Further, the vegetable air-drying device 37 further comprises an air blowing shield 44, wherein the air blowing shield 44 is arranged on the machine frame 1 and forms an air blowing space 45 with the conveyor belt 4;
the blowing shield 44 is provided with a blowing hole 46, the blower system 41 is provided with an air outlet 47, and the air outlet 47 is communicated with the blowing hole 46;
