The lower body fixing unit 20 is installed on the upper surface of the bed body 10 a; the lower body fixing unit 20 includes a first cross plate 21, a vertical plate 22, and a second cross plate 23; the first transverse plate 21 is fixed on the upper surface of the bed plate 10a and is positioned at the lower body part of the bed plate 10 a; the vertical plate 22 is used for fixing the thigh of the subject, and the lower end of the vertical plate 22 is fixedly connected to the middle part of the first transverse plate 21 and extends vertically upwards; the second horizontal plate 23 supports the lower leg of the subject, and the second horizontal plate 23 has a second end fixed to an upper end of the vertical plate and a first end extending in a direction toward a lower body of the bed plate 10 a.
The upper body support unit 30 is horizontally movably disposed on the upper surface of the bed 10 a; the upper body supporting unit comprises a third transverse plate 31, an armpit supporting column 32, a guide rod 34 and a connecting rod; the third horizontal plate 31 is horizontally slidably provided on the upper surface of the top plate 10a and located at the upper body of the top plate 10 a; two armpit supporting columns 32 are fixed on the upper surface of the third transverse plate 31 and used for supporting the left armpit and the right armpit of the subject; the guide rod 34 is positioned below the bed plate 10 a; the upper end of the connecting rod passes through the through guide groove 19 and is fixed with the lower surface of the third transverse plate 31, and the lower end of the connecting rod is fixed with the middle part of the guide rod 34; the first end of the guide bar 34 is formed as a smooth curved surface and abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the eccentric 18.
A fixed wall 14 is fixedly formed on the upper surface of the bed plate 10a, the fixed wall 14 is positioned at the lower body part of the bed plate 10a, a through hole 14a is formed on the fixed wall 14, and a screw 15 is installed in the through hole 14 a; a first end of the first cross plate 21 is formed with a threaded hole 25, and the screw 15 is mounted in the threaded hole 25.
The riser 22 is formed with a longitudinally extending through slot 26 in the middle thereof. The first side of the riser 22 is formed with a recess 24 for securing a strap for tightening a patient's thigh in the recess 24. The grooves 24 are multiple, and one of the grooves 24 is formed near the lower end of the riser 22 to better fix the root of the thigh. Specifically, depending on the patient's needs, such as the right hip joint, to be stretched, the strap is passed through the through slot 26 and captured in the groove 24, thereby securing only the right leg of the patient.
A roller 35 is disposed under the third cross plate 31 to reduce the friction between the third cross plate 31 and the bed plate 10 a.

When the hip joint loosening device is used, a testee lies on the hip joint loosening device, thighs of hip joints needing loosening are fixed on the vertical plate through the belt, and shanks are supported on the second transverse plate; the upper body lies on the third transverse plate, and the armpit is supported by the armpit supporting columns; the testee operates the hand wheel by himself, the rotating shaft connected with the hand wheel drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, therefore, the guide rod abutted against the peripheral surface of the eccentric wheel is pushed by the eccentric wheel to move horizontally rightwards, the connecting rod is driven to move rightwards in the through guide groove, the third transverse plate connected with the connecting rod is further driven to move horizontally rightwards, and as the armpit of the testee is supported and the root of the thigh is fixed on the vertical plate by the belt, the hip joint and the spine of the testee are stretched, namely the hip joint of the testee is loosened. When the test subject operates, the hand wheel can be rotated to and fro according to the requirement, and the loosening stimulation is repeatedly formed on the hip joint. The third cross plate after moving can be quickly reset under the action of the thrust of the spring compressed during moving. The position of the lower body fixing unit on the bed plate can be adjusted by adjusting the entering depth of the screw rod arranged at the first end of the first transverse plate, so that the lower body fixing unit is suitable for the testees with different heights.
