Wherein the first direction is the up-down direction shown in fig. 2.
By providing the above-mentioned locking device, the cup 30 is placed on the seat 10, the cup 30 drives the trigger end 201 to move along the first direction, and the trigger end 201 moves along the first direction and drives the locking end 202 to move along the second direction and abut against the cup 30, so as to lock and fix the cup 30 on the seat 10. Compared with the traditional lock catch structure, the locking device is more compact in structure and occupies a smaller space.
In some embodiments, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other. Specifically, in fig. 2, the second direction is a left-right direction, and in practical application, the first direction is a vertical direction, and the second direction is a horizontal direction.
In some embodiments, the holder body 10 has a mounting cavity 12 and a locking hole 14 communicating with the mounting cavity 12, the mounting cavity 12 is used for carrying the cup body 30, and the locking end 202 can pass through the locking hole 14 and abut against the cup body 30 during the movement along the second direction, so that the cup body 30 in the mounting cavity 12 is fixed relative to the holder body 10.
Further, the two locking ends 202 are disposed at intervals along the second direction on two opposite sides of the holder body 10, and during the process that the trigger end 201 moves along the first direction, the two locking ends 202 approach each other along the second direction and abut against two opposite sides of the cup body 30, so as to fix the cup body 30 on the holder body 10.
It can be understood that two locking ends 202 are provided, and two corresponding locking holes 14 are provided, and the two locking ends 202 can pass through the corresponding locking holes 14 and abut against two opposite sides of the cup body 30 in the mounting cavity 12 during the process of approaching to each other along the second direction, so as to fix the cup body 30.
It should be noted that, the number of the locking ends 202 may also be one, one locking end 202 abuts against the cup 30, the cup 30 is located in the installation cavity 12, the locking end 202 provides a pressure to the cup 30, so that the cup 30 abuts against the seat 10, and the locking end 202 cooperates with the seat 10 to fix the cup 30.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the locking device includes a locking mechanism 20 including a trigger 21, a linkage assembly 22 and a locking member 23, the trigger 21 is connected to the base 10 in a reciprocating manner along a first direction and has a trigger end 201, the locking member 23 is connected to the base 10 in a reciprocating manner along a second direction and has a locking end 202, the linkage assembly 22 is disposed on the base 10 and connected between the trigger 21 and the locking member 23, so that during the process of moving the trigger 21 along the first direction, the locking member 23 moves along the second direction and abuts against the cup 30.
It should be noted that, the locking member 23 has the locking end 202, when there are two locking ends 202, there are two corresponding locking members 23, and when there are two locking members 23, there are two corresponding linkage assemblies 22, and the trigger 21 may be one, and in the process of moving the trigger 21 along the first direction, the two linkage assemblies 22 are used to link with the two locking members 23, so as to push the two locking members 23 to move along the second direction and abut against the cup 30.
Further, during the movement of the trigger 21 toward the linkage assembly 22 in the first direction, the locking member 23 moves toward the cup 30 in the second direction and abuts against the cup 30.
Specifically, when the cup 30 is placed on the seat 10, the trigger 21 is pressed downward, the trigger 21 moves downward, the linkage assembly 22 realizes linkage between the locking members 23 and the trigger 21, and the two locking members 23 move toward the cup 30 in the horizontal direction and abut against two opposite sides of the cup 30.
In some embodiments, the linkage assembly 22 includes a first linkage member 222 and a second linkage member 224, the first linkage member 222 is reciprocally movably connected to the seat body 10 along a third direction at an angle to the first direction, the second linkage member 224 is rotatably connected to the seat body 10 about a rotation axis parallel to the first direction, and the second linkage member 224 is pushed to rotate about the rotation axis during the movement of the first linkage member 222 along the third direction.
Further, one end of the first linkage member 222 may abut against the trigger member 21, the other end of the first linkage member 222 abuts against one end of the second linkage member 224, one end of the second linkage member 224 away from the first linkage member 222 abuts against the locking member 23, the trigger member 21 may abut against the first linkage member 222 and push the first linkage member 222 to move along the third direction during the movement process along the first direction, and the locking member 23 may be pushed to move along the second direction and abut against the cup 30 during the rotation process of the second linkage member 224 around the rotation axis.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, when the trigger 21 moves along the first direction, the linkage assembly 22 will abut against the trigger 21 and the locking member 23, so as to realize linkage between the trigger 21 and the locking member 23, and thus, when the trigger 21 moves along the first direction, the first linkage member 222 can be pushed to move along the third direction, the pushed first linkage member 222 will drive the second linkage member 224 to rotate around the rotation axis, and the rotated second linkage member 224 will push the locking member 23 to move along the second direction and abut against the cup 30.
