The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present application discloses a lighting fixture, which includes a lamp body 100, an end cap 200, and an elastic sealing portion 300.
The lamp body 100 is a basic component of the lighting fixture, and the lamp body 100 can provide an installation foundation for other components of the lighting fixture, specifically, the lamp body 100 has an installation surface 110 for assembling the lighting fixture on the installation foundation, when the lighting fixture is assembled on the installation foundation, the installation surface 110 is arranged opposite to the surface of the installation foundation, one side of the lamp body 100 away from the installation surface 110 has a light exit surface, a light source module is generally arranged in the lamp body 100, and light emitted by the light source module can be emitted through the light exit surface. In the embodiment of the present application, the lamp body 100 has two end portions 130 arranged along the length direction, wherein at least one end portion 130 is connected to the end cap 200 in a sealing manner, so as to prevent external impurities (such as moisture, dust, etc.) from entering into the lamp body 100, and prevent the impurities from affecting the normal operation of the lighting fixture.
The end cap 200 extends partially beyond the mounting surface 110 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 110, that is, the portion of the end cap 200 is higher than the mounting surface 110 in the direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 110. Optionally, the end cap 200 may include an inner end cap 210 and an outer end cap 220, at least one end 130 of the lamp body 100 is connected to the inner end cap 210 in a sealing manner, a mounting groove 211 is formed in a side of the inner end cap 210 away from the lamp body 100, the outer end cap 220 is disposed on the inner end cap 210, and the outer end cap 220 covers the mounting groove 211, so that the outer end cap 220 and the mounting groove 211 can enclose to form a mounting space, which may be used for mounting a power supply component of the lighting fixture, and meanwhile, the mounting space is not communicated with the lamp body 100, so that a worker can maintain the power supply component in the mounting space by only opening the outer end cap 220 without detaching a sealing structure between the inner end cap 210 and the lamp body 100. Specifically, the inner end cap 210 partially extends beyond the mounting surface 110 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 110.
The elastic sealing portion 300 is disposed on the mounting surface 110, and the elastic sealing portion 300 extends beyond the mounting surface 110 and the end cap 200 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 110, that is, the elastic sealing portion 300 is higher than the mounting surface 110 and the end cap 200 in the direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 110, and the elastic sealing portion 300 can be pressed by a surface of a mounting base to be elastically deformed.
In the process that the lighting lamp is assembled on the installation base, the elastic sealing part 300 is firstly contacted with the surface of the installation base, the lighting lamp is continuously close to the surface of the installation base, in the process, the elastic sealing part 300 is pressed by the surface of the installation base to generate elastic deformation until the end cover 200 is contacted with the surface of the installation base, after the end cover 200 is contacted with the surface of the installation base, the lighting lamp is difficult to continuously close to the surface of the installation base, at the moment, a gap formed between the installation surface 110 and the surface of the installation base can be sealed by the elastic sealing part 300, and dust is difficult to enter the gap.
In the lighting fixture disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the lamp body 100 has two end portions 130 arranged along the length direction, wherein at least one end portion 130 is connected to the end cap 200 in a sealing manner, the lamp body 100 further has a mounting surface 110 for assembling the lighting fixture to the mounting base, the end cap 200 partially extends beyond the mounting surface 110 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 110, the elastic sealing portion 300 is arranged on the mounting surface 110, the elastic sealing portion 300 extends beyond the mounting surface 110 and the end cap 200 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 110, and the elastic sealing portion 300 can be pressed by the surface of the mounting base to generate elastic deformation. In this case, after the lighting fixture is assembled to the installation base, a gap (hereinafter, referred to as a gap) formed between the installation surface 110 and the surface of the installation base can be blocked by the elastic sealing portion 300, so that dust is hard to enter the gap, and thus dust is hard to fall from the lighting fixture, and the problem that dust is easy to fall from the lighting fixture in a clean room can be solved.
