With the popularization and application of pipeline valves, particularly the application and development in the petroleum industry, the use of valves is related to the national energy safety. In the petroleum drilling, a slurry manifold and a kill choke manifold are arranged on a petroleum drilling platform, high-pressure slurry and slurry containing natural gas for killing are controlled, killing operation can be frequently carried out, each valve has a unique function, the opening and closing of the valve directly influences the killing effect, and wrong display even causes severe accidents such as blowout and the like.
At present, the installation and fixing modes of the label used for marking the on-off state of the valve on a drilling platform are insertion, hanging or bolt fixing and the like. Changing the identification state of a sign is long and difficult, especially when the operator wears working gloves. Due to the factors of overlong time for changing the label and the like, well control safety risks are easily increased, and even serious people can cause similar accidents of 'sinking accidents of deepwater horizon drilling platforms'.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide an indication sign which is convenient and fast to operate.

3. The connecting cap drives the label body to reset automatically, and after resetting, the connecting cap and the sealing seat are sealed automatically, so that liquid or solid particles such as slurry can be prevented from entering the structure.
4. The material is stainless steel, long service life and not fragile.

Referring to fig. 1, the indication sign includes a sign body 100 and a sign cylinder 200. The placard cylinder 200 includes a fixing sleeve 210, a sealing housing 220, a coupling member 230, and a stopper.
The fixing sleeve 210 includes a cylinder 211, one end of the cylinder 211 is used for fixedly connecting with the identified object, and the sealing seat 220 is detachably connected to the other end of the cylinder 211. The sealing seat 220 is provided with a through hole 221 communicated with the cylinder body 211, the sealing seat 220 is provided with an annular sealing surface 222, and the annular sealing surface 222 is positioned on the outer circumferential surface of the end of the through hole 221 far away from the cylinder body 211. The connection member 230 includes a connection cap 231 and a connection rod 232. The top of coupling cap 231 is coupled to placard body 100 in a position where the coupling cap 231 is configured with a cavity that sealingly engages annular sealing surface 222. In the implementation process, the indication sign can be fixed at the marked object to be marked through the fixing sleeve 210, and if the use scene is an oil drilling platform, the fixing sleeve 210 can be fixed on the valve or beside the valve. The tag body 100 coupled to the coupling member 230 is not separated from the closed chamber defined by the sealing housing 220 and the fixing sleeve 210 by the penetration hole 221 of the sealing housing 220 and the locker 250 provided on the coupling rod 232.
The limiting device can firstly limit the label body 100 in a non-indicating state, when the indicating state of the label body needs to be changed, the label body 100 is pulled up, the connecting cap 231 is far away from the sealing seat 220, the label body 100 can rotate randomly, and the elastic device 240 is stretched; after rotating a predetermined angle, the sign body 100 is released, and the cavity of the coupling cap 231 is in sealing engagement with the annular sealing surface 222 under the contracting elastic force of the elastic means 240, and the sign body 100 is limited by the limiting means, and the sign body 100 is in the indicating state. When the indication state of the sign body 100 needs to be changed again, the sign body 100 is continuously pulled up, the connecting cap 231 is far away from the sealing seat 220, after the sign body 100 is rotated for a preset angle, the sign body 100 is released, the cavity of the connecting cap 231 is in sealing fit with the annular sealing surface 222 under the action of the contraction elastic force of the elastic device 240, the limiting device limits the sign body 100 again, and the sign body 100 is in the non-indication state at the moment. And circulating the two steps to realize the continuous switching of the indicating plate between the indicating state and the non-indicating state.
According to the technical scheme, the sign body 100 can be switched between the indicating state and the non-indicating state only by pulling up and rotating the sign body by the preset angle, the use is convenient, the operation is simple, the on and off change is easy, and the positioning of the sign body 100 is accurate.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a connection cap according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the limiting member includes two limiting engaging grooves 223 and two limiting engaging protrusions 224. Wherein, two spacing draw-in grooves 223 all set up on the surface of seal receptacle 220, and the line of the center of two spacing draw-in grooves 223 and seal receptacle 220 is the straight line. The two limit clamping protrusions 224 are disposed on the connecting cap 231 and extend from the connecting cap 231 toward the end surface of the seal seat 220 toward the seal seat 220, and are respectively embedded in the limit clamping grooves 223 when the concave cavity of the connecting cap 231 is in sealing fit with the annular sealing surface 222.
