The control module 11 extracts a target pressure value (generally a plurality of target pressure values) in the calibration information template, and in a calibration method working mode, the control module 11 starts the pressure generation module 10 and opens the pressure inlet valve 181 by controlling the driving module 12, the pressure control method comprises the steps that a standard interface valve 183, a detected interface valve 184 and a pressure relief valve 182 are closed, a control module 11 periodically reads a current pressure value from a pressure measurement module 13 and performs closed-loop control on a switch of the pressure relief valve 186 according to the current pressure value, so that a measured value of the pressure measurement module 13 reaches and is stabilized at a target pressure value, the control module 11 requests a current indication value of a first pressure meter from a local management platform, the local management platform reads the current indication value from the first pressure meter and feeds back the current indication value to a pressure calibrator, and the control module 11 calculates a difference value between the current measured value (standard value) of the pressure measurement module 13 and the current indication value (calibrated value) of the first pressure meter to obtain an indication error corresponding to the target pressure value; when a plurality of target pressure values exist, the pressure values are detected one by one in a boosting mode according to the pressure values from low to high, after the highest target pressure value is measured, the pressure is detected one by one in a reducing mode, namely, the two times of measurement of each target pressure value are completed through boosting/reducing, according to the calibration requirements, the process can be repeated until one or more groups of calibration information data meeting the requirements are obtained, and each group of calibration information data comprises standard values, corrected values and indicating value errors corresponding to all the target pressure values listed in the calibration information template.
The control module 11 is configured to upload the calibration information data to a local management platform through the communication interface module 14 and the ZigBee communication block for real-time reference and management.
When the second pressure gauge is calibrated in the field, the NBlot communication block is accessed into the communication interface module 14 of the pressure calibrator, and the control module 11 is configured to periodically detect the access condition of the communication interface module 14, similar to the calibration in the field of the first pressure gauge; when detecting that the NBloT communication block is accessed, the control module 11 is configured to determine that the external network can be accessed according to the communication signal type (NBloT) and attempt to connect with a corresponding remote management platform, and after mutual authentication is passed, establish a data channel between the remote management platform and the pressure calibrator; after the data channel is established, the control module 11 is configured to request the calibration information template from the remote management platform; after obtaining the calibration information template, the control module 11 is configured to perform calibration control and operation according to the calibration information template and a preset calibration operation mode (e.g., a calibration method operation mode of the example when the first pressure gauge is calibrated) to obtain calibration information data; after obtaining the calibration information data, the control module 11 is configured to upload the calibration information data to the remote management platform through the NBloT communication block.

Detailed description of the invention
The embodiment provides a transformation scheme for a temperature calibrator.
The temperature calibrator is internally provided with a temperature control cavity which is used for accommodating a measuring end of a thermometer to be calibrated and providing a target temperature environment for the measuring end, the temperature control cavity is designed to be insulated as far as possible so as to stabilize the temperature in the temperature control cavity, a temperature control module is arranged near the temperature control cavity for controlling the temperature in the temperature control cavity, for example, a heating wire, a heating rod, a Peltier refrigerating sheet and the like are provided, in the embodiment, an electric heating wire temperature control scheme is provided, namely, the temperature in the temperature control cavity can reach and be stabilized at a target temperature value (generally higher than room temperature) by controlling the power supply of the electric heating wire, in order to better control the temperature control module, the electric heating wire scheme of the embodiment is provided, a power distribution module, a control module and a temperature measuring module are arranged in the temperature calibrator, the power distribution module is respectively electrically connected with the temperature control module and an external power supply, and the control module is in signal connection with the power distribution module so as to control the on-off of the temperature control module, the temperature measuring module can be a temperature measuring thermocouple or other temperature sensors, the measuring end of the temperature measuring module is arranged at a fixed position in the temperature control cavity so as to measure the temperature in the temperature control cavity, the control module is in signal connection with the temperature measuring module, and the control module is configured to perform closed-loop control on the temperature control module according to the temperature value fed back by the temperature measuring module and the target temperature value.
Due to the initial design, the temperature calibrator does not carry wireless communication hardware, does not support the functions of communicating with a remote platform and working cooperatively, and is only provided with a wired communication interface for wired connection so as to realize the control and/or operation of the temperature calibrator.
The scheme is that the control module is configured through a wired communication interface and comprises

