The first left side surface 113 and the first right side surface 114 are oriented in the opposite directions, and the first left side surface 113 and the first right side surface 114 are spaced apart in the left-right direction, which is the horizontal transverse direction (X-axis direction). It is apparent that the first left side surface 113 is connected between one end of both the first front surface 111 and the first rear surface 112, and the first right side surface 114 is connected between the other end of both the first front surface 111 and the first rear surface 112. So that the first front surface 111, the first rear surface 112, the first left side surface 113 and the first right side surface 114 are connected to form a tubular structure, and the first inclined surface 115 is located at one end of the tubular structure, i.e., the first inclined surface 115 is simultaneously connected with the end portions of the four first front surface 111, the first rear surface 112, the first left side surface 113 and the first right side surface 114, so that the first inclined surface 115 is located at the end portion of the rotating lever 110 near the connecting rod 120.
The extending direction of the rotating rod 110 in the first position 11 is a vertical direction (Z-axis direction), a horizontal plane perpendicular to the vertical direction is used as the reference plane 30, and an included angle a between the first inclined surface 115 and the reference plane 30 is 30 ° to 70 °, for example, the included angle a between the first inclined surface 115 and the reference plane 30 may be 45 °, although the value of the included angle a may also be 30 °, 60 °, or 70 °.
The first front surface 111 includes a first unit surface 111a, a second unit surface 111b, and a third unit surface 111c, the first unit surface 111a is closer to the connection bar 120 than the third unit surface 111c, and the second unit surface 111b is connected between the first unit surface 111a and the third unit, i.e., one end of the second unit surface 111b is connected to the first unit surface 111a, and the other end of the second unit surface 111b is connected to the third unit surface 111 c. The first unit surface 111a and the third unit surface 111c are provided at an interval in the front-rear direction and have the same orientation, but of course, both the first unit surface 111a and the third unit surface 111c may be parallel to each other. The second unit surface 111b and the third unit surface 111c are connected in an intersecting manner to form a certain included angle, and the second unit surface 111b and the first unit surface 111a are also connected in an intersecting manner to form a certain included angle. The first rotating shaft 130 is disposed at the third unit surface 111c, and when the lever 110 is rotated at the first position 11, the first rotating shaft 130 is disposed perpendicular to the third unit surface 111c such that a central axis of the first rotating shaft 130 extends in a horizontal longitudinal direction. When the chucking mechanism 200 is coupled to the first shaft 130, a surface of the chucking mechanism 200 may be attached to the first unit surface 111 a. When the first rotating shaft 130 drives the clamping mechanism 200 to rotate, the second unit surface 111b is arranged, so that a good clearance space can be increased for the rotation of the clamping mechanism 200, the clamping mechanism 200 is prevented from interfering with the rotating rod 110 in the rotating process, the rotating stability of the clamping mechanism 200 is improved, the vibration generated when the clamping mechanism 200 rotates is eliminated, and when the mobile phone 20 rotates along with the clamping mechanism 200 to collect images or videos, the definition and the fidelity of the images or the images can be improved.

The rotating rod 110 is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 120a, the mounting portion 120b includes a plurality of protrusions 127, the protrusions 127 are disposed on an end of the mounting portion 120b away from the connecting portion 120a, the plurality of protrusions 127 are spaced apart along a width direction of the mounting portion 120b, for example, the number of the protrusions 127 may be three, and the number of the protrusions 127 may be increased or decreased as appropriate. Each protrusion 127 is provided with a through hole 127a, the through hole 127a may be a circular hole, and the through holes 127a of the protrusions 127 are coaxially arranged. A rotation shaft may be installed in the through hole 127a, and the rotation shaft may be connected to the grip lever, and a rotation connection relationship between the grip lever and the installation part 120b may be realized by the rotation shaft. In the first position 11, the central axis of the through-hole 127a and the central axis of the first shaft 130 are perpendicular to each other, for example, the central axis of the through-hole 127a extends in a horizontal transverse direction (X-axis direction), and the central axis of the first shaft 130 may extend in a horizontal longitudinal direction (Y-axis direction).
