Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4 together, a diversion cover 3 is disposed on the water feeding tray 2, a water level detection mechanism for detecting the water storage amount of the water storage container 300 and making a reminding mark is disposed on the diversion cover 3, the water level detection mechanism includes a float 4 and a conduit 5, the conduit 5 is a through pipe passing through the upper and lower end surfaces of the diversion cover 3, the upper part of the conduit 5 is sleeved with the observation hole of the housing 200, and the lower part of the conduit 5 passes through the water inlet 11 of the top cover 1 and is inserted into the water storage container 300; the float 4 is disposed in the guide pipe 5, can move up and down in the guide pipe 5 with the change of water level, and protrudes out of the dishwasher from the observation hole 201 of the housing 200 when gradually reaching the highest water storage level of the water storage container 300.

In addition, the water level detection mechanism is arranged on the independently arranged diversion cover 3, so that the installation and the replacement are facilitated, and compared with the structure arranged on the built-in water tank or the structure of the inner container 100 and the built-in water tank, the water level detection mechanism can be independently installed, detached and replaced, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost is effectively reduced.
In another embodiment of the present application, the limiting structure is optimized, please refer to fig. 5 to 8, a guide groove 51 is vertically arranged on the guide tube 5, a limiting protrusion 41 embedded in the guide groove 51 is arranged on the periphery of the float 4, and a limiting portion 511 for limiting the upward movement of the limiting protrusion 41 and preventing the float 4 from coming out of the observation hole 201 is arranged at the upper end of the guide groove 51 of the guide tube 5. The guide groove 51 on the guide pipe 5 is matched with the limit protrusion 41 on the floater 4 in an embedding manner, so that the up-and-down displacement motion of the floater 4 is effectively controlled, and when the highest water storage level of the water storage container 300 is gradually reached, the floater 4 gradually extends out of the dishwasher from the observation hole 201 to serve as a reminding mark for reminding a user to control the water adding amount in time.
In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6, the conduit 5 is a cylindrical through pipe extending towards the bottom of the water storage container 300, and the float 4 is a cylinder accommodated in the conduit 5; the guide pipe 5 is provided with a vertically arranged limit groove 52, and the float 4 is provided with a slide block 42 embedded with the limit groove 52. On the one hand, by utilizing the cylindrical structural characteristics, the guide pipe 5 and the floater 4 are both arranged into cylindrical through pipes and cylindrical structures which are matched with each other, so that the mobility of the floater 4 in the guide pipe 5 is favorably improved, the smoothness of the up-and-down displacement motion of the floater 4 in the guide pipe 5 is effectively improved, and the induction triggering effect is ensured. On the other hand, in order to control the range of motion of the float 4, a stopper structure is provided which is engaged with each other, preferably a vertical stopper groove 52 provided in the guide pipe 5 and a slider 42 provided on the float 4, and by engagement of the slider 42 with the stopper groove 52, the range of displacement of the float 4 is restricted, and the float 4 is prevented from coming out of the guide pipe 5.
In practical application, when a user manually adds water into the built-in water storage container 300, water flow basically covers the whole water adding tray 2, the internal air pressure of the water storage container 300 is increased, a large amount of bubbles are generated in the water adding tray 2 to overflow, and the situation that water flows backwards and splashes out easily occurs; also, the internal air pressure of the water container 300 affects the water adding speed, so that the water adding time is prolonged. For this purpose, referring to fig. 4 and 8 together, an isolation gap 40 is provided between the outer wall of the float 4 and the inner wall of the conduit 5. The function of the isolation gap 40 is, on one hand, to provide a movable space between the float 4 and the conduit 5, so that the float 4 can normally perform up-and-down displacement movement in the conduit 5, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the float 4. On the other hand, the isolation gap 40 also has the function of balancing the internal and external air pressures of the water storage container 300, so that the water is effectively prevented from splashing backwards, the water adding flow rate is kept normal, and the water adding operation time is shortened.
Referring to fig. 5, the lower end of the guide groove 51 of the guide tube 5 is provided with a vent 512 communicated with the isolation gap 40, so as to further increase the vent area and improve the air pressure balance effect.
