The frame 2 includes two side tubes 21, two support tubes 22, a cross tube 23, and a bracket 24. The side tubes 21 are spaced left and right and located below the seat 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the first embodiment, each side tube 21 has a flat portion 210, a first rising portion 211 extending from the flat portion 210 toward the rear upper side, and a second rising portion 212 extending from the first rising portion 211 toward the rear upper side and having a slope smaller than that of the first rising portion 211.

As shown in fig. 4, in the first embodiment, each of the first engine locking members 51 extends rearward and downward from the connection between the flat portion 210 and the first raised portion 211 of the corresponding side tube 21. Two ends of each second engine locking member 52 are respectively disposed on the corresponding first rising portion 211 and the front tube section 221. Each third engine lock 53 extends downwardly from the corresponding intermediate tube segment 223.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, in the first embodiment, the radiator 7 is used for dissipating heat generated by the engine 4 and is disposed adjacent to the left side tube 21, that is, the radiator 7 and the shock absorber 6 are disposed on opposite sides of the center of gravity of the engine 4.
As shown in fig. 7, the storage box 8 includes a surrounding wall 81, wherein, in the first embodiment, the surrounding wall 81 has an inner recess 811, and the inner recess 811 is spaced apart from the shock absorber 6 and defines an accommodating space 812 for accommodating a portion of the shock absorber 6.
Referring to fig. 8, a scooter motorcycle according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown. The main difference between this second embodiment and the first embodiment described above is in the shape of the support tubes 22. In the second embodiment, each support tube 22 connects the corresponding first rising portion 211 and the corresponding second rising portion 212, and is generally L-shaped, that is, each support tube 22 has a flat section 224 extending from the corresponding first rising portion 211 toward the rear and a rising section 225 extending from the flat section 224 toward the rear and upward.
In the second embodiment, each first engine locking member 51 extends rearward and downward from the connection between the corresponding flat portion 210 and the first raised portion 211. Each second engine locking member 52 extends downward from the corresponding flat section 224 and is adjacent to the connection between the flat section 224 and the first raised portion 211. Each third engine locking member 53 extends downward from the corresponding flat section 224 and is located behind the corresponding second engine locking member 52.

a seat cushion;
the frame comprises two side pipes which are spaced from each other left and right and are positioned below the seat cushion, and two supporting pipes which are spaced from each other left and right and respectively extend from the side pipes;
an engine;
two first engine locking pieces which respectively extend downwards from the plurality of side pipes, wherein each first engine locking piece is fixedly locked with the engine at a first engine locking point;
two second engine locking parts respectively extending from the plurality of support pipes, wherein each second engine locking part is locked with the engine at a second engine locking point;
two third engine locking parts respectively extending from the plurality of support pipes, wherein each third engine locking part is fixedly locked with the engine at a third engine locking point; and
a shock absorber, one end of which is arranged on the frame, wherein the plurality of first engine locking points, the plurality of second engine locking points and the plurality of third engine locking points are all positioned below the shock absorber;
when the motorcycle is seen from a side view direction, the supporting tubes are partially overlapped with the shock absorber, so that the side tubes, the supporting tubes and the engine form a closed rigid structure.
2. A motorcycle according to claim 1 wherein each side tube of the frame has a flat portion, a first rising portion extending rearwardly and upwardly from the flat portion, and a second rising portion extending rearwardly and upwardly from the first rising portion with a slope smaller than that of the first rising portion.
3. A motorcycle according to claim 2 wherein the frame further includes a cross tube connecting the first raised portions of the side tubes, and a bracket provided on the cross tube adjacent to the connection between the cross tube and the first raised portion of one of the side tubes for mounting the shock absorber.
4. A motorcycle according to claim 3, further comprising a radiator provided adjacent to the other side tube for dissipating heat generated by the engine, wherein the radiator and the damper are provided on opposite sides of the center of gravity of the engine, respectively.
5. A motorcycle according to claim 2 wherein each support tube extends downwardly from the second raised portion of the corresponding side tube and is generally U-shaped, each support tube having a front tube section, a rear tube section, and an intermediate tube section connecting the front tube section and the rear tube section, each first engine locking member extending rearwardly and downwardly from a junction between the corresponding flat portion and the first raised portion, each second engine locking member having opposite ends provided on the corresponding first raised portion and the front tube section, respectively, and each third engine locking member extending downwardly from the corresponding intermediate tube section.
6. A motorcycle according to claim 2 wherein each support tube is connected to the corresponding first rising portion and the corresponding second rising portion and is generally L-shaped, each support tube has a flat section extending rearward from the corresponding first rising portion and a rising section extending rearward and upward from the flat section, each first engine locking member extends rearward and downward from the connection between the corresponding flat section and first rising portion, each second engine locking member extends downward from the corresponding flat section and is adjacent to the connection between the flat section and first rising portion, and each third engine locking member extends downward from the corresponding flat section and is located rearward of the corresponding second engine locking member.
7. A motorcycle according to claim 1, further comprising a storage compartment including a surrounding wall, wherein the surrounding wall has an inner recess spaced from the shock absorber and defining a receiving space for receiving a portion of the shock absorber.