The connection portion 120a includes a second front surface 121, a second rear surface 122, a second left side surface 123, a second right side surface 124, and a second slope 125. The second front surface 121 and the second rear surface 122 are oriented in the opposite directions, and the second front surface 121 and the second rear surface 122 are spaced apart in the front-rear direction, i.e., the horizontal longitudinal direction (Y-axis direction). The second left side surface 123 and the second right side surface 124 are oriented in the opposite directions, and the second left side surface 123 and the second right side surface 124 are spaced apart in the left-right direction, i.e., the horizontal transverse direction (X-axis direction). It is apparent that the second left side surface 123 is connected between one end of both the second front surface 121 and the second rear surface 122, and the second right side surface 124 is connected between the other end of both the second front surface 121 and the second rear surface 122. So that the second front surface 121, the second rear surface 122, the second left side surface 123 and the second right side surface 124 are connected to form a tubular structure, and the second inclined surface 125 is located at one end of the tubular structure, i.e., the second inclined surface 125 is simultaneously connected with the end portions of the fourth front surface 121, the second rear surface 122, the second left side surface 123 and the second right side surface 124, so that the second inclined surface 125 is located at the end portion of the connecting portion 120a close to the rotating lever 110.
The included angle B between the second inclined surface 125 and the reference plane 30 may be 30 ° to 70 °, for example, the included angle B between the second inclined surface 125 and the reference plane 30 may be 45 °, although the value of the included angle B may also be 30 °, 60 °, or 70 °. The second inclined surface 125 is parallel to the first inclined surface 115, and when the rotating rod 110 is rotatably connected to the connecting rod 120, the first inclined surface 115 and the second inclined surface 125 are attached to each other.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the rotating rod 110 may be a hollow structure, that is, the rotating rod 110 is surrounded to form a first inner cavity 116. The first inclined plane 115 is provided with a first mounting hole 115a, and the first mounting hole 115a is simultaneously communicated with the outside and the first inner cavity 116. Likewise, the connecting rod 120 may be a hollow structure, and the connecting rod 120 encloses a second inner cavity 126. The second inclined plane 125 is provided with a second mounting hole 125a, and the second mounting hole 125a is simultaneously communicated with the outside and the second inner cavity 126. The middle portion of the second rotating shaft 140 is simultaneously inserted into the first mounting hole 115a and the second mounting hole 125a, one end of the second rotating shaft 140 is received in the first inner cavity 116, and the other end of the second rotating shaft 140 is received in the second inner cavity 126. Therefore, by accommodating the second rotation shaft 140 in the first inner cavity 116 and the second inner cavity 126, the second rotation shaft 140 is hidden inside the rotation lever 110 and the connection lever 120, the user cannot externally observe the existence of the second rotation shaft 140, the overall consistency of the whole self-shooting pan-tilt head 10 in the appearance is improved, and the second rotation shaft 140 is prevented from influencing the appearance of the self-shooting pan-tilt head 10. Meanwhile, the second rotating shaft 140 fully utilizes the space of the first inner cavity 116 and the second inner cavity 126, and the second rotating shaft 140 is prevented from occupying the installation space outside the rotating rod 110 and the connecting rod 120, so that the self-shooting pan-tilt 10 is more compact in structure. Furthermore, both the rotating rod 110 and the connecting rod 120 are set to be hollow, which can reduce the total weight of the self-photographing pan/tilt head 10, thereby improving the comfort of the operation of the self-photographing pan/tilt head 10.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, when the rotating lever 110 is in the first position 11, the central axis of the first rotating shaft 130 extends in the horizontal longitudinal direction (Y-axis direction) while the rotating lever 110 is in a vertical state. At this time, the first unit surface 111a is butted and flush with the end of the second front surface 121, the first rear surface 112 is butted and flush with the end of the second rear surface 122, the first left side surface 113 is butted and flush with the end of the second left side surface 123, and the first right side surface 114 is butted and flush with the end of the second right side surface 124. Moreover, the edges of the first inclined surface 115 and the second inclined surface 125 are aligned with each other, that is, with reference to the reference plane 30, the orthographic projections of the first inclined surface 115 and the second inclined surface 125 on the reference plane 30 are completely coincident.
Referring to fig. 10, 11 and 12, after the rotating rod 110 rotates 180 ° relative to the connecting rod 120 from the first position 11, the rotating rod 110 will be in the second position 12. At this time, the first unit surface 111a is butted against the end of the second rear surface 122 and perpendicular to each other, the first rear surface 112 is butted against the end of the second front surface 121 and perpendicular to each other, the first left side surface 113 is butted against the end of the second right side surface 124 and flush with each other, and the second left side surface 123 is butted against the end of the first right side surface 114 and flush with each other. Moreover, the edges of the first inclined surface 115 and the second inclined surface 125 are still aligned with each other, that is, with reference to the reference plane 30, the orthographic projections of the first inclined surface 115 and the second inclined surface 125 on the reference plane 30 are completely coincident. When the rotating lever 110 is in the second position 12, the central axis of the first rotating shaft 130 extends in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction), in other words, when the rotating lever 110 rotates from the first position 11 to the second position 12, the central axis of the first rotating shaft 130 will be converted from the horizontal state to the vertical state; while the rotating lever 110 is in a horizontal state.
