicator 100 is stored, the 1 st exposed portion 113 of the puff is inserted into the 1 st insertion hole 213 of the 1 st support plate 212 and placed, and the 2 nd exposed portion 114 of the puff is inserted into the 2 nd insertion hole 223 of the 2 nd support plate 222 and placed, whereby a stable storage state can be achieved.

As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the housing 200 of embodiment 2 accommodates the applicator 100 together with the cosmetic 232b for making up the eyebrows and the brush 400, and thus can facilitate making up the eyebrows.

As shown in fig. 13 to 16, the case 200 of embodiment 3 is configured such that the applicator 100 is incorporated in the 1 st storage case 241 located at the lower end, and the cosmetic 232b and the brush 400 for making up the eyebrows are stored in the 2 nd storage case 242 located at the upper end, thereby facilitating the eyebrow making-up.

The case 200 of embodiment 3 is convenient to use and has a unique open structure to improve product value because the 2 nd storage case 242 is rotated about the rotation opening/closing shaft to open the upper portion of the 1 st storage case 241.

As described above, the eyebrow stamp of the embodiment of the utility model can solve the technical problem of the previous eyebrow stamp.

Specifically, in the case of the conventional eyebrow stamp, since the left and right eyebrow applicators are separately provided, the volume of the product is increased, and since 2 applicators are manufactured, the cost is increased, and since the shape of the applicators cannot be changed, the eyebrows can be made up only in a fixed form of eyebrow shape, and therefore, the eyebrows cannot be made up in accordance with the user's eyebrow shape, which causes a problem of lowering the satisfaction of the consumer.

However, in the case of the eyebrow stamp according to an embodiment of the present invention, the left and right eyebrow applicators do not exist independently of each other, but make up the left and right eyebrows by using the 1 st stamp face and the 2 nd stamp face provided on one puff, so that it is convenient to make up the eyebrows, and only one applicator is required to be manufactured, thereby saving the product cost. Further, since the holder surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the applicator is made of a material that can be deformed when a user applies a certain force, the eyebrow can be made up by deforming the puff in accordance with the shape of the eyebrow of the consumer. In addition, since the puff is caught by the form holding line built in the holder when the form is deformed, the symmetrical shape of the deformation of the 1 st stamp face and the 2 nd stamp face can be held, and therefore, the eyebrow can be made up in accordance with the shape of the eyebrow of the user.

this eyebrow seal is constituted by an applicator comprising:

a puff having a first and a second eyebrow-shaped stamp surfaces 1 and 2 on the upper and lower surfaces thereof; and

and a holder having a coupling hole for coupling the 1 st stamp face and the 2 nd stamp face to be exposed in the vertical direction.

2. The eyebrow stamp according to claim 1,

the stent is made of a flexible material that can be freely deformed, and has a shape-retaining wire inside.

3. The eyebrow stamp according to claim 1,

the bracket is made of any one flexible material selected from rubber, silica gel and TPE.

4. The eyebrow stamp according to claim 1,

the outer side surface of the holder is formed to have a height that is easy to hold and is formed to have a height lower than the outer side surface of the puff so that the 1 st stamp surface and the 2 nd stamp surface are exposed at the coupling hole.

the 2 nd support plate is provided inside the 2 nd housing part, the 2 nd support plate is provided with a 2 nd insertion hole, and the 2 nd insertion hole is inserted toward the 2 nd exposed portion of the puff of the 2 nd support plate.

9. The eyebrow stamp according to claim 6,

the above-mentioned casing includes:

a main body having a 1 st housing space, a 2 nd housing space, and a 3 rd housing space; and

and a cover provided on the upper portion of the main body, connected to the main body by a hinge shaft, and vertically rotated to open and close the upper portion of the main body.

cosmetics are contained in the 1 st containing space, an applicator is contained in the 2 nd containing space, and a brush is contained in the 3 rd containing space.
