Referring to fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the food processor may be a soymilk maker, a juice extractor, a wall breaking machine, or the like. The cooking machine comprises a host machine 1, a cup body assembly 2 and a cup cover assembly 3. The cup body assembly 2 is detachably assembled to the main body 1. The cup cover assembly 3 is detachably assembled on the cup body assembly 2.
The cup body assembly 2 includes a cup body 21, a cup body handle 22 disposed at one side of the cup body 21, a cup holder 23 located at one end of the cup body 21, a rotating shaft (not shown) fixed to the cup holder 23, and a stirring blade assembly (not shown) and an upper clutch (not shown) fixed to the rotating shaft. The cup 21 may be made of glass, metal (e.g., stainless steel), or the like. The cup body 21 is internally provided with food materials, and the stirring knife assembly is positioned in the cup body 21 to stir the food materials.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the main body 1 includes a housing 10, a motor 11, a lower clutch 12, and a cover plate 13. The motor 11 is located in the space enclosed by the housing 10. The motor 11 includes a motor shaft 110. The lower clutch 12 is disposed on the motor shaft 110. When the cup body assembly 2 is assembled on the main machine 1, the upper clutch is matched with the lower clutch 12, so that the motor 11 can drive the rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotating shaft drives the stirring knife assembly to rotate so as to stir food materials. The housing 10 includes an upper case 101 and a lower case 102 assembled together.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4 and 7 to 10, the upper housing 101 includes a top wall 1010, a retaining wall 1011 extending upward from the top wall 1010, a side wall 1012 extending downward from the retaining wall 1011, a connecting part 1013 extending downward from the top wall 1010, a holding part 1014 extending to one side from the connecting part 1013, a water blocking rib 1015 extending upward from the holding part 1014, and a first fastening part 1016 arranged on the water blocking rib 1015. The top wall 1010 is provided with an upper surface 10101 and a groove 10103 concavely formed from the upper surface 10101. The top wall 1010 is further provided with a protrusion 10102 located inside the groove 10103. The protrusion 10102 is higher than the upper surface 10101.
The holding part 1014 is provided with an assembly hole 10140. The main body 1 further includes a positioning member (not shown) passing through the assembling hole 10140 and being fixed to the motor 11, so as to assemble the motor 11 to the upper housing 10. The positioning piece can be a screw or a bolt and the like. The water blocking rib 1015 is flush with the protrusion 10102. The top wall 1010 and the retaining wall 1011 form a receiving portion 10110. The cup holder 23 of the cup body assembly 2 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 10110. The lower clutch 12 is at least partially located within the receiving portion 10110. The side walls 1012 enclose a receiving space 10120. The motor 11 is located in the accommodating space 10120. The receiving portion 10110 and the receiving space 10120 are located on upper and lower sides of the top wall 1010. The water blocking ribs 1015 enclose a receiving hole 10150. The receiving hole 10150 communicates the receiving portion 10110 and the receiving space 10120.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the cover plate 13 includes an assembling portion 130, a cover plate portion 131 extending outward from the assembling portion 130, and a holding portion 133 extending downward from the periphery of the cover plate portion 131. The assembling portion 130 defines a shaft hole 1301. The assembling portion 130 is provided with a second buckling portion 1302. The top end of the assembly portion 1301 is higher than the cover plate portion 131 to prevent water from entering the shaft hole 1301. The abutting portion 133 forms a closed ring shape.
Referring to fig. 7 to 10, when the cover plate 13 is assembled to the upper housing 101, a portion of the assembling portion 130 of the cover plate 13 is assembled in the receiving hole 10150 of the upper housing 101, the second latching portion 1302 of the cover plate 13 is latched and fixed with the first latching portion 1016 of the upper housing 101 to limit the cover plate 13 to the upper housing 101, so that the cover plate 13 is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble, the cover plate portion 131 of the cover plate 13 is located above the assembling hole 10140 of the upper housing 101 to cover the assembling hole 10140, water can be prevented from entering the assembling hole 10140, so that water can be prevented from entering the inside of the host 1, and the waterproof reliability of the host 1 is high; the abutting portion 133 of the cover plate 13 is accommodated in the groove 10103 of the upper housing 101, and the abutting portion 133 can be attached to and sealed with the upper housing 101 to prevent a gap between the cover plate 13 and the upper housing 101 from leaking water, and can prevent water from entering the assembly hole 10140 to prevent water from entering the inside of the host 1, so that the host 1 has high waterproof reliability; the lower surface of the cover plate part 131 of the cover plate 13 is fitted with the upper surface of the top wall 1010 of the upper housing 101, so that water is prevented from entering the assembly hole 10140 through the gap between the cover plate 13 and the upper housing 101; the cover plate portion 131 of the cover plate 13 abuts against the water-blocking rib 1015 and the protrusion 10102 of the upper housing 101, and can also prevent water from entering the assembly hole 10140 beyond the protrusion 10102 and entering the inside of the host 1 beyond the water-blocking rib 1015, so that the host 1 has high waterproof reliability.
