Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention are combined below to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, and obviously, the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The following description is given by way of example only, and not by way of limitation, of the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, which illustrate a first embodiment of the present invention, a housing assembly 1 of the present invention includes a bottom wall 13 and a plurality of side walls 14.
More specifically, the bottom wall 13 is hexagonal, and in the first embodiment, the bottom wall 13 is regular hexagonal; the side walls 14 extend transversely to the periphery of the bottom wall 13 at the same side, and any two adjacent side walls 14 are connected with each other to form a continuous surface, so as to jointly enclose an inner space 11, wherein the inner space 11 is used for accommodating objects; the bottom wall 13 and the plurality of side walls 14 are integrally formed, so that the bottom wall 13 and the plurality of side walls 14 are connected with each other well, and the whole housing assembly 1 has good structural strength.
Furthermore, the material of the housing assembly 1 is selected from ABS plastic, which has many advantages of easy processing, environmental protection, non-toxicity, high strength, strong toughness, etc.; in this way, the housing assembly 1 can be manufactured by injection molding, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency and quality.
In practice, the bottom wall 13 will generally be less likely to be impacted by the wall, and therefore, the thickness of each side wall 14 is designed to be greater than that of the bottom wall 13, so that the thicker side walls 14 have more structural strength to resist unexpected impacts from the outside. Also, considering the overall scale of the housing assembly 1, the ratio of the thickness of the bottom wall 13 to the thickness of each of the side walls 14 is preferably between 0.6 and 0.8, for example, but not limited to, the thickness of each of the side walls 14 is 5mm, and the thickness of each of the bottom walls 13 is 3 mm.
The bottom wall 13 is further provided with at least one through hole 4 communicating with the inner space 11, and the at least one through hole 4 is used for a fastening member (such as a screw) to pass through, so as to be positioned on other objects, such as a wall surface.
More specifically, the number of the at least one through hole 4 is four, and the centers of the four through holes 4 are connected to each other to form a virtual rectangle 6, two short sides 61 of the virtual rectangle 6 are respectively parallel to two side walls 14, and two long sides 62 of the virtual rectangle 6 are respectively corresponding to two corners of the bottom wall 13, so as to have more uniform positioning stability. More specifically, the distance from the short side 61 to the parallel side wall 14 is defined as a first distance 71, the side length of the side wall 14 is defined as a second distance 72, and the ratio of the first distance 71 to the second distance 72 is between 0.15 and 0.25, so that the fastening member can provide uniform supporting force to the housing assembly 1.
Of course, the positioning and combining means are not limited to the above, and the housing assembly 1 further includes at least one adhesive member 5, the at least one adhesive member 5 is positioned on a surface of the bottom wall 13 facing away from the plurality of side walls 14, and the at least one adhesive member 5 is not adhered to the wall surface, or both the fastening member and the at least one adhesive member 5 are used for positioning.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, in a second embodiment, the housing assembly 1A further includes a shielding member 2, and the shielding member 2 is accommodated in the inner space 11A to shield the bottom wall 13, so that the user and the scenery can be quickly identified and distinguished by changing the color of the shielding member 2. Alternatively, the shielding member 2 can be used to shield the through hole 4 of the first embodiment for beautifying, and when the shielding member 2 is used for this purpose, the shielding member 2 preferably shields the bottom wall 13 by at least 90% in the inner space 11A, so as to have better shielding effect and integrity.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in a third embodiment, the housing assembly 1B further includes a partition plate 3B, the partition plate 3B is detachably positioned in the inner space 11B, and the partition plate 3B divides the inner space 11B into two blocks 12B, so that a user can effectively use the inner space 11B to place different objects in each block 12B. Moreover, the two blocks 12B are preferably symmetrically arranged with the partition board 3B, so that the user can freely place and use the blocks, and the aesthetic feeling is better.
Of course, without being limited to the above separation manner, referring to the housing assembly 1C shown in fig. 7 and fig. 8 according to the fourth embodiment, the partition board 3C divides the inner space 11C into three or more blocks 12C, so as to allow users to have more kinds of classified placement.
Please refer to fig. 9, which is a schematic view showing the use of the housing assemblies 1,1A,1B,1C of the first to fourth embodiments, and the housing assemblies are used as a hexagonal cabinet, so that a user can freely place, combine, or place on a wall or a ground, and the design freedom is very high.
Of course, the use mode is not limited to the use mode of the hexagonal cabinet, and as shown in the use schematic diagram of fig. 10, the housing assembly 1D may also be used as a lampshade, so as to protect the structural integrity of the inner bulb, and may present a special aesthetic feeling through arrangement.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