Alternatively, the elastic sealing portion 300 may have at least two elastic sealing strips 330 extending along the length direction of the lamp body 100, two ends of any one of the at least two elastic sealing strips 330 respectively extend to two end portions 130 of the lamp body 100, and the at least two elastic sealing strips 330 may be arranged at intervals, and the elastic sealing strips 330 may be pressed by the surface of the installation base to generate elastic deformation. In this scheme, the two elastic sealing strips 330 are respectively sealed at two sides of the gap, so that the two elastic sealing strips 330 can better seal the gap, dust is more difficult to enter the gap, and dust falling on the lighting fixture is more difficult to occur.
Further, both end portions 130 of the lamp body 100 may be provided with the end caps 200 in a sealing manner, that is, the lighting lamp has two end caps 200, the two end portions 130 are respectively connected with the end caps 200 in a sealing manner, and both ends of the elastic sealing strip 330 are respectively connected with the two end caps 200, in this case, the elastic sealing strip 330, of which both ends are respectively connected with the two end caps 200, can better block the gap, so that the blocking effect of the elastic sealing strip 330 on the gap is better, and dust is more difficult to enter the gap.
Specifically, after the two ends of the elastic sealing strip 330 are respectively connected to the two end caps 200, the at least two elastic sealing strips 330 and the two end caps 200 may enclose a closed contour, and in a case that the lighting fixture is assembled on the installation base, the closed contour, and the installation surface 110 may enclose a closed space. This way undoubtedly enables dust to be difficult to enter the enclosed space, so that dust falling in the gap is difficult to occur, and therefore dust falling on the lighting lamp is difficult to occur.
In an alternative embodiment, the mounting surface 110 may have a first edge 111 and a second edge 112 in a second direction, and two elastic sealing strips 330 may be respectively disposed on the first edge 111 and the second edge 112, and the second direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the lamp body 100. Under the condition, the two elastic sealing strips 330 can be plugged at the openings at the two sides of the gap, so that dust is prevented from falling into the openings at the two sides of the gap, the whole installation surface 110 is difficult to fall into dust, the gap is further difficult to fall into dust, and the lighting lamp is difficult to fall into dust.
As described above, the elastic sealing portion 300 is provided on the mounting surface 110, and is also pressed by the surface of the mounting base to be elastically deformed, and when the elastic sealing portion 300 is elastically deformed, the connection relationship between the elastic sealing portion 300 and the mounting surface 110 may be affected, and the elastic sealing portion 300 may be separated from the mounting surface 110. Based on this, in an alternative embodiment, the elastic sealing strip 330 may include an elastic portion 310 and a mounting portion 320, the elastic portion 310 is connected to the mounting portion 320, the mounting portion 320 may be connected to the mounting surface 110, and in a case where the lighting fixture is assembled to the mounting base, the elastic portion 310 elastically abuts against the mounting base, and the elastic portion 310 may be pressed by a surface of the mounting base to be elastically deformed.
When the lighting fixture is assembled on the mounting base, the elastic portion 310 is pressed by the surface of the mounting base to generate elastic deformation, and the mounting portion 320 is difficult to not deform, so that the connection relationship between the mounting portion 320 and the mounting surface 110 is difficult to be influenced, the mounting portion 320 can be stably connected with the mounting surface 110, and the situation that the gap cannot be well sealed by the elastic sealing strip 330 due to the separation of the mounting portion 320 and the mounting surface 110 is avoided.
Specifically, the mounting portion 320 may be bonded to the mounting surface 110. Optionally, the mounting surface 110 may be provided with a clamping groove 120, the mounting portion 320 may include a bump 321 and a connecting portion 322, the bump 321 may be connected with the elastic portion 310 through the connecting portion 322, the bump 321 may be in clamping fit with the clamping groove 120, so that the elastic sealing portion 300 is clamped on the mounting surface 110, which facilitates assembly operations of workers, and meanwhile, the elastic sealing portion 300 may be replaced by the workers, thereby improving the installability and maintainability of the lighting fixture.