In some embodiments, the third direction is the same as the second direction. When the linkage assembly 22 includes two sets, the two first linkage members 222 are disposed in sequence and in opposite directions along the third direction, and when the trigger 21 moves towards the first linkage members 222 along the first direction, the trigger abuts against the two first linkage members 222 and pushes the two first linkage members 222 away from each other.
Further, the first linkage pieces 222 have engaging slopes inclined relative to the first direction, the engaging slopes of the two first linkage pieces 222 are disposed opposite to each other, the trigger 21 will abut against the engaging slopes of the two first linkage pieces 222 during the downward movement process, and the two first linkage pieces 222 can move along the third direction, so as to push the two first linkage pieces 222 away from each other in the third direction.
In practical application, the triggering member 21 has two pushing inclined surfaces inclined relative to the first direction, the two pushing inclined surfaces are respectively connected to an end surface of the triggering member 21 facing the first linking member 222 and side surfaces of two opposite sides of the triggering member 21 along the third direction, so as to correspond to the two matching inclined surfaces, and an inclination of each pushing inclined surface is the same as an inclination of the corresponding matching inclined surface.
Thus, when the trigger 21 moves downward, each pushing inclined surface contacts with a corresponding matching inclined surface, and the pushing inclined surfaces displace on the matching inclined surfaces, so as to push the two first linkage members 222 away from each other in the third direction.
In some embodiments, the axis of rotation is located at an intermediate position of the second linkage member 224,
it is determined that the first linkage member 222 can drive the second linkage member 224 to rotate around the rotation axis during the moving process along the third direction, in this embodiment, the first linkage member 222 pushes one end of the second linkage member 224 away from the seat body 10, so that the other end of the second linkage member 224 is close to the seat body 10, and the other end of the second linkage member 224 abuts against the locking member 23, so as to drive the locking member 23 to move toward the cup 30 in the mounting cavity 12.
The rotation axis is set in the middle of the second linkage member 224, so that the rotation radii of the two ends of the second linkage member 224 are the same, that is, when the first linkage member 222 pushes the second linkage member 224 to rotate around the rotation axis, one end of the second linkage member 224 close to the first linkage member 222 is away from the seat 10 by a certain distance, and one end of the second linkage member 224 abutting against the locking member 23 is close to the seat 10 by the same distance, thereby further saving space.
In some embodiments, the locking mechanism 20 further comprises a guide member 24, the guide member 24 is detachably connected to the housing 10, and the first link member 222 is reciprocally movably connected to the guide member 24 along the third direction.
Further, the guide member 24 is provided with a guide groove longitudinally extending along the third direction and penetrating through the guide member 24, when the guide member 24 is connected to the seat body 10, the seat body 10 is matched with the guide groove to form a guide channel, and the first linking member 222 of the guide member 24 is arranged through the guide channel and can reciprocate along the third direction.
In practical applications, the first linkage member 222 includes a first matching portion 2221, a moving portion 2222 and a second matching portion 2223 that are sequentially and fixedly connected, the moving portion 2222 is movably disposed through the guide channel along the third direction, and the first matching portion 2221 has the above-mentioned matching inclined surface.
It should be explained that the first and second fitting portions 2221 and 2223 have a larger volume than the moving portion 2222, so that neither the first and second fitting portions 2221 and 2223 can be inserted into the guide channel, thereby preventing the first linkage member 222 from being separated from the guide channel.
Meanwhile, since the first fitting portion 2221 and the second fitting portion 2223 cannot pass through the guide channel, the guide member 24 is detachably connected to the seat body 10, the guide slot 242 is formed in the guide member 24, the moving portion 2222 of the first linking member 222 is firstly placed in the guide slot 242, then the guide member 24 is connected to the seat body 10, and the guide channel is formed by enclosing, and at this time, the moving portion 2222 is located in the guide channel.
In some embodiments, the locking mechanism 20 further includes a first elastic member, one end of the first elastic member is fixed relative to the seat body 10, and the other end of the first elastic member is connected to an end of the first linking member 222 away from the trigger 21, and also provides a pre-tightening force for the first linking member 222 to have a tendency to move toward the trigger 21 along the third direction.
It can be understood that the downward movement of the trigger 21 pushes the first linkage member 222 to move, and pushes the first linkage member 222 away from the trigger 21 itself, and finally drives the locking member 23 to move toward the cup 30 and insert into the cup 30, so that the first elastic member drives the first linkage member 222 to move toward the trigger 21, and the first linkage member 222 and the trigger 21 are reset.
In practical applications, the first elastic member is connected to the guide member 24 at one end and connected to the second matching portion 2223 at the other end, so as to provide a pre-tightening force that the first linking member 222 tends to move toward the trigger member 21 along the third direction. Specifically, the first elastic member is a tension spring.
In some embodiments, locking mechanism 20 further comprises a second elastic member connected between housing 10 and retaining member 23 for providing a pre-load force tending to move retaining member 23 in a second direction away from cup 30.
