pulling a mine car from a mine through a slope rail to the ground by a traction rope, pushing the mine car to a ring picking station or a ring hanging station, and carrying out first positioning;
secondly, photographing the position of the three-ring chain and the position of a hanging ring of the mine car through a camera device, and accurately positioning the positions of the three-ring chain and the positioning pin shaft for the second time;
and step three, utilizing a ring picking manipulator to carry out ring picking or ring hanging operation according to the accurate positioning result of the step two, pulling out the positioning pin shaft after ring picking, or inserting and locking the positioning pin shaft after ring hanging, and completing the ring picking or ring hanging operation of one mine car.
Wherein, the ring picking process is as follows: pushing the whole row of mine cars with the three-link chain connected in series to a ring removing station by using a car pusher, and positioning a first section of mine car and a second section of mine car by using a pneumatic car arrester through wheel positioning; photographing the positions of the three-ring chain and the hanging ring of the mine car through a camera device, and accurately positioning the positions of the ring chain and the pin shaft for the second time; according to the accurate positioning result, the two end rings of the three-ring chain are clamped by the clamping jaws of the ring picking manipulator, and the positioning pin shaft is pulled out after the positioning pin shaft is clamped by the ring picking manipulator pin shaft clamp and rotates for 45 degrees; the car pusher pushes the first section of mine car with the rings removed to the next station; the ring picking and hanging manipulator transfers the three-ring chain and the positioning pin shaft to a three-ring chain and pin shaft storage station; and repeating the above processes to complete the ring removing operation of other sections of mine cars.
Wherein, the link process is as follows: pushing the first section of mine car to a hanging ring station by using a car pusher; positioning the mine car by using a pneumatic car arrester; the pusher returns to the pusher of the lower section of the mine car; the picking and hanging manipulator picks the three-ring chain and the positioning pin shaft from a three-ring chain and pin shaft storage station; photographing the position of a hanging ring of the first section of mine car through a camera device, and accurately positioning the position of the pin shaft hole for the second time; according to the accurate positioning result, the three-ring chain is sent into the mine car hanging ring frame by the ring picking manipulator, and then the first positioning pin shaft is inserted, positioned and locked; the car pusher pushes the next section of mine car to the hanging ring station; the pneumatic car arrester positions the mine car; inserting, positioning and locking a second pin shaft by the ring-removing mechanical arm; the car pusher pushes the mine car behind the suspension loop forward by the length of one section of mine car; and repeating the above process to complete the suspension loop operation of other sections of mine cars.
