Abstract

输电线路单柱钢管铁塔，铁塔用钢板卷制，为单 柱圆锥台形(或六棱、八棱形)，下粗、上细、中空；横担 呈弧形，对称布置。其横截面为口字形。与铁塔用螺 栓固定连接。该铁塔强度高、占地面积小特别适用于 城市市区架设大线径输电线路之用。

Description

本实用新型涉及电力设备，特别是架设输电线路设备。
传统的高压输电线路的架设主要是用角钢铁塔和水泥电杆在野外架设。随着城市规模的扩大和市区供电量的增加，高压输电线路进入市区，给市区规划带来很大困难：水泥电杆占地虽小，但强度低。不能承担较大的线径，转角处还要设固定拉线，影响市容、交通；角钢铁塔虽然强度高，但占地面积太大，马路边没有足够的地方供安装。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种占地面积小、强度高的，尤其其适用于城市市区使用的输电线路铁塔。
本实用新型的技术解决方案为：输电线路单柱钢管铁塔。包括铁塔、横担、避雷线悬挂点、导线悬挂点，铁塔为钢板卷制的单柱圆锥台形（或六棱、八棱形），下粗、上细、中空；横担3呈弧形，对称布置，其横截面为口字型。与铁塔经螺栓固定连接。
按照上述技术方案，铁塔为钢板卷制的下粗、上细、中空的铁筒，强度高，能够承受大线径输电线路，占地面积小；横担呈弧形对称布置，造型美观，与市容协调。横担用螺栓与塔身连接，坚固耐用。安装、拆卸方便。塔顶避雷线悬挂点和横担端部导线悬挂点的悬挂方式与传统的水泥电杆和角钢铁塔的悬挂方式相同。能够与定型金具配套。该塔特别适合安装在城市市区人行道边或马路的绿化地带。

结合附图，对本实用新型的一种实施例作描述，输电线路单柱钢管铁塔。包括铁塔2、横担3、避雷线悬挂点1、导线悬挂点4铁塔2为单柱圆台形，下粗、上细、中空，用钢板卷制而成（也可制成六棱、八棱形，更适合城市美观要求）；横担3呈弧形，对称布置。其横截面为口字型，与铁塔2连接处较粗，横担3与铁塔2的固定连接为螺栓连接，其方式为铁塔2上焊接一块带螺孔的底座板，横担3粗口处带法兰盘。

1、输电线路单柱钢管铁塔，包括铁塔2、横担3、避雷线悬挂点1，导线悬挂点4，其特征在于铁塔2为单柱圆锥台形(或六棱、八棱形)，下粗、上细、中空；横担3呈弧形，对称布置，与铁塔2固定连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的输电线路单柱钢管铁塔，其特征在于弧形横担的横截面为口字型。与铁塔2的固定连接为螺栓连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的输电线路单柱钢管铁塔，其特征在于铁塔2为钢板卷制。