In order to sense the maximum water level value to remind a user to control the water adding amount, the water level detection device in the dishwasher in the prior art generally sets the floater 4 to be of a structure with integral density smaller than that of water and a magnetic inductor integrated inside. According to the self volume and the whole weight of the floater 4, the floating or sinking of the floater 4 is controlled, and the requirement on the whole density of the floater 4 is high. Moreover, because the integral density of the floater 4 is high, the water level for supporting the floater 4 is positioned at the middle upper part of the floater 4, so that the induction triggering of the induction component on the water level detection device is easy to delay, and when a reminding signal is sent, the water adding stopping operation of a user is slow, so that the problem of water overflow is easy to occur. In another embodiment of the present application, the structure of the float 4 is optimized, please refer to fig. 4, fig. 6 and fig. 8 together, a lower opening 43 is disposed at the bottom of the float 4, a pneumatic chamber 44 for storing gas is disposed in the float 4, and the pneumatic chamber 44 is communicated with the lower opening 43. On one hand, the inside of the float 4 is provided with the air pressure cavity 44, and the bottom of the float 4 is provided with the lower opening 43 communicated with the air pressure cavity 44, so that the structure of the float 4 is changed, the density of the float 4 is reduced, the consumable material is saved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. When the bottom of the float 4 comes into contact with water and during the rising and falling of the water level, the air pressure in the air pressure chamber 44 of the float 4 changes, and the changed air pressure causes the float 4 to be lifted by the water and to be displaced up and down in the guide duct 5. On the other hand, the water level detection structure of the present application does not need to adopt a sensing component, and a sensing member is not needed to be arranged in the float 4, and only the protrusion on the float 4 is in limit fit with the guide groove 51 on the guide pipe 5, so that the overall weight of the float 4 can be reduced. Therefore, the displacement of the float 4 is achieved by the change in the air pressure of the air pressure chamber 44, so that the water level that lifts up the float 4 is maintained at the lower portion of the float 4; and, the protrusion on the float 4 is restricted in upward movement height by the restricting portion 511 at the upper end of the guide groove 51 to simultaneously serve as the highest point position for restricting the upward movement of the float 4 in the guide duct 5. When the floater 4 is lifted by water and moves upwards, and gradually reaches the highest water storage level of the water storage container 300, the floater 4 gradually extends out of the dishwasher from the observation hole 201, so that a user is reminded to control the water adding amount in time, an early warning effect is effectively achieved, and the risk of overflowing is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 7 and 8, the working principle of the water level sensing mechanism of the present application is as follows:
the float 4 is arranged in the conduit 5, and when the float 4 moves upwards, the highest point of the upwards movement is limited by the limiting bulge 43 and the limiting part 511 of the guide groove 51; when the float 44 moves downward, the lowest point of downward movement is restricted by the lower ends of the slider 42 and the stopper groove 52. The float 4 is confined in the conduit 5 and performs a vertical displacement movement within a set range of the above-described structure. When the user adds water, the water level rises to push the float 4 to move upwards in the conduit 5, and the top of the float 4 can gradually extend out of the dishwasher from the observation hole 201 on the casing 200 to remind the user to stop the water adding operation in time.
