Meanwhile, in order to visually see the specific conditions of the disinfection solution inside the liquid returning cavity 11, the side walls of the shells forming the liquid returning cavity 11, the placing cavity 101 and the accommodating cavity 102 can be made of transparent materials.
In specific implementation, the horizontal expansion device 5 and the vertical expansion device 8 in this embodiment may be conventional expansion devices in the prior art, such as an electric push rod, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, and the like, and in consideration of practical economic benefits, the expansion devices in this implementation all use the electric push rod, and power sources for providing power to the expansion devices are all power sources.

the disinfection mechanism comprises a liquid preparation unit, a wiping unit and a liquid recovery processing unit, wherein the liquid preparation unit is used for enabling disinfection liquid to flow down along the outer wall of the detection chamber from the top of the outer wall of the detection chamber, and the wiping unit is used for wiping the outer wall of the detection chamber; the liquid recovery unit is arranged at the bottom of the detection chamber and is used for recovering the disinfectant.

The nucleic acid detecting sample chamber with a wiping and sterilizing function according to claim 1, characterized in that: the liquid preparation unit comprises a liquid preparation box, a liquid extraction device and a liquid preparation channel, wherein the input end of the liquid extraction device is communicated with the liquid preparation box through a pipeline, and the output end of the liquid extraction device is communicated with the liquid preparation channel through a pipeline;
the liquid distribution channel is arranged along the horizontal direction, and the length of the liquid distribution channel is not less than that of the outer wall of the detection chamber; the liquid distribution channel is provided with a plurality of liquid distribution holes at intervals along the length direction.

The nucleic acid detecting sample chamber with a wiping and sterilizing function according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wiping unit comprises at least one transverse wiping component, and the transverse wiping component comprises two transverse wiping mechanisms symmetrically arranged on two sides of the outer wall of the detection chamber;
the transverse wiping mechanism comprises a transverse telescopic device and a transverse wiping component; the output end of the transverse telescopic device is connected with the transverse wiping component so as to drive the transverse wiping component to reciprocate along the horizontal direction; the fixed end of the transverse telescopic device is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the detection chamber; the transverse wiping component is provided with a transverse wiping part which is contacted with the outer wall of the detection chamber;
the output ends of the transverse telescopic devices of the two transverse wiping mechanisms are arranged in opposite directions.

The nucleic acid detecting sample chamber with a wiping and sterilizing function according to claim 3, characterized in that: the outer wall both sides of detection room still are equipped with horizontal storage chamber, horizontal storage chamber is used for accomodating horizontal telescoping device with transversely clean the component.

The nucleic acid detecting sample chamber with a wiping and sterilizing function according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wiping unit further comprises at least one vertical wiping component arranged at the bottom of the outer wall of the detection chamber, and the vertical wiping component comprises a vertical telescopic device and a vertical wiping component; the fixed end of the vertical telescopic device is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the detection chamber, and the output end of the vertical telescopic device is fixedly connected with the vertical wiping component so as to drive the vertical wiping component to reciprocate along the vertical direction; the vertical wiping member is provided with a vertical wiping portion that contacts the outer wall of the detection chamber.