Referring to fig. 7, the motor 300 may be accommodated in the first inner cavity 116 of the rotating rod 110, and the first rotating shaft 130 is connected to the motor 300, such that the motor 300 may drive the first rotating shaft 130 to rotate, and then the first rotating shaft 130 drives the clamping mechanism 200 to rotate. When a rotation moment is applied to the rotation lever 110 by hand, the rotation lever 110 is also caused to rotate about the second rotation axis 140 relative to the connection lever 120. Therefore, the rotation of the clamping mechanism 200 with respect to the rotation lever 110 is driven by the motor 300, and the rotation of the rotation lever 110 with respect to the connection lever 120 is driven manually.
If two motors are provided, one of the motors rotates the clamping mechanism 200 and the mobile phone 20 along the central axis extending in the horizontal direction, and the other motor rotates the clamping mechanism 200 and the mobile phone 20 along the central axis extending in the vertical direction, so that the mobile phone 20 can rotate in multiple degrees of freedom to realize multi-angle shooting. However, this causes a rise in manufacturing cost due to an increase in the number of motors, increases the weight and power consumption of the entire self-photographing head 10, and also causes the structure of the self-photographing head 10 to be more complicated.
With the self-timer tripod head 10 of the above embodiment, when the rotating rod 110 is at the first position 11, the central axis of the first rotating shaft 130 extends along the horizontal direction, and when the motor 300 rotates, the clamping mechanism 200 and the mobile phone 20 rotate around the central axis extending along the horizontal direction, so as to realize the rotation of the mobile phone 20 with the first degree of freedom. When the clamping mechanism 200 and the mobile phone 20 need to rotate around the central axis extending in the vertical direction to realize the rotation of the mobile phone 20 with the second degree of freedom, only the rotating rod 110 needs to be rotated to the second position 12, at this time, the central axis of the first rotating shaft 130 is converted from the horizontal state to the vertical state, and the rotation of the mobile phone 20 with the second degree of freedom can be smoothly realized in the working process of the motor 300. Of course, the position of the connecting rod 120 should remain unchanged during the rotation of the rotating rod 110. Therefore, by providing the second rotating shaft 140, the first inclined surface 115 and the second inclined surface 125, under the condition that there is only one motor 300 and the position of the connecting rod 120 is not changed, the rotation of the two degrees of freedom of the clamping mechanism 200 and the mobile phone 20 can be realized, and then the multi-angle shooting of the mobile phone 20 can be realized. The number of the installed motors 300 can be saved, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the self-shooting pan-tilt 10 and simplifying the structure thereof, reducing the weight and the electric energy consumption of the whole self-shooting pan-tilt 10, and improving the playability of the self-shooting pan-tilt 10 to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 13, 15 and 16, in some embodiments, the clamping mechanism 200 includes a bearing block 210, a first clamping assembly 220, a second clamping assembly 230, an abutment 240 and a power source 250. The bearing block 210 is mounted on the first rotating shaft 130, and the structures of both the first clamping assembly 220 and the second clamping assembly 230 may be identical, for example, both the first clamping assembly 220 and the second clamping assembly 230 include a slider 231, two clamping blocks 232, a mounting block 233, a third rotating shaft 234, a guide rod 235, and a spring.
The first clamping assembly 220 and the second clamping assembly 230 are disposed at opposite ends of the bearing block 210 in the length direction, so that the first clamping assembly 220 and the second clamping assembly 230 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the bearing block 210, a first gap 222 is formed between the first clamping assembly 220 and the second clamping assembly 230, the first gap 222 is used for being matched with the mobile phone 20, and the first gap 222 is actually formed by gaps between clamping blocks 232 of different clamping assemblies.
For the same clamping assembly, the sliding block 231 is slidably connected with the bearing block 210, so that the sliding block 231 can slide back and forth in the length direction of the bearing block 210. The third shaft 234 is inserted into the mounting block 233, the third shaft 234 is rotatably connected to the slider 231, and a central axis of the third shaft 234 extends along a width direction of the bearing block 210. The two clamping blocks 232 are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the mounting block 233, so that the two clamping blocks 232 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the bearing block 210, a second gap 232a is formed between the two clamping blocks 232, and the second gap 232a is also used for matching with the mobile phone 20.