In another embodiment of the present application, the mounting structure of the diversion cover 3 is optimized, please refer to fig. 9 to 11 together, the top cover 1 is provided with a fixing seat 12 located at two sides of the water inlet 11, the fixing seat 12 is provided with a fixing hole 121, the diversion cover 3 is provided with a connecting lug 31 embedded in the fixing seat 12, and the connecting lug 31 is provided with a connecting hole 311 matched with the position of the fixing hole 121. The filtering piece arranged on the water tank of the dish washing machine in the prior art generally adopts a metal net or a nylon net, the metal net or the nylon net is integrally molded with the cover of a water filling port during production and manufacturing, the metal net or the nylon net is placed in a mold cavity during injection molding, the process has higher cost, defective products are more in the manufacturing process, and the production and manufacturing cost is increased. In another embodiment of the present application, a filtering structure of the deflector cap 3 is optimized, referring to fig. 11, a water inlet 30 communicated with the outside of the dishwasher is provided on the deflector cap 3, a filter screen 32 covering the water inlet 30 is provided on the deflector cap 3, and the filter screen 32 and the deflector cap 3 are integrally formed, so that the filter screen 32 is a part of the deflector cap 3, which can effectively reduce manufacturing defective products and reduce cost. Wherein, be equipped with water hole 321 on the filter screen 32, the water hole 321 shape on this filter screen 32 can be preferably for the water clearance of rectangular shape to form filtration, can filter the large granule impurity of user's family aquatic, in order to reach the same filtration mesh, reduce manufacturing cost effectively. The width of the water gap is 0.2-1.5 mm, or preferably 0.3-0.7 mm, and the length of the water gap is not limited.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 12, a horizontal plate 202 is disposed on the top of the housing 200, and the horizontal plate 202 is provided with the observation hole 201 and a through hole 203 matched with the position of the water filling opening 30 of the deflector cover 3. In practical application, a user fills water from the water filling port 30 at the top of the dishwasher housing 200, and since the observation hole 201 and the through hole 203 are both disposed at the top of the housing 200, the user can simultaneously notice the change in the observation hole 201 when performing a water filling operation. When the floater 4 is seen to extend out of the observation hole 201, the water adding operation can be stopped in time, and the water adding amount is effectively controlled.
In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 1 and 10 together, a water filling cover 33 for covering the water filling opening 30 is further disposed on the diversion cover 3, a handle slot 331 for inserting a finger of a person is disposed on the water filling cover 33, and a handle 332 is disposed on the handle slot 331 to facilitate lifting by a hand and effectively improve operation accuracy. Moreover, the top surface of the shell 200 is kept flat, so that the change of the floater 4 extending out of the observation hole 201 can be displayed particularly, a user can easily notice the reminding mark, water adding is stopped in time, and the user experience is effectively improved. In practical applications, it is also possible to provide the float 4 with a clearly distinctive color from the housing 200, thereby enhancing the distinctive characteristics to increase the user's attention. The form in which the float 4 is provided with a distinguishing characteristic in shape or color or the like is not limited herein.
On the basis, please refer to fig. 13, the bottom of the filter screen 32 is provided with an arc groove 322 for avoiding the handle groove 331, the arc groove 322 can not only avoid the handle groove 331 on the water adding cover 33, but also concentrate the water adding liquid by utilizing the shape characteristics of the arc groove 322, thereby effectively reducing the water liquid sputtering, being beneficial to the water adding operation of the user and the control of the water adding amount, and improving the operation experience of the user.
In another embodiment of the present application, the structure of the dishwasher is optimized, please refer to fig. 2 and 14, the inner container 100 includes a bottom plate 6 and a top plate 7 covering the bottom plate 6, the bottom plate 6 includes a frame body with a rectangular cross section and an opening on one side, the frame body includes three side wall portions 61 respectively connected to the top plate 7; the inner container 100 further includes an enclosure 8 enclosing the peripheries of the three side wall portions 61, and the water storage container 300 is formed by communicating cavities arranged at intervals between the enclosure 8 and the three side wall portions 61. Referring to fig. 3 and 10, the top cover 1 of the water container 300 is connected to the top plate 7, and the water feeding tray 2 extends to the top plate 7; the diversion cover 3 is matched with the water adding disc 2 and the top cover 1 in shape and covers the water adding disc 2 and the water inlet 11 of the top cover 1.
First, the water storage container 300 is formed by connecting the enclosure 8 on the inner container 100 and the cavities spaced between the three side walls 61 of the inner container 100, so that the water storage container 300 is integrated on the inner container 100 of the dishwasher and is integrally formed with the inner container 100, thereby effectively utilizing the inner space of the dishwasher. This water storage container 300 integrated on inner bag 100 can enough promote the water storage volume, can make the whole external dimension of dish washer effectively reduce again, can reduce the quantity of mould effectively, reduces the die sinking cost. Moreover, the structure of the water storage container 300 is integrated on the inner container 100, so that the water storage container 300 is tightly attached to the inner container, when the dishwasher washes, the water heat in the inner container 100 can be simultaneously conducted into the water storage container 300, the utilization rate of the water heat can be effectively improved, and the energy consumption of the dishwasher is reduced.