configuring a control module, and combining with the own temperature control program of the control module, enabling the control module to extract a target temperature value in the temperature calibration information template, and calling the own temperature control program of the temperature calibrator to reach the target temperature value;
configuring a control module, so that the control module records a temperature value (a standard value, in one case, the standard value can be read from a temperature measurement module by the control module) in a temperature control cavity according to a temperature calibration information template, and a corrected temperature representation value (a corrected value, which can be manually recorded by an operator, a corresponding temperature calibrator needs to be configured with a corresponding input module, or the temperature calibrator can directly read from the corrected temperature, the corresponding temperature calibrator needs to be configured with a data interface or an electrical measurement interface corresponding to the corrected temperature, and the data interface/the electrical measurement interface is in signal connection with the control module), and the control module calculates the difference between the standard value and the corrected value to obtain a representation error;
the control module is configured to upload temperature calibration information data to the remote management platform through the wireless communication device, wherein the temperature calibration information data comprise standard values and corrected values, and can also comprise indicating value errors.
Based on the transformation scheme, the temperature check meter can be connected into the metering calibration system for unified management under the condition of basically not changing hardware, and the universality and the automation degree of equipment are improved.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a high-precision pressure gauge with a calibration function, which includes a control module 11, a driving module 12, a pressure measuring module 13, a communication interface module 14, an interaction module 15, and a battery module 16.
The battery module 16 is electrically connected with the driving module 12 and used for supplying power to the pressure gauge, the driving module 12 is provided with a power distribution circuit and is electrically connected with the interaction module 15 and used for carrying out power distribution control on the interaction module, and the control module 11 is electrically connected with the driving module 12 so as to control the interaction module 15 to start and stop through the driving module 12.
The control module 11 is electrically connected with the pressure measuring module 13, the communication interface module 14 and the interaction module 15 respectively.
The control module 11 is configured to read the pressure measurement value from the pressure measurement module 13, and the control module 11 is in data communication with the communication interface module 14 and the interaction module 15, so as to realize data transmission and instruction reception.
In general, the high-precision pressure gauge of the present example can operate as a general pressure gauge.
In particular, when calibrating other gauges using the high accuracy gauge of the present example as a standard, a wireless communication device 2 having a connector or interface arrangement that mates with the communication interface module 14 may be selected based on the field communication environment.
The method comprises the steps that an interaction module 15 instructs a high-precision pressure gauge to enter a calibration mode, the wireless communication device 2 is connected with a communication interface module 14 in an adaptive mode, a control module 11 is configured to periodically detect the equipment access condition of the communication interface module 14, when the wireless communication device 2 is detected to be connected in the adaptive mode, the control module 11 is configured to establish data connection through the wireless communication device 2 and a remote management platform 3 (communication protocols and verification information for the remote management platform can be written in at this time and can also be preset), after the data connection is established, the control module 11 is configured to read a pressure calibration information template from the remote management platform 3, and in the calibration process, the control module 11 is configured to upload pressure calibration information data to the remote management platform 3.
The pressure calibration information data comprises a standard value and a corrected value, a standard value and corrected value acquisition example is that a manual pressure distribution device is prepared on site, the high-precision pressure gauge and the corrected pressure gauge of the example are respectively configured on the manual pressure distribution device, the control module 11 sends target pressure value information in a pressure calibration information template to the interaction module 15, a user performs pressing according to display of the interaction module 15, when the target pressure value is reached and stabilized, the control module 11 is configured to read a pressure measurement value from the pressure measurement module 13 to serve as the standard value, and an operator manually inputs a reading number from the corrected pressure gauge through the interaction module 15 to serve as the corrected value, namely, the standard value and the corrected value are acquired once.
Furthermore, the pressure calibration information template includes an allowable error of the calibrated pressure gauge, the control module 11 is configured to calculate a difference between the standard value and the calibrated value after the standard value and the calibrated value are collected, so as to obtain an indication error, compare the indication error with the allowable error, and when the indication error is greater than the allowable error, the control module 11 sends a prompt message to the interaction module 15 to further feed back the occurrence of the out-of-tolerance to the operator.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments, a specific object to be calibrated and a calibration device are illustrated, which are used for explaining the specific implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, and not for specifically limiting or restricting the concept of the present invention, and in the case of a change of the object to be calibrated and/or the calibration device, it is still within the scope of the present invention as long as the intention of the concept of the present invention is met.

A pressure calibrator is used for calibrating a pressure gauge on site and comprises a pressure generation module, a pressure distribution channel, a pressure control assembly, a pressure interface assembly and a pressure measurement module, and is characterized by also comprising a control module and a communication interface module; the pressure distribution channel is communicated with the pressure interface assembly and the pressure generation module, the pressure measurement module is arranged in the pressure interface assembly and used for pressure measurement, the pressure control assembly is arranged in the pressure distribution channel and used for controlling the pressure in the pressure distribution channel and the pressure interface assembly, the control module is in signal connection with the pressure generation module, the pressure control assembly, the pressure measurement module and the communication interface module respectively, and the control module is configured to establish data connection with the remote calibration management platform through an external wireless communication device.
7. The pressure verifier of claim 6, wherein: the pressure meter calibration device further comprises a wireless communication module which is in adaptive connection with the calibrated pressure meter, and the wireless communication module is in signal connection with the control module.