The slider 231 is formed with a recess 231a, and the mounting block 233 is received in the recess 231 a. The recessed space 231a can reduce the total weight of the slider 231, and on the other hand, the mounting block 233 can make full use of the mounting space formed by the recessed space 231a, so that the mounting block 233 does not occupy the mounting space other than the slider 231, and the first clamping assembly 220 and the second clamping assembly 230 are more compact in structure.
The bearing block 210 is further provided with a sliding hole 213a, the sliding hole 213a extends along the length direction of the bearing block 210, the guide rod 235 can be fixedly connected with the slider 231, and the guide rod 235 is in sliding fit with the sliding hole 213 a. Through the cooperation of the guide rod 235 and the slide hole 213a, the sliding precision and stability of the slider 231 relative to the bearing block 210 can be improved. Meanwhile, when the slider 231 slides away from the bearing block 210, the width dimension of the first gap 222 may be increased, and when the slider 231 slides close to the bearing block 210, the width dimension of a gap may be decreased. The size of the first gap 222 can be adjusted by the movement of the sliding block 231 relative to the bearing block 210, so that the first gap 222 can be matched with mobile phones 20 of different models and sizes. The spring may be received in the sliding hole 213a and fit over the guide rod 235, one end of the spring may be fixed to the bearing block 210, and the other end of the spring may be fixed to the slider 231. When the sliding block 231 slides away from the bearing block 210, the spring stores energy, and when the matching relation between the first gap 222 and the mobile phone 20 is released, the sliding block 231 can automatically approach the bearing block 210 to move under the action of the elastic force of the spring, namely, the spring plays a role in resetting the sliding block 231.
The abutting piece 240 is located between the first clamping component 220 and the second clamping component 230, the abutting piece 240 is connected with the bearing block 210 in a rotating mode, the abutting piece 240 can rotate around a central axis extending along the length direction of the bearing block 210, when the mobile phone 20 is matched with the second gap 232a, the abutting piece 240 can rotate to a certain proper position to abut against the mobile phone 20, and the stability of fixing the mobile phone 20 is improved. The abutting member 240 is further recessed to form a sinking groove 241, and when the abutting member 240 rotates to another proper position, the mobile phone 20 is matched with the sinking groove 241, so that the stability of fixing the mobile phone 20 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the bearing block 210 is recessed to form a first groove 211 and a second groove 212, the recessed depth of the first groove 211 is smaller than that of the second groove 212, and the recessed depths of the two second grooves 212 may be the same. The number of the first grooves 211 is one, the number of the second grooves 212 is two, the first grooves 211 are centrally arranged, and the second grooves 212 are divided at opposite sides of the first grooves 211. The bearing block 210 has a step surface 213, the step surface 213 is located at a communication between the first recess 211 and the second recess 212, and the slide hole 213a is opened on the step surface 213. The slider 231 may be received in the second groove 212, and both the clamp block 232 and the abutment 240 may be received in the first groove 211. The slider 231 may abut against the step surface 213, so as to limit the limit sliding distance of the slider 231, that is, the step surface 213 may limit the sliding of the slider 231.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the bearing block 210 further has a receiving cavity 214 and a plug 215, and the power source 250 is used for supplying power to the motor 300 (see fig. 7) located in the rotating rod 110 to provide energy. The jack 215 communicates with the outside and the receiving cavity 214, the charging seat of the power supply 250 is received in the jack 215, and the other part of the power supply 250 is received in the receiving cavity 214. When the charging stand is connected with the external charging device, the power supply 250 can be charged, and the power supply 250 can be recycled.
When the rotating rod 110 is located at the first position 11, the clamping blocks 232 of the first clamping assembly 220 and the second clamping assembly 230 can be rotated away from the bearing block 210 relative to the sliding block 231, and at this time, the first gap 222 is formed between the clamping blocks 232 of the two clamping assemblies. At the same time, sliding the slider 231 away from the bearing block 210 to increase the size of the first gap 222 ensures that the handset 20 can be placed in the first gap 222. After the mobile phone 20 is placed in the first gap 222 with a larger size, the sliding block 231 moves close to the bearing block 210 under the action of the elastic force of the spring, so that the clamping blocks 232 of the two clamping assemblies move towards each other until abutting against the mobile phone 20. At this time, the size of the first gap 222 is reduced, so that the cellular phone 20 is stably and reliably held in the first gap 222, the size of which has been reduced, by the clamping block 232. When the cellular phone 20 is held in the first gap 222, the back surface 22 of the cellular phone 20 is disposed facing the carrier block 210, the front surface 21 (display surface) of the cellular phone 20 is disposed facing away from the carrier block 210, and the side surface 23 of the cellular phone 20 abuts against the clamping block 232, and it is obvious that the side surface 23 of the cellular phone 20 is connected between the front surface 21 and the back surface 22. Of course, in order to avoid interference with the fixing of the mobile phone 20, the contact member 240 may be rotated to be received in the first groove 211 of the bearing block 210. The weight of the handpiece 20 may be carried by the clamp block 232 of one of the clamp assemblies during the clamping of the handpiece 20, i.e., the weight of the handpiece 20 acts directly on the clamp block 232 of one of the clamp assemblies. In short, the clamping blocks 232 on the two clamping assemblies can apply a force along the length or width of the handpiece 20 itself to secure the handpiece 20 in the first gap 222.
