It can be understood that, the two opposite outer side surfaces of the rear plug 800 are further provided with seventh protrusions 830, and the mounting groove 540 is provided with eighth locking grooves 542 at corresponding positions of the seventh protrusions 830; after the rear plug 800 is inserted into the mounting groove 540, the seventh protrusion 830 is inserted into the eighth slot 542, and the seventh protrusion 830 and the eighth slot 542 are matched with each other, so that the rear plug 800 and the mounting seat 500 can be positioned and fixed.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a fifth card slot 610 is disposed on a side surface of the housing 600, and a first elastic sheet 620 is disposed at an edge of the fifth card slot 610; the fixing portion 710 is provided with a second elastic piece 730, the second elastic piece 730 is provided with a fourth protruding block 731, the second elastic piece 730 is inserted between the fifth slot 610 and the first elastic piece 620, and the fourth protruding block 731 is connected with the fifth slot 610 in a clamping manner.
It can be understood that the two opposite side surfaces of the casing 600 are respectively provided with a fifth clamping groove 610, the edge of the fifth clamping groove 610 is provided with a first elastic sheet 620, and the first elastic sheet 620 is bent towards the inside of the casing 600; the fixing portion 710 of the middle clip 700 is provided with a second elastic piece 730, the second elastic piece 730 faces the inner direction of the housing 600, and the second elastic piece 730 is provided with a fourth bump 731; when the middle clip 700 is mounted in the recess 510, the second resilient piece 730 is inserted between the fifth slot 610 and the first resilient piece 620, and the fourth protrusion 731 is engaged with the fifth slot 610 to fixedly connect the fixing piece and the mounting base 500.
Referring to fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the first connector 100 is a USB connector. It is understood that the USB connector has three different interfaces, i.e., a Type-a interface, a Type-B interface, and a Type-C interface, and the first connector 100 can adopt a USB connector with any one of the interfaces.
It is understood that the first connector 100 may be provided as other types of connectors besides the USB connector.
The modular connector according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail as a specific embodiment with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
A modular connector comprising:
first connector 100, first connector 100 is a USB TYPE-C connector.
The terminal group comprises a first terminal group 200 and a second terminal group 300, the first terminal group 200 comprises a first terminal 210 and a second terminal 220, the second terminal group 300 comprises a third terminal 310 and a fourth terminal 320, and the first terminal 210, the second terminal 220, the third terminal 310 and the fourth terminal 320 are terminals with different structures.
The terminal block comprises a first terminal block 410 and a second terminal block 420, a first terminal groove is formed in the first terminal block 410, and one end of a terminal in the first terminal group 200 penetrates through the first terminal groove; a second terminal groove is formed in the second terminal base 420, and one end of the terminal in the second terminal set 300 is inserted into the second terminal groove; the first terminal holder 410 is provided with a first clamping groove, the second terminal holder 420 is provided with a first projection 422, and the first terminal holder 410 and the second terminal holder 420 are clamped and fixed through the first clamping groove and the first projection 422.
The outer shell 600, the outer side of mount pad 500 is located to the outer shell 600 cover, and can form the grafting chamber with the external connector butt joint between shell 600 and the depressed part 510, and two relative sides of shell 600 set up fifth draw-in groove 610 respectively, and the edge of fifth draw-in groove 610 is provided with first shell fragment 620.
The middle clamping piece 700 comprises a fixing part 710 and a connecting part 720, the fixing part 710 is fixedly connected with the connecting part 720, the connecting part 720 is installed in the recess 510, a first connecting elastic piece 721 and a second connecting elastic piece 722 are arranged on the connecting part 720, the first connecting elastic piece 721 is arranged on one side of the second connecting elastic piece 722, and the first connecting elastic piece 721 and the second connecting elastic piece 722 are respectively arranged opposite to the terminal base; the two sides of the fixing portion 710 are respectively provided with a second elastic piece 730, the second elastic piece 730 is provided with a fourth protruding block 731, the second elastic piece 730 is inserted between the fifth slot 610 and the first elastic piece 620, and the fourth protruding block 731 is connected with the fifth slot 610 in a clamping manner.
The rear plug 800 is provided with a mounting groove 540 for accommodating the rear plug 800 in the mounting seat 500, the mounting groove 540 is communicated with the first socket 520, the rear plug 800 is inserted in the mounting groove 540, two rows of third terminal grooves 810 are formed in the rear plug 800, and the other ends of the terminals in the first terminal group 200 and the second terminal group 300 penetrate through the third terminal grooves 810; a fourth card slot 541 is further disposed in the mounting groove 540, and the terminals in the second terminal set 200 are clamped in the fourth card slot 541; the two opposite outer side surfaces of the rear plug 800 are respectively provided with a third bump 820, the mounting groove 540 is provided with a third clamping groove 550 at a position corresponding to the third bump 820, and the rear plug 800 and the mounting seat 500 are fixedly connected through the matching of the third bump 820 and the third clamping groove 550.

1. A modular connector, comprising:
a first connector;
a terminal group including a plurality of terminals;
the terminal block is provided with a plurality of terminal grooves, and the terminals penetrate through the terminal grooves;
the terminal comprises a mounting seat, a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein one end of the mounting seat is provided with a sunken part and a first socket, the first socket penetrates through the mounting seat, the terminal seat is mounted in the first socket, and the terminal seat and the sunken part are oppositely arranged; a second socket is arranged at the other end of the mounting seat, and the first connector is mounted in the second socket;
the shell is sleeved on the outer side of the mounting seat, and an inserting cavity is formed between the shell and the concave part;
the middle clamping piece comprises a fixing portion and a connecting portion, the fixing portion is fixedly connected with the connecting portion, the connecting portion is installed on the recessed portion, a plurality of connecting elastic pieces are arranged on the connecting portion, the connecting elastic pieces and the terminal base are arranged oppositely, the connecting elastic pieces are used for being connected with an external connector, and the fixing portion is fixedly connected with the shell.

The modular connector of claim 1 wherein: the terminal group comprises a first terminal group and a second terminal group, the terminal seat comprises a first terminal seat and a second terminal seat, the first terminal seat is arranged on the second terminal seat, a first terminal groove is formed in the first terminal seat, and a second terminal groove is formed in the second terminal seat; one end of the terminal in the first terminal group penetrates through the first terminal groove, and one end of the terminal in the second terminal group penetrates through the second terminal groove.

The modular connector of claim 2, wherein: the first terminal group includes a first terminal and a second terminal, the second terminal group includes a third terminal and a fourth terminal, and the first terminal, the second terminal, the third terminal and the fourth terminal are terminals with different structures.
4. The modular connector of claim 2, wherein: a first clamping groove and a first protruding block which are matched with each other are arranged between the first terminal seat and the second terminal seat.
