Abstract

就用于采伐迹地，荒山荒地造林的新型移苗锹， 不受季节限制，不需缓苗过程，大大提高苗木成活 率。同时不用先拾净地上的残根、石块，提高了劳动 生产率。利用废料制成的半圆形有刃的新型移苗锹， 比普通锹、镐降低成本25％。

Description

本实用新型应用于采伐压迹地，荒山荒地等条件的植苗造林，尤其是一种适用于不同季节林地补植的新型移苗锹。
目前，更新造林成活率低的现象依然存在，因此补植也就成为达到三年保存率的必要措施。林区普遍应用的移苗工具是锹、镐。使用时先将地挖成刨成穴状，植入苗木再培土踩实。很不方便。且受季节限制。苗木成活率低。而新型移苗锹是带耳的半圆型尖锹，有刃、使用方便，提高劳动率30％。该锹使用时是在死亡苗木两侧5cm处各挖一锹，取出中间土壤，形成一个圆形土坑。再用同样方法，将密植行的成活苗木连根带土挖出来，保持圆柱形，然后放入先挖好的圆柱形坑内踩实。因而不需要踩苗过程。苗木成活率提高50％以上。而且还降低成本25％。
本实用新型目的不仅提高了劳动生产率，而且也提高造林成活率，使其尽快郁闭成林，培育好后备森林资源。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：将J－－50型拖拉机废传动轴、纵向切割成两半截成18cm长，锹尖呈圆形有刃，用钢筋在其上焊成锹耳，用2－－3的薄铁卷成底圆直径为3－－4的圆锥，焊到锹头上，安装上木柄，锹即制成。使用新型移苗锹移苗，不破坏苗木根系和土壤结构，苗根与土壤结合紧密，不需缓苗过程，因而苗木成活率高
由于锹尖圆形有刃，锹面较小，使用方便，一般可不用先拾净迹地上的残根石块，可比普通镐降低成本25％。
由于采用上述方案，该锹结构合理，携带方便，实用性强，并不受气候影响，使用时不伤苗木根系，达到提高苗木成活率的目的。

Claims (1)

1、一种新型移苗锹，由锹把、锹耳、锹面组成，锹把由2mm厚铁片卷成焊接，锹耳由钢筋做成，锹面由J-50型拖拉机废传动轴做成。其特征是：锹面半圆形，锹尖半圆形有刃，锹把，锹耳，锹面之间均焊接。