Alternatively, the elastic portion 310 may include a body portion 311 and an elastic extension portion 312, the mounting portion 320 is connected to the body portion 311, the mounting surface 110 may have a middle region and an outer edge region surrounding the middle region, and the elastic extension portion 312 extends obliquely from the outer edge region to the middle region in a direction perpendicular to and away from the mounting surface 110, that is, the elastic extension portion 312 extends obliquely inward from an edge of the mounting surface 110. In this case, the elastic extension 312 extending obliquely from the outer edge region to the intermediate region is pressed by the surface of the mounting base with a large elastic force, and can be brought into relatively close contact with the surface of the mounting base, thereby further blocking the passage of dust entering the gap.
The elastic sealing part 300 may be a silicone rubber member, the elastic sealing part 300 may also be a rubber member, and optionally, the elastic sealing part 300 may be an epdm rubber member, because the epdm rubber member has the advantages of heat resistance, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance, and meanwhile, the epdm rubber member has a lower cost, which can reduce the cost of the lighting fixture.
As described above, the end cap 200 may include the inner end cap 210 and the outer end cap 220, and optionally, the inner end cap 210 may be detachably coupled to the outer end cap 220, and the inner end cap 210 may be hermetically connected to the lamp body 100. Under the condition, the worker can disassemble and assemble the inner end cover 210 and the outer end cover 220 for many times, the worker can maintain the power supply module in the installation space formed by the inner end cover 210 and the outer end cover 220 only by opening the outer end cover 220 without disassembling the sealing structure of the inner end cover 210 and the lamp body 100, and therefore the worker can maintain the lighting lamp conveniently without influencing the sealing performance of the lighting lamp, and the lighting lamp is high in stability.
Specifically, the outer end cap 220 may be fastened to the inner end cap 210, and this arrangement facilitates the worker to open the outer end cap 220, so that the worker can maintain the power supply module in the installation space without detaching the sealing structure between the inner end cap 210 and the lamp body 100, and after the maintenance is completed, the worker can conveniently install the outer end cap 220. Of course, the outer end cap 220 and the inner end cap 210 may be combined in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the inner end cap 210 may be connected to the end 130 of the lamp body 100 by a threaded connection member, which is reliable and has high connection stability, so as to avoid the influence on the sealing performance between the inner end cap 210 and the lamp body 100 due to the relative shaking of the inner end cap 210 and the lamp body 100. The application is not limited to the combination of the inner end cap 210 and the lamp body 100 through a threaded connection.
Further, threaded connection spare is located mounting groove 211, before outer cover 220 installation or after dismantling, the staff can directly install or dismantle threaded connection spare, makes things convenient for the staff to carry out the installation and the dismantlement of illumination lamps and lanterns. Meanwhile, the threaded connecting piece is prevented from being exposed outside the lighting lamp, so that the threaded connecting piece is prevented from influencing the appearance of the lighting lamp.
Optionally, the outer end cap 220 may be located in the mounting groove 211, and the outer surface of the outer end cap 220 may be coplanar with the notch of the mounting groove 211, so that the outer surface of the end cap 200 is relatively flat, the appearance of the lighting fixture is relatively beautiful, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 8 to 16, in the embodiment of the present application, the outer end cap 220 is detachably combined with the inner end cap 210, specifically, a first combining portion 212 is disposed in the mounting groove 211, the outer end cap 220 is disposed with a second combining portion 221, and the first combining portion 212 is detachably matched with the second combining portion 221 to fix the outer end cap 220 to the inner end cap 210, so that the outer end cap 220 and the mounting groove 211 can enclose a mounting space, which can be used for mounting a power supply component.
In the illumination lamp disclosed in the embodiment of the application, because lamp body 100 links to each other with interior end cap 210 is sealed, and power supply module is located the installation space that interior end cap 210 and outer end cap 220 formed, therefore, this installation space does not have the intercommunication with lamp body 100, the staff only need open outer end cap 220 alright with the power supply module that the maintenance is located the installation space, need not to demolish interior end cap 210 and lamp body 100's seal structure, all need to reset seal structure after avoiding illumination lamp maintenance at every turn, and then can solve the loaded down with trivial details inconvenient problem of tri-proof light maintenance.