Secondly, the water adding tray 2 of the water storage container 300 extends to the top plate 7 of the inner container 100, so that the water adding flow passes through the water adding tray 2 and is guided into the water storage container 300, the water flow speed is effectively controlled, and the water adding amount is conveniently controlled by a user.
Thirdly, the flow guide cover 3 is matched with the water adding disc 2 and the top cover 1 in shape, so that the top of the inner container 100 integrated with the water storage container 300 is flat and attractive; moreover, the diversion cover 3 can completely cover the water adding tray 2 and the water inlet 11 of the top cover 1, thereby effectively improving the sealing effect and preventing water overflow.
When a dishwasher manufacturer in the prior art designs, a base of the dishwasher is a base, and an inner container 100 of the dishwasher is an inner container 100 and is manufactured by two sets of large molds. The manufacturing cost is high, the production and the manufacture are greatly limited, the requirement on the dimensional precision of parts is high, water is easy to leak at the splicing part of the base and the inner container 100, and the quality problem causes customer complaints and goods returns. In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2 and 14, a welding ring 101 formed by welding is respectively disposed at a connection portion between the side wall portion 61 of the bottom plate 6 and the top plate 7 and a connection portion between the enclosure 8 and the top cover 1, and the welding ring 101 is protruded on outer walls of the inner container 100 and the water storage container 200 and abuts against the outer shell 200. The inner container 100 is divided into two parts of a chassis 6 and a top plate 7, and other parts of the dish washing machine can be connected to the bottom surface of the chassis 6 and can be directly used as a base of the dish washing machine. Wherein, the joint between the chassis 6 and the top plate 7 of the inner container 100 and the joint between the enclosure 8 and the top cover 1 are both provided with welding rings 101 formed by welding. Because the side wall portion 61 of chassis 6 encloses with chassis 6 and closes and form a frame structure, therefore let the inside sealing performance of whole inner bag 100 effectively improve to can reduce the risk of leaking, need not to install waterproof construction additional, reduce occupation space effectively, reduce the input cost that the mould was made, promote user's use and experience.
In addition, according to the structure of the integrated water storage container 300 on the inner container 100 of the dishwasher of the present application, since the cavity of the water storage container 300 is accommodated in the space between the inner container 100 and the outer shell 200, the external force applied to the outer shell 200 is easily and directly transmitted to the water storage container 300, and thus the deformation and damage of the water storage container 300 are easily caused. In view of the above problems, the welding ring 101 protrudes from the outer peripheries of the inner container 100 and the water storage container 200 and abuts against the outer casing 200, so that the welding ring 101 can serve as a supporting structure for supporting the outer casing 200 against an external force, thereby enhancing the supporting strength, offsetting the transmission of the external force, and avoiding the deformation and damage of the water storage container 300.
Referring to fig. 15, the operation principle of the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the present application is as follows:
firstly, the dish-washing machine comprises two water inlet modes of water tank inlet and tap water inlet, and the water inlet function mode simultaneously exists. The water inlet mode of the waterway is as follows:
path: the dishwasher directly cleans tableware, and water is not stored in a water tank, so that the water tank only serves as a standby function;
path II: manual filler 30 is used to the storage water tank, when inconvenient connection running water halter or running water cut off water in the user family, manual through filler 30 toward the water tank in injected water and fill, when the machine washs the tableware, obtain the washing water through the storage water tank: a water storage tank, a water pump, a water pipe, a flowmeter, a water inlet anti-siphon, a water pipe, a water softener, a water pipe and a washing cavity;
the water softener and the corresponding water pipe are optional and can be selected according to different requirements for use, that is, the water softener and the matched water pipe are not required in the path, but the configuration is required.
Secondly, the control modes of two water inlet modes of water tank inlet and tap water inlet of the dish-washing machine are as follows:

4. if the pulse total value is larger than the minimum pulse total value, judging that the tap water is normal, and continuously feeding water in a first mode until the pulse value fed back by the flowmeter corresponding to the single water feeding value set by the program corresponding to the washing program selected by the user is finished;
5. stopping water inflow, spraying and cleaning the tableware, and recording a water inflow path A (currently, recording the water inflow path A as phi).