Thus, the locker 23 is spaced apart from the cup 30 by the second elastic member, and the cup 30 can be removed after the locker 23 is spaced apart from the cup 30. Specifically, the second elastic member is a spring.
It should be noted that, the arrangement of the first elastic member and the second elastic member can ensure that the locking member 23, the linkage assembly 22 and the trigger 21 are reset, if only the first elastic member is arranged, the locking member 23 and the linkage assembly 22 cannot be reset, if only the second elastic member is arranged, the second elastic member needs to drive the locking member 23, the linkage assembly 22 and the trigger 21 to be reset, and the external force required by the linkage assembly 22 to push the trigger 21 to be reset is relatively large, so that the situation that the resetting effect is not ideal may exist. The provision of the first and second elastic members ensures the restoration of the locker 23, the link assembly 22 and the trigger 21.
In some embodiments, the locking mechanism 20 further includes a limiting member 25, the limiting member 25 is fixedly connected to the seat 10, and the locking member 23 is connected to the limiting member 25 in a reciprocating manner along the second direction.
Further, the limiting member 25 includes a first limiting portion 252 and a second limiting portion 254 that are fixedly connected to each other, the first limiting portion 252 is fixedly connected to the base 10, the second limiting portion 254 is located on one side of the first limiting portion 252 away from the base 10 and extends toward a direction away from the base 10, and the first limiting portion 252 is provided with a limiting hole correspondingly communicated with the locking hole 14.
Retaining member 23 includes locking portion 232 and connecting portion 234 of fixed connection each other, and locking portion 232 has locking end 202, and connecting portion 234 has seted up the connecting hole, and spacing hole is worn to locate by locking portion 232, and the connecting hole is worn to locate by second spacing portion 254 to spacing retaining member 23 in locating part 25, and ensure retaining member 23 along second direction reciprocating motion, the second elastic component is connected between pedestal 10 and connecting portion 234.
It should be explained that, one end of the second position-limiting portion 254 away from the first position-limiting portion 252 has a position-limiting head, and when the locking member 23 is connected to the position-limiting member 25, one end of the second position-limiting portion 254 having the position-limiting head can be pressed downward first, and then the locking member 23 is connected to the position-limiting member 25, so that the locking member 23 is connected to the position-limiting member 25 and is limited by the position-limiting member 25.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, in some embodiments, the locking member 23 further includes a detecting portion 236, the detecting portion 236 is fixedly connected to the locking portion 232, and the detecting portion 236 extends into the bottom of the seat 10, and the locking device further includes a detecting element 40, and the detecting element 40 is disposed at the bottom of the seat 10 and is used for detecting a position of the detecting portion 236.
It should be noted that the detecting portion 236 moves along the second direction with the locking portion 232, when the locking portion 232 is inserted into the cup 30, the detecting portion 236 is located at a corresponding position, and when the detecting member 40 detects that the detecting portion 236 is located at the position, it indicates that the locking portion 232 has locked the fixed cup 30.
In addition, in the case of providing two locking members 23, two detecting members 40 may be disposed at the bottom of the seat body 10 to detect the two locking members 23 respectively, or only one detecting member 40 may be disposed to detect the two locking members 23, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the cup 30 defines a mating hole 32, and the locking end 202 can be inserted into the mating hole 32 during the movement along the second direction, so as to lock and fix the cup 30 to the seat 10. Specifically, the locking member 23 passes through the limiting hole, the locking hole 14 and the fitting hole 32 in this order.
In some embodiments, the base 10 has a triggering hole, and the triggering member 21 is disposed in the triggering hole in a reciprocating manner along the first direction. Further, the cup 30 has a telescopic end, the telescopic end is telescopic along the first direction, the telescopic end is disposed corresponding to the triggering hole, and the telescopic end can extend into the triggering hole to push the triggering member 21 to move along the first direction.
Therefore, when the cup body 30 needs to be locked and fixed on the seat body 10, the telescopic end is ensured to extend out, so that when the cup body is placed in the installation cavity 12, the telescopic end can extend into the trigger hole, the trigger piece 21 is pushed to move, the trigger piece 21 pushes the first linkage piece 222 to move along the third direction, the first linkage piece 222 drives the second linkage piece 224 to rotate around the rotation axis, and the second linkage piece 224 pushes the locking piece 23 to move towards the cup body 30 along the second direction, and finally the cup body is inserted into the matching hole 32 of the cup body 30.
It should be noted that, the cup body 30 usually has a handle, and the telescopic end can be disposed on the handle, and a corresponding control mechanism is disposed for controlling the extension and retraction of the telescopic end, that is, when locking is required, the control mechanism can ensure that the telescopic end extends out and cannot be retracted, and when the cup body 30 needs to be taken down, the telescopic end is controlled to be retracted by the control mechanism, and under the action of the first elastic member and the second elastic member, the trigger member 21 resets to push the telescopic end to be retracted.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
