As shown in fig. 1, the tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system of the present disclosure includes a first translation device 1, a second translation device 2, a third translation device 3, a detection device 4, a first tobacco shred turnover box to be cleaned moving device 5, and a cleaning device (not shown in the figure).
The first, second and third translation devices 1, 2, 3 are connected in sequence to transfer the cut tobacco turnaround boxes in a horizontal direction between the first, second and third translation devices 1, 2, 3. The shredded tobacco turnover box can be transferred from the first translation device 1 to the second translation device 2 and from the second translation device 2 to the third translation device 3.
The detection device 4 can be used to detect the cleanliness of the inner wall of the tobacco shred turnover box on the second translation device 2. When the cleanliness of the tobacco shred turnover box on the second translation device 2 is in problem, the tobacco shred turnover box needs to be cleaned, and the tobacco shred turnover box can be moved away from the second translation device 2 through the first tobacco shred turnover box moving device 5 to be cleaned conveniently, so that the tobacco shred turnover box to be cleaned is prevented from interfering with the transportation of other tobacco shred turnover boxes.
The cleaning device can be used to clean the turnover box of tobacco shreds to be cleaned leaving the second translation device 2. The cleaning device may for example be a purging device or a rinsing device or the like.
The first translation device 1, the second translation device 2, the third translation device 3 and the first device for moving the cut tobacco turnover box 5 to be cleaned can be, for example, chain conveyors or mechanical conveying arms.
In an embodiment of the tobacco shred circulation box cleaning system of the present disclosure, in order to improve the detection accuracy, the detection device 4 includes a detection bracket 41 and a shooting mechanism 42. The photographing mechanism 42 is installed on the detection support 41 to photograph the inner wall of the tobacco shred circulation box located on the second translation device 2.
Further, in order to improve the detection accuracy, the detection device 4 further includes a light supplement lamp 43. The light supplement lamp 43 is installed on the detection bracket 41 to supplement light to the photographing mechanism 42.
Furthermore, in order to increase the detection accuracy, the projection of the camera 42 onto the working plane of the second translation device 2 coincides with the geometric center of the working plane of the second translation device 2. The working plane of the second translation device 2 is a contact plane of the second translation device 2 and the cut tobacco turnover box.
In an embodiment of the tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system of the present disclosure, the tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system further includes a tobacco shred turnover box position detection device.
The tobacco shred turnover box position detection device can be used for sending a signal for stopping transporting the tobacco shred turnover box to the second translation device 2 when the tobacco shred turnover box completely enters the second translation device 2.
The tobacco shred circulation box position detection device can be, for example, a position sensor or a contact switch, and after the tobacco shred circulation box completely enters the second translation device 2, the tobacco shred circulation box can be stopped on the second translation device 2 through a signal sent by the tobacco shred circulation box position detection device for stopping transporting the tobacco shred circulation box, so that the detection device 4 can more accurately detect the cleanliness of the tobacco shred circulation box.
Further, the tobacco shred turnover box position detection device comprises a first photoelectric switch 6. The first opto-electronic switch 6 is located on the side of the second translation means 2 adjacent to the third translation means 3. After completely entering the second translation device 2, the cut tobacco turnover box triggers the first photoelectric switch 6, so that the cut tobacco turnover box stays on the second translation device 2.
Further, the tobacco shred turnover box position detection device further comprises a second photoelectric switch 7. The second photoelectric switch 7 is located on the side of the first photoelectric switch 6 remote from the third translation means 3. In an embodiment of the tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system of the present disclosure, the tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system further includes a second tobacco shred turnover box moving device 8 to be cleaned. The second tobacco shred turnover box moving device 8 to be cleaned is positioned on the side edge of the second moving device 2 in the transmission direction. The second tobacco shred turnover box to be cleaned moving device 8 can be used for conveying the tobacco shred turnover box to be cleaned along the horizontal direction. The first tobacco shred turnover box moving device 5 to be cleaned can be a mechanical transmission arm or a multi-shaft transmission machine. The second tobacco shred turnover box moving device 8 to be cleaned can be a chain conveyor or a mechanical conveying arm and the like.

Further, the transmission direction of the second to-be-cleaned tobacco shred turnover box moving device 8 is perpendicular to the transmission direction of the second translation device 2.

1. A tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system is characterized by comprising a first translation device, a second translation device, a third translation device, a detection device, a first tobacco shred turnover box to be cleaned moving device and a cleaning device; wherein,
the first translation device, the second translation device and the third translation device are connected in sequence so as to convey the cut tobacco turnover box among the first translation device, the second translation device and the third translation device along the horizontal direction;
the detection device is arranged for detecting the cleanliness of the inner wall of the tobacco shred turnover box on the second translation device;
the first tobacco shred circulation box moving device to be cleaned is arranged for transmitting the tobacco shred circulation box to be cleaned on the second moving device along the vertical direction so as to enable the tobacco shred circulation box to be cleaned to leave the second moving device;
the cleaning device is arranged for cleaning the cut tobacco turnover box to be cleaned, which leaves the second translation device.
2. The tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system according to claim 1, wherein the detection device comprises a detection bracket and a shooting mechanism;
the shooting mechanism is installed on the detection support to shoot the inner wall of the tobacco shred turnover box on the second translation device.
3. The tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system according to claim 2, wherein the detection device further comprises a light supplement lamp, and the light supplement lamp is installed on the detection support to supplement light for the shooting mechanism.
4. The tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system according to claim 2, wherein the projection of the shooting mechanism on the working plane of the second translation device is coincident with the geometric center of the working plane of the second translation device.

The tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system according to claim 6, wherein the tobacco shred turnover box position detecting device further comprises a second photoelectric switch, and the second photoelectric switch is positioned on one side of the first photoelectric switch, which is far away from the third translation device.
8. The tobacco transfer container cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the first, second, and third translation devices are chain conveyors.

The tobacco shred turnover box cleaning system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a second to-be-cleaned tobacco shred turnover box moving device which is located on the side of the second translation device in the conveying direction and is arranged for conveying the to-be-cleaned tobacco shred turnover box in the horizontal direction;
the first tobacco shred circulation box moving device to be cleaned is also arranged to be used for transmitting the tobacco shred circulation box to be cleaned on the second moving device along the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, so that the tobacco shred circulation box to be cleaned leaves the second moving device and enters the second tobacco shred circulation box moving device to be cleaned.