6. When the flow meter in the step 2 is not in the set time, sending a total pulse value larger than the set minimum pulse value to the control circuit of the main control board;
7. if the pulse sum is less than the minimum pulse sum value, judging that the tap water fails to enter water, starting water inlet according to a second mode, and starting a water pump to pump the cleaning water in the water tank; and T ═ T +1
8. Judging whether the flowmeter sends out a pulse total value larger than a set minimum pulse value to a main control board control circuit within a set time;
9. if the pulse value is larger than the minimum pulse total value, the water tank is judged to contain washing water, the water tank is filled with water normally, and water is filled continuously according to the second mode until the pulse value fed back by the flowmeter corresponding to the single water inlet value set by the program corresponding to the washing program selected by the user is finished;
10. stopping water inflow, spraying and cleaning the tableware, and recording a water inflow path A (currently, recording that the water inflow path A is two). And resetting the value of T, T being 1
Wherein: the water inlet times of each user washing program are different, and the difference of water inlet 2 times and water inlet 3 times or water inlet 4 times exists. Namely, the washing program selected by the user is completed, and water is fed for many times in the middle.

15. Judging whether the flowmeter sends out a pulse total value larger than a set minimum pulse value to a main control board control circuit within a set time;
16. if the water content is larger than the preset value, water is fed to the reaction kettle until the reaction is finished. If less than, the step 14 is returned. And when the T value is greater than 3, prompting alarm information and feeding back water shortage.
By the mode, tap water does not need to pass through the built-in water tank, the water inlet time is effectively shortened, the machine runs in a short time, and water flow is sprayed to clean tableware. The machine is whole, and the reaction is sensitive and response speed is fast, promotes user's use and experiences, improves user's purchase desire.

A dish washing machine with water level reminding function comprises an inner container and a shell, and is characterized in that a water storage container is arranged on the inner container, an observation hole used for observing a water level reminding mark is formed in the shell, a top cover and a water adding disc are arranged at the top of the water storage container, a water inlet aligned with the observation hole of the shell is formed in the top cover, and a flow guide port communicated with the water inlet is formed in the water adding disc; the water adding tray is provided with a flow guide cover, the flow guide cover is provided with a water level detection mechanism for detecting the water storage capacity of the water storage container and making a reminding mark, the water level detection mechanism comprises a floater and a guide pipe, the guide pipe is a through pipe penetrating through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the flow guide cover, the upper part of the guide pipe is sleeved with an observation hole of the shell, and the lower part of the guide pipe penetrates through a water inlet of the top cover and is inserted into the water storage container; the floater is arranged in the guide pipe, can move up and down in the guide pipe along with the change of the water level, and extends out of the dishwasher from the observation hole of the shell when gradually reaching the highest water storage level of the water storage container.

The dishwasher with water level reminder according to claim 1, wherein the guide tube is provided with a vertically arranged guide groove, the float is provided at the outer circumference thereof with a limit protrusion engaged with the guide groove, and the guide groove of the guide tube is provided at the upper end thereof with a limit portion for limiting the upward movement of the limit protrusion and preventing the float from coming out of the observation hole.

The dishwasher with water level reminder as claimed in claim 2, wherein the conduit is a cylindrical through pipe extending towards the bottom of the water storage container, and the float is a cylinder accommodated in the conduit; the guide pipe is provided with a vertically arranged limiting groove, and the floater is provided with a sliding block which is embedded with the limiting groove.
4. The dishwasher having a water level reminder of claim 3, wherein an isolation gap is provided between an outer wall of the float and an inner wall of the duct; and the lower end of the guide groove of the guide pipe is provided with an air vent communicated with the isolation gap.
5. The dishwasher with water level reminder according to claim 2, wherein the bottom of the float is provided with a lower opening, and a pneumatic chamber for storing gas is provided in the float and is communicated with the lower opening.

The dishwasher with water level reminding as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top cover is provided with fixing seats at both sides of the water inlet, the fixing seats are provided with fixing holes, the flow guide cover is provided with connecting lugs embedded with the fixing seats, and the connecting lugs are provided with connecting holes matched with the fixing holes.

The dishwasher with water level reminding as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diversion cover is provided with a water inlet communicated with the outside of the dishwasher, the diversion cover is provided with a filter screen covering the water inlet, the filter screen and the diversion cover are integrally formed, and the filter screen is provided with water passing holes.
