2. The coal vehicle dust suppressant spray device of claim 1, wherein said movement assembly comprises:
the support plate is connected with the end part of the platform;
the first end of the positioning shaft is fixedly connected with the side surface of the support plate; and
and the guide gear is connected with the rotating shaft at the second end of the positioning shaft and is meshed with the rack arranged above the rack.
3. The coal vehicle dust suppressant spray device of claim 2, wherein said drive assembly comprises:
the transmission shaft is arranged between the two support plates, and two ends of the transmission shaft respectively penetrate through the two support plates;
the two transmission gears are respectively in key connection with the end parts of the transmission shafts on the outer sides of the two support plates and are respectively meshed with the two racks; and
the driving component is connected with the transmission shaft and used for driving the transmission shaft to operate.
4. A dust suppressant spray arrangement for coal-carrying vehicles according to claim 3, wherein said drive means comprises:
the driving motor is connected with one of the support plates through a motor bracket and is electrically connected with the controller; and
and the first gear is in key connection with the output end of the driving motor and is meshed with the second gear arranged on the transmission shaft.
5. The coal vehicle dust suppressant spray device of claim 1, wherein said spray assembly comprises:
the fixed seat is arranged below the platform, a first water channel and an annular second water channel are arranged in the fixed seat, a first end of the first water channel is communicated with the storage bin through a conveying pipe, and a second end of the first water channel is communicated with the second water channel;
the rotating pipe is coaxial with the second water channel and is connected with the fixed seat rotating shaft; the rotating pipe is of a hollow structure, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the outer surface of the rotating pipe, which is opposite to the second water channel, and are used for introducing the mixed liquid in the second water channel into the rotating pipe;
the spray head is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the liquid outlet at the first end of the rotating pipe, and a plurality of spray holes are uniformly formed in the surface of the spray head and are used for spraying the mixed liquid; and
and the linkage shaft is arranged at the closed second end of the rotating pipe, is connected with the rotating assembly and is used for driving the rotating pipe and the spray head to synchronously rotate.
6. A coal-moving vehicle dust suppressant spray unit as in claim 5, wherein said rotary assembly comprises:
the connecting rod pair is respectively connected with the plurality of spraying components and is used for driving the plurality of spraying components to synchronously operate; and
and the rotating motor is connected with the connecting rod pair and electrically connected with the controller to provide power for the connecting rod pair.
7. The coal vehicle dust suppressant spray device of claim 6, wherein said linkage pair comprises:
the first end of the crank is connected with the power output end key of the rotating motor;
the end part of the connecting rod is connected with a second end rotating shaft of the crank; and
the second cranks are equal to the first cranks in length and are arranged in parallel; the first end of each crank II is connected with the corresponding linkage shaft key, and the second end of each crank II is connected with the connecting rod rotating shaft.
8. The dust suppressant spraying device of a coal-moving vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
and the mixer is arranged on the upper surface of the sealing cover above the storage bin, is communicated with the storage bin and is used for mixing the dust suppressant and the water and then injecting the mixture into the storage bin.
9. The dust suppressing agent spraying apparatus for coal-powered vehicles of claim 8, wherein said blender is comprised of a conical convergent tube, a cylindrical throat and a conical diffuser tube, wherein,
the large-caliber end of the conical convergent pipe is a liquid inlet end and is communicated with a water source, and the small-caliber end of the conical convergent pipe is communicated with the first end of the cylindrical throat pipe;
the large-caliber end of the conical diffusion pipe is a liquid outlet end and is communicated with the interior of the storage bin, and the small-caliber end of the conical diffusion pipe is communicated with the second end of the cylindrical throat pipe; and
the middle part of the cylindrical throat pipe is communicated with a material tank for containing a dust suppressant through a feeding pipe and is used for adding the dust suppressant into water flowing through the cylindrical throat pipe.
10. The dust suppressant spraying device of a coal-fired vehicle as in claim 9, wherein said conical convergent tube large bore end, said feed tube are provided with an electrical valve and a flow meter, and said electrical valve and said flow meter are electrically connected to a controller, respectively.