Alternatively, the first coupling portion 212 may be a first clamping portion, the second coupling portion 221 may be a second clamping portion, the outer end cap 220 may slide in parallel in a first direction and a second direction relative to the notch of the mounting groove 211, the first direction is opposite to the second direction, that is, both the first direction and the second direction are parallel to the notch of the mounting groove 211, and when the outer end cap 220 slides in the first direction or the second direction, the outer end cap 220 slides in parallel to the notch of the mounting groove 211. Under the condition that the outer end cover 220 slides along the first direction, the outer end cover 220 is connected with the inner end cover 210 through the snap fit of the first combining part 212 and the second combining part 221, which can also be understood as that the first combining part 212 is in snap fit with the second combining part 221 in the first direction, and the outer end cover 220 covers the mounting groove 211; in a case where the outer cap 220 is slid in the second direction, the first coupling portion 212 is separated from the second coupling portion 221.
When the outer end cover 220 needs to be assembled to the inner end cover 210, a worker can push the outer end cover 220 to slide along the first direction, in the process that the outer end cover 220 slides along the first direction, the first combining portion 212 firstly contacts with the second combining portion 221, the outer end cover 220 continuously slides along with the outer end cover 220, the outer end cover 220 stops sliding until the first combining portion 212 is in clamping fit with the second combining portion 221, at the moment, the outer end cover 220 is buckled on the inner end cover 210 through the clamping fit of the first combining portion 212 and the second combining portion 221, and the outer end cover 220 covers the installation groove 211. When the outer end cap 220 needs to be separated from the inner end cap 210, that is, when the outer end cap 220 is detached from the inner end cap 210, a worker may push the outer end cap 220 to slide along the second direction, and after the outer end cap 220 slides along the second direction, the first combining portion 212 is separated from the second combining portion 221, at this time, the outer end cap 220 and the inner end cap 210 can be separated, so that the requirement of detaching the outer end cap 220 from the inner end cap 210 is met.
In the lighting lamp disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, a first combining portion 212 is disposed in the mounting groove 211, a second combining portion 221 is disposed on the outer end cap 220, the first combining portion 212 can be in snap fit with the second combining portion 221, the outer end cap 220 can slide in parallel along a first direction and a second direction relative to a notch of the mounting groove 211, the first direction is opposite to the second direction, under the condition that the outer end cap 220 slides along the first direction, the outer end cap 220 and the inner end cap 210 are connected through the snap fit of the first combining portion 212 and the second combining portion 221, and the outer end cap 220 covers the mounting groove 211; in a case where the outer cap 220 is slid in the second direction, the first coupling portion 212 is separated from the second coupling portion 221. Under this kind of condition, the staff only need promote outer end cover 220 and slide along first direction or second direction, alright in order to realize outer end cover 220's installation and dismantlement, and because the notch of the relative mounting groove 211 of outer end cover 220 slides along first direction and second direction parallel, make the staff only need apply thrust, need not more operation process, more need not be assisted with the help of the instrument, just can install or dismantle outer end cover 220, thereby make things convenient for outer end cover 220 of staff's dismouting, and then can solve the inconvenient problem of lighting apparatus dismouting.
In order to further make things convenient for outer end cover 220 of staff dismouting, optionally, the notch of mounting groove 211 can slope the setting, the notch of mounting groove 211 is not parallel to vertical direction promptly, also the vertical direction of non-perpendicular to, the notch slope of mounting groove 211 sets up the back, outer end cover 220 slides in the slope when the dismouting, the staff of being convenient for exerts the driving force, so that the staff can comparatively easily dismouting outer end cover 220, thereby can further make things convenient for outer end cover 220 of staff dismouting. Note that the vertical direction is a gravity direction.
Specifically, in the first direction, the notch of the mounting groove 211 may be obliquely disposed toward a direction approaching the lamp body 100. After this illumination lamps and lanterns installed to the installation basis, when staff dismouting outer end cover 220, the mode that this kind of slope set up can make the staff direct observation outer end cover 220 and the separation condition of interior end cover 210, and can directly perceivedly see staff's manual drive's position to make things convenient for the staff operation.