When the stem 110 is rotated to the second position 12, the handpiece 20 will be simultaneously clamped in the second gap 232a of the first and second clamping assemblies 220 and 230, so the handpiece 20 will no longer be clamped in the first gap 222. When the handset 20 is held in the second gap 232a, the front surface 21 and the back surface 22 of the handset 20 simultaneously contact with the two clamping blocks 232 on the same holding component, that is, the two clamping blocks 232 on the same holding component exert a force in the thickness direction of the handset 20 to fix the handset 20 in the second gap 232 a. At this time, the gravity of the mobile phone 20 may directly act on the sliding block 231 and the bearing block 210, and the clamping block 232 may no longer bear the gravity of the mobile phone 20. When the mobile phone 20 is fixed in the second gap 232a, one of the lengthwise extending sides 23 of the mobile phone 20 may be disposed toward the bearing block 210, i.e., the "lying-down clamping" of the mobile phone 20 is realized. One of the lateral surfaces 23 of the mobile phone 20 extending in the width direction may be disposed toward the bearing block 210, that is, the mobile phone 20 is "held upright". It can be understood that, for the "upright clamping", before the mobile phone 20 is clamped in the second gap 232a, the abutting piece 240 may be rotated to a proper position away from the bearing block 210, and after the mobile phone 20 is clamped, the end of the abutting piece 240 abuts against the back surface of the mobile phone 20, thereby further improving the stability of clamping the mobile phone 20. For "horizontal clamping", before the cell phone 20 is clamped in the second gap 232a, the abutting piece 240 may be moved close to the bearing block 210 until being accommodated in the first groove 211, and after the cell phone 20 is clamped, a part of the cell phone 20 may be engaged with the sinking groove 241 on the abutting piece 240, and the cell phone 20 is engaged with the sinking groove 241 and the second gap 232a at the same time, thereby further improving the stability of clamping the cell phone 20. Of course, the handset 20 may be held only in the second gap 232a of the first holding component 220, and in this case, the second holding component 230 may have an abutting effect on the side surface 23 of the handset 20, and the handset 20 may be fixed in the same manner. The cellular phone 20 may be held only in the second gap 232a of the second holding member 230, and in this case, the first holding member 220 may abut against the side surface 23 of the cellular phone 20, thereby fixing the cellular phone 20.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, when the clamping mechanism 200 does not need to clamp the mobile phone 20, the sliding block 231 is received in the second groove 212 and abuts against the step surface 213, the clamping blocks 232 on the two clamping components can be rotated to be received in the first groove 211, and the abutting piece 240 can be rotated to be received in the first groove 211, so as to reduce the volume of the clamping mechanism 200 and facilitate the storage and carrying of the self-shooting pan/tilt head 10.
By providing the first gap 222, a force may be applied by the first and second clamping assemblies 220 and 230 in the lengthwise or widthwise direction of the handpiece 20 to clamp the handpiece 20. Also, by providing the second gap 232a, the first and second clamping assemblies 220 and 230 can also be made to apply a force along the thickness of the handpiece 20 to clamp the handpiece 20. Considering that the rotating rod 110 is located at the second position 12, the central axis of the first rotating shaft 130 extends along the vertical direction, when the mobile phone 20 is clamped along the thickness direction thereof, it can be ensured that the mobile phone 20 smoothly collects images or videos to meet the shooting requirement. Otherwise, when the mobile phone 20 is still sandwiched in the first gap 222 with the rotating rod 110 in the second position 12, the mobile phone 20 is set "facing the sky" and cannot capture the surrounding images and videos, so that the shooting requirement cannot be met. Therefore, the first gap 222 is arranged to match with the rotating rod 110 at the first position 11, and the second gap 232a is arranged to match with the rotating rod 110 at the second position 12, so that the mobile phone 20 can shoot smoothly at different positions of the rotating rod 110, and different shooting requirements are met.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
