The pressing roller 43 is disposed in the folding and conveying device 3, and a part of the pressing roller 43 extends out of the opening 311 of the folding and conveying device 3, so that the small piece W1 can be pressed by the pressing roller 43 and simultaneously adsorbed on the second conveying belt 36 of the folding and conveying device 3 by using the negative pressure airflow in the vacuum box 31, thereby solving the problem that the flap type release paper small piece W1 is folded due to no adsorption of the negative pressure airflow in the prior art.

Claims (10)

1. A system for folding flaps of a sanitary napkin product, comprising:
the cutting device cuts the complex finished by the upstream processing to generate independent single sanitary towel products;
a transfer drum located downstream of the cutting device, and a folding conveyor located downstream of the transfer drum;
the transfer drum comprises
The transfer drum and the air distribution disc are used for respectively adsorbing and blowing air to the individually divided sanitary towel products at set positions;
the transfer drum also comprises two first grooves which are positioned at the position close to the side edge in the axial direction of the transfer drum, and any one of the first grooves is continuously distributed along the circumferential direction of the transfer drum; adsorption holes are uniformly formed in the first groove;
the tensioning roller is pressed and held on the folding conveying device;
the two first conveyor belts are respectively embedded into first grooves of the transfer drum and annularly wound on the transfer drum, and the depth of the first grooves is the same as the thickness of the first conveyor belts; the first conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of openings, and the openings are arranged corresponding to the adsorption holes in the first groove; the first conveyor belt is tensioned by the tensioning roller, and part of the first conveyor belt is tightly attached to the folding conveyor to form a pressing area; the end flaps of the sanitary napkin product are compressed as the sanitary napkin product passes through the compression zone.
2. A wing-folding system for a sanitary napkin product according to claim 1,
the transfer drum includes:
the air distribution disc is fixed on the support and is positioned at the end parts of two sides of the width direction of the transfer drum; the transfer drum is rotatably connected with the lower end of the support through a first shaft, an air suction groove and an air blowing groove are formed in the air distribution plate, an adsorption hole is formed in the surface of the transfer drum outside the first groove, and an air suction channel is formed in the transfer drum; the air suction groove and the air blowing groove of the air distribution plate are communicated with the air suction channel of the transfer drum and are respectively used for transmitting negative pressure airflow generated by an external air suction device and airflow of an external air source into the adsorption holes on the surface of the transfer drum through the air distribution plate,
wherein the first shaft is arranged perpendicular to the first conveyor belt;
and the driving shaft is fixed at the middle end of the bracket and is arranged above the first shaft in parallel, one end of the driving shaft is connected with the driving device, and the other end of the driving shaft is connected with the first shaft through a synchronous belt.
3. A system for folding flaps of a sanitary napkin product as claimed in claim 1, wherein said transfer drum further comprises:
and the first cylinder is connected to the support and fixed on the main mounting panel through a bracket.
4. A wing-folding system for a sanitary napkin product according to claim 1,
when the absorbent body of the sanitary napkin product has a convex configuration,
the transfer drum is characterized in that a second groove is formed in the middle of the transfer drum of the conveying drum, the second grooves are distributed discontinuously in the circumferential direction of the transfer drum, adsorption holes are uniformly formed in the second grooves, and the second grooves are used for containing a convex structure of the sanitary towel product absorber.
5. A wing-folding system for a sanitary napkin product according to claim 2,
the folding conveyor comprises:
the vacuum box is internally provided with a hollow structure;
the first plate is arranged on the vacuum box, and is provided with a plurality of rows of waist-shaped holes which correspond to the absorbers of the sanitary towel products; the folding plate is arranged above the vacuum box, a base part is arranged above the folding plate, and the inside of the base part is provided with a profiling curved surface;
the driving roller is arranged below the vacuum box and is connected with the driving device;
the two driven rollers are respectively arranged on two sides of the main flow direction of the vacuum box;
the second air pipe is arranged on one side surface of the vacuum box, one end of the second air pipe is connected with the connecting vacuum box, and the other end of the second air pipe is connected with an air suction device; and
the second conveying belt is annularly arranged above the first plate and between the driving roller and the two driven rollers; the second conveyor belt is provided with a through hole corresponding to the waist-shaped hole of the first plate; the folding plate is positioned above the second conveyor belt and has a gap between the folding plate and the second conveyor belt for conveying the sanitary towel products.
6. A system for folding flaps of a sanitary napkin product as claimed in claim 1, further comprising air blowing means provided on said flap folding means for blowing air against flaps on both sides of said sanitary napkin product which have not entered the folding plate.
7. A sanitary napkin product flap folding system according to claim 5 further comprising:
a press roll device having a press roll;
a material cutter device for cutting the continuous wing-protection release paper into small pieces with certain width,
the material cutter device comprises:
the cutter roller and the cutter bottom roller are arranged correspondingly, and the cutter bottom roller is of a vacuum adsorption structure;
the first plate is provided with an opening which is positioned below the bottom roller of the cutter;
the compression roller extends out of the opening from the lower part of the first plate and abuts against the cutter bottom roller.
8. A sanitary napkin product flap folding system as claimed in claim 7, wherein said roller means further comprises:
an installation part fixed below the vacuum box;
the second cylinder is fixed at one end far away from the compression roller through the mounting part;
and the adjusting part is positioned between the second cylinder and the press roll, is connected with the second cylinder and is used for adjusting the distance between the press roll and the second cylinder.
9. A sanitary napkin product flap folding system as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:
the glue applying device and the feeding mechanism are positioned on the upstream side of the material cutter device;
the glue applying device is used for intermittently applying glue to the upper surface of the continuous wing-protecting release paper;
and the feeding mechanism is internally provided with a vacuum structure and is used for conveying the continuous protective wing release paper to the material cutter device.
10. A wing-folding system for a sanitary napkin product according to claim 1,
the cutting device includes:
a knife roll, the peripheral surface of which is provided with an arc-shaped knife edge;
the bottom roller is arranged corresponding to the knife roller, and a gap for accommodating a sanitary towel product to pass is formed between the bottom roller and the knife roller;
and the air suction pipe is arranged on the side of the cutter roller and used for sucking away the cut waste materials.
