Lens 33 can be made by the plastics material, during the installation, reflector 32 and lens 33 are put into by the open end of cylindric shell 1, after reaching third fixture block 11, the annular arch at lens 33 border receives the extrusion of third fixture block 11, lens 33 takes place elastic deformation, adduction slightly, the annular arch of top is behind third fixture block 11, third fixture block 11 is gone into in the annular draw-in groove of upper and lower annular arch centre, lens 33 resilience restores, the limiting displacement of cooperation reflector 32 border and spacing ring 12, reflector 32 and lens 33 can be firmly installed in cylindric shell 1.

Claims (10)

1. Fire prevention down lamp, its characterized in that includes:
the cylindrical shell is made of fireproof materials, one end of the cylindrical shell is open, the other end of the cylindrical shell is connected with the bottom plate in a sealing mode, and a first clamping block which is formed by being turned inwards is arranged on the bottom plate;
the connecting plate is used for sealing and folding a first opening formed after the first clamping block is formed;
a spring assembly for fixing the cylindrical housing;
the light-emitting component is arranged in the cylindrical shell and is provided with a light source plate which is in adaptive connection with the first clamping block; and
and the driving unit is used for connecting the light-emitting component.
2. A fire-proof down lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light source board is provided with a positioning slot matched with the first clamping block.
3. A fire resistant downlight according to claim 1, wherein the base plate is of integral construction with the cylindrical housing.
4. A fire-proof down lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein a positioning notch is provided beside the first opening, and a second clamping block is provided on the connecting plate for being clamped into the positioning notch, so that the connecting plate is tightly attached to the outer surface of the base plate and blocks the first opening.
5. A fire resistant downlight according to claim 1, wherein the spring assembly is connected to the cylindrical housing by the web.
6. A fire resistant downlight according to claim 5, wherein the connection plate is provided with an extension on which the spring assembly is mounted.
7. A fire resistant downlight according to claim 6, wherein the open end of the cylindrical housing is provided with a mounting face ring, the spring assembly comprising a helical body portion and an extension portion which is resiliently deformed by the helical body portion to generate a compressive force and which cooperates with the mounting face ring to clamp the external substrate.
8. A fire resistant down lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving unit is external and comprises a box body made of fire resistant material, the driving unit further comprises a driving module installed in the box body, the driving module is connected to the light emitting assembly through a cable, and the cable enters the cylindrical housing through a sealing threading structure.
9. A fire resistant downlight according to claim 8, wherein the sealing threading arrangement comprises:
the second opening is formed in the bottom plate; and
the plugging piece is arranged on the cable and provided with a wire passing cavity through which the cable passes, and the plugging piece is used for being clamped to the bottom plate and plugging the second opening.
10. A fire resistant down lamp as claimed in claim 9, wherein the blocking member is a tension lock provided with a cover plate for blocking the second opening and an elastic clip which extends into the cylindrical housing and cooperates with the cover plate to clamp the base plate.
