本实用新型的目的是:提供一种防水乳液泵,它可以防止外界液体经锁盖进入瓶子内,防止外界的水污染瓶子内的液体。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种防水乳液泵,包括按头1、螺牙2、本体3、锁盖4、主柱5、副柱6、活塞7、压力弹簧8和玻璃9,按头1包括进液接口1A、出液通道1B和环绕进液接口的外螺纹锁合套1C;锁盖4包括锁合腔41、设在锁合腔底板上的导向孔42和环形座43,环形座43上设有下开口的插接槽;本体3包括设在上端的圆环形挡板31和补气孔32;本体3上端穿过螺牙2顶板上的贯通孔,本体3的圆环形挡板31与螺牙2的顶板贴合,锁盖4***本体3内,本体3的上端***环形座43的插接槽内;主柱5与导向孔42滑动配合;主柱5上设有台肩51。
还包括导向套44和设在导向套上端内的密封环441;
导向套44与所述锁盖4的锁合腔41的底板连接,导向套44与导向孔42连通;主柱5穿过导向套44及密封环441伸出,密封环441与主柱5 滑动配合,密封环441的轴向下端与台肩51贴合密封。
所述导向套44的内腔呈圆锥台形。
如图5所示,所述导向套44的内腔和外周向面呈圆锥台形,内腔的圆锥角α大于外周向面的圆锥角β。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进:所述导向套44的顶部和外周向面相交处倒直角442。
作为本实用新型更进一步改进:所述锁盖4的底板上设有套筒45,套筒45上设有二个导液槽451。
图1是本实用新型处于自然状态的剖视图,在图1状态下,下按并转动按头1和主柱4,按头的外螺纹锁合套1C与锁盖4的锁合腔41锁合;在锁合状态下,产品侧放或倒置时,液体会从本体3的补气孔32进入并充满本体3内腔,此时如打开泵头,活塞随按头、主柱、副柱弹起,液体会随之在锁盖与主柱间被带出,形成滞液;
套筒45及导液槽451的设置,打开状态下,本体3内腔的液体会经过导液槽451、补气孔32回流到瓶子内,可减少液体溢出的量和防止补气通道堵塞。

还包括导向套和设在导向套上端内的密封环;
导向套与所述锁盖的锁合腔的底板连接,导向套与导向孔连通;主柱穿过导向套及密封环伸出,密封环与主柱滑动配合,密封环的轴向下端与台肩贴合密封。