In the implementation process, a line connecting the two limiting slots 223 and the center of the sealing seat 220 is a straight line, that is, an angle formed by the two limiting slots 223 is 180 degrees, and after the signboard body 100 rotates by 180 degrees, the state can be switched once.
In one embodiment, an arcuate lead-in surface is provided at the entrance of the limit stop slot 223. The arc-shaped leading-in surface is beneficial to the limiting clamping protrusion 224 to conveniently slide into the limiting clamping groove 223 or conveniently slide out of the limiting clamping groove 223.
In one embodiment, the annular sealing surface 222 is a conical surface. The use of a tapered sealing structure prevents contaminants (e.g., liquids such as mud or solid particles) from entering the interior of the tag cylinder 200 and prevents damage to the internal spring means and locking member 250, thus enabling the indicator of this application to be used universally in all industries and all weather environments.
In one implementation, referring to fig. 2, the sealing seat 220 includes a seat body 225, a connecting portion 226 and a sealing portion 227.
The holder body 225 is a hollow cylinder. The connecting portion 226 is a hollow cylinder with an outer diameter smaller than that of the holder body 225, and the connecting portion 226 extends into the cylinder body 211 and is in threaded connection with the cylinder body 211. The outer circumferential surface of the sealing portion 227 is a tapered surface. The connection cap 231 is a cylinder corresponding to the structure of the sealing seat 220. The outer diameters of the fixing sleeve 210, the holder body 225 and the connection cap 231 are the same. The outer diameters of the fixing sleeve 210, the housing 225 and the connection cap 231 are the same, so that the placard cylinder 200 has a uniform outer diameter and a simple and beautiful appearance.
In an embodiment, the elastic device 240 is a spring, and the outer diameter of the spring is larger than the diameter of the through hole 221 and smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting portion 226. The spring has a simple structure, is easily sleeved on the connecting rod 232, and can select springs with different elastic coefficients according to requirements, so that the connecting cap 231 can automatically reset, and further the automatic reset of the signboard body 100 is realized.
It should be noted that the spring adopted in the elastic device 240 in the present application is only an example, and any structure that can provide an elastic force and can be adapted to the connecting rod 232 falls within the protection scope of the present application.
In one embodiment, a drainage hole is formed on the end surface of the fixing sleeve 210 fixedly connected to the marked object. The drainage holes on the fixing sleeve 210 can drain a small amount of liquid or solid matter entering the fixing sleeve 210 to prevent the fixing sleeve 210 from being contaminated.
In a preferred embodiment, the tag body 100 and the tag cylinder 200 are both made of stainless steel. Where both signage body 100 and signage cylinder 200 are formed of stainless steel, signage body 100 may be welded to the crown of coupling cap 231.
Most of the existing indicating signs are made of plastic or sheet iron, have short service life and are easy to damage, so that the indicating signs are mainly suitable for indoor use and have large use limitation. The indicating sign is made of stainless steel, is not easy to damage, is corrosion-resistant and has long service life. Whether indoor or outdoor, whether natural environment or working occasions with mud and the like which are easy to pollute are all applicable, the applicability is wide, and the cleaning is easy and the damage is not easy. And the device also has the characteristics of no need of maintenance in a short period and high reliability.
According to another aspect of the application, a drilling platform is further provided, wherein the drilling platform comprises a mud manifold and a kill choke manifold, and the indicating plate is arranged beside a valve of the mud manifold and/or the kill choke manifold.

the connecting part is a hollow cylinder with the outer diameter smaller than that of the seat body, extends into the cylinder body and is in threaded connection with the cylinder body;
the outer circumferential surface of the sealing portion is a tapered surface.
6. The indicator sign of claim 5, wherein the connection cap is a cylinder; the outer diameters of the fixing sleeve, the base body and the connecting cap are the same.
