The liquid flow is flushed out through the flushing pipe joint to reach the casing pipe to flush formation sand, then the liquid flows through the annular space between the outer sleeve 18 and the inner circulation joint 19 as well as the inner circulation pipe 15 to enter the tool, then enters the tool through the liquid flow channel of the inner circulation pipe 15, enters the casing pipe through the annular space between the flushing pipe and the sand control pipe column central pipe of the sand filter pipe, and finally is flushed out of the ground. For a vertical well or a directional well with the well inclination less than 45 degrees, the sand can be directly flushed positively, because the formation sand at the upper part can continuously fall under the action of gravity under the condition that the formation sand is flushed away at the bottom part until the formation sand is thoroughly flushed; for a highly deviated well and a horizontal well with a well inclination larger than 45 degrees, the falling capacity of stratum sand under the gravity is poor, the positive flushing sand only can flush a section of the bottom of the tool, the stratum sand below a packer above a flushing release valve cannot be flushed, at the moment, the positive flushing and the back flushing can be carried out firstly, and the stratum sand in the annular space between a sand filter pipe and a sleeve is flushed through a flushing pipe by utilizing the permeability of the sand filter pipe and the backflow of liquid.
