As shown in fig. 1-9 and fig. 16-17, the building unit combined heat-insulating and decorative integrated exterior wall cladding 1 is a layered structure, and sequentially comprises an inner side heat-insulating layer 101, a reinforced concrete frame, a fireproof heat-insulating layer 301 and a decorative plate layer from inside to outside; the reinforced concrete frame is formed by mutually connecting reinforced concrete frame ribs 201 positioned on four sides and inside; a heat-insulating filling layer 202 is embedded between the reinforced concrete frames; 2 transversely and uniformly distributed reinforced concrete frame ribs 201 and 2 longitudinally and uniformly distributed reinforced concrete frame ribs 201 are arranged in the reinforced concrete frame and are mutually and vertically connected, and two ends of the reinforced concrete frame ribs 201 in the reinforced concrete frame are connected with the reinforced concrete frame ribs 201 on the edge; rectangular truss reinforcement cages 203 are arranged in the reinforced concrete frame ribs 201, and the longitudinal reinforced concrete frame ribs 201 and the rectangular truss reinforcement cages 203 in the transverse reinforced concrete frame ribs 201 are mutually connected and fixed in a staggered manner;

As shown in fig. 27, the second back bolt dry-hanging connector 409 is a channel steel with a sealed end and an upward sealed end, and a horizontal positioning plate 404 with positioning holes is fixed inside the second back bolt dry-hanging connector 409. The lower end of the back bolt dry-hanging connecting bolt 405 can be inserted into the positioning hole of the positioning plate 404. As shown in fig. 26, the first back bolt dry-hang connector 408 and the second back bolt dry-hang connector 409 have the same structure, and the difference between them is that the sealed end of the first back bolt dry-hang connector 408 faces downward, and the sealed end of the second back bolt dry-hang connector 409 faces upward.
The dry hanging expansion bolt mounting hole is a blind hole, and the diameter of the interior of the dry hanging expansion bolt mounting hole is larger than that of the hole. As shown in fig. 25, the inside of the peripheral edge of each decorative plate 401 is covered with a waterproof sealing tape 402 made of rubber; the waterproof sealing strips 402 of two adjacent decorative plates 401 are embedded with each other, and the outer sides of the joints of the two adjacent decorative plates 401 are coated with waterproof sealing glue 403.
As shown in fig. 6-9 and fig. 16-17, the shape and size of the inner side insulating layer 101, the reinforced concrete frame and the fireproof insulating layer 301 are the same, and the upper, lower, left and right sides of the three layers are flush; the shape and the size of the decorative plate layer are slightly larger than those of the fireproof heat-insulating layer 301, the lower edge of the decorative plate layer is flush with the lower edge of the fireproof heat-insulating layer 301, the upper edge, the left edge and the right edge of the decorative plate layer respectively exceed the upper edge, the left edge and the right edge of the inner side heat-insulating layer 101, the reinforced concrete frame and the fireproof heat-insulating layer 301 to form gaps, and fireproof heat-insulating isolation materials 14 are filled in the gaps. A gap is formed between the reinforced concrete frames of the upper and lower adjacent building unit combined heat preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall cladding 1, and the gap is used for installing structural spaces of the two exterior wall cladding.
As shown in fig. 1, 18-19 and 23-24, two hoisting embedded nuts 11 are symmetrically arranged inside the reinforced concrete frame rib 201 at the top of the building unit combined heat preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall cladding 1, and two top mounting embedded nuts 12 are symmetrically arranged; two embedded sleeves 13 with embedded bottoms are symmetrically arranged inside the reinforced concrete frame rib 201 at the bottom of the building unit combined type heat-preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall cladding 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 24, the tail ends of the hoisting embedded nut 11 and the top-mounting embedded nut 12 are connected with nut connecting steel bars 121.
As shown in fig. 5, the inner insulation 101 is fixed to the reinforced concrete frame by evenly distributed plastic expansion bolts 102.
The inner side heat-insulating layer 101 and the heat-insulating filling layer 202 are both made of rock wool; the fireproof heat-insulating material of the fireproof heat-insulating layer 301 is rock wool which is an A-level fireproof material. The fireproof heat-preservation isolation material 14 is also made of rock wool.
As shown in fig. 5 and 11, a fireproof isolation strip made of fireproof heat-insulating isolation materials 14 is embedded between two adjacent building unit combined heat-insulating decoration integrated exterior wall cladding panels 1; the inner sides of the four edges of the decorative board layer of the building unit combined heat-preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall cladding board 1 are respectively coated with waterproof sealing strips 402.

As shown in fig. 10-13 and 22, a connecting and mounting structure for two building unit combined type heat-insulating and decorative integrated exterior wall cladding boards shown in embodiment 1: a bracket embedded nut 501 is embedded in the end surface of the outer side of each floor slab 500, a bracket support 502 is arranged on the outer side of each floor slab 500, the bracket support 502 consists of a back seal plate 504 and a channel steel 505 fixedly connected with the side surface of the back seal plate 504, and the back seal plate 504 of the bracket support 502 is fixed with the bracket embedded nut 501 through bolts; the bottom surface of the channel steel 505 is provided with bolt through holes, the positioning vertical bolts 503 penetrate through the bolt through holes and are fixed together with the channel steel 505, a bottom concrete frame of the building unit combined type heat preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall hanging plate is located on the upper portion of the bracket support 502, the upper ends of the positioning vertical bolts 503 are inserted into the bottom of the building unit combined type heat preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall hanging plate above, the embedded built-in sleeves 13 are installed at the bottoms of the building unit combined type heat preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall hanging plate, the lower ends of the positioning vertical bolts 503 enter the top of the building unit combined type heat preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall hanging plate below, and the top of the building unit combined type heat preservation and decoration integrated exterior.
The tail end of the bracket embedded nut 501 is connected with a nut connecting steel bar, so that the anchoring force of the bracket embedded nut is further increased.
And waterproof sealant is coated on the outer side of the joint of the decorative plate layers between the two building unit combined type heat-preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall cladding. As shown in fig. 20, compared with embodiment 2, a connection and installation structure for two upper and lower building unit combined type insulation and decoration integrated exterior wall cladding in embodiment 1 is different in that: the bracket support in the embodiment 2 is replaced by angle steel, and the vertical surface of the angle steel is fixed with the bracket embedded nut 501 through a bolt; the top surface of the angle steel is provided with a bolt through hole, and a positioning vertical bolt 503 passes through the bolt through hole and is fixed with the angle steel.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 21, compared with embodiment 2, a connection and installation structure for two upper and lower building unit combined type insulation and decoration integrated exterior wall cladding in embodiment 1 is different in that: replacing the bracket support in the embodiment 2 with a bracket support consisting of a closing plate 506 and angle steel 507 fixedly connected with the closing plate 506, wherein the closing plate 506 is fixed with the bracket embedded nut 501 through a bolt; the top surface of the angle steel 507 is provided with a bolt through hole, and a positioning vertical bolt 503 passes through the bolt through hole and is fixed with the angle steel 507.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 14, a connecting and mounting structure for two left and right building unit combined type heat preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall cladding as described in embodiment 1: waterproof sealant is coated on the outer side of the joint of the decorative plate layers between the left and right adjacent building unit combined type heat-preservation and decoration integrated exterior wall hanging plates. Fireproof heat-insulating isolation materials 14, namely rock wool, are filled among the inner side heat-insulating layers, the reinforced concrete frame and the fireproof heat-insulating layers of the two exterior wall cladding plates.
