Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A bottle cap 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2. The bottle cap 1 according to the embodiment of the present application is detachably mounted to a bottle mouth (not shown) at the top of a bottle body (not shown) for opening or closing the bottle mouth.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottle cap 1 includes a body 1 a.
Specifically, the body 1a includes a top wall 10, an outer peripheral wall 20 and an inner peripheral wall 30, the outer peripheral wall 20 is formed by extending downward from the outer periphery of the top wall 10, the inner peripheral wall 30 is formed by extending downward from the lower surface of the top wall 10, and the inner peripheral wall 30 is coaxial with and spaced apart from the outer peripheral wall 20. The distance between the outside surface 32 of the inner annular wall 30 and the inside surface of the outer peripheral wall 20 is related to the thickness of the finish wall. Here, the outer side surface 32 of the inner annular wall 30 refers to a side surface of the inner annular wall 30 facing away from the central axis of the body 1a, and the inner side surface of the outer peripheral wall 20 refers to a side surface of the outer peripheral wall 20 facing toward the central axis of the body 1 a. It should be noted that, if the radius R1 of the first rounded corner 31a is smaller than 1mm, the connection between the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 has a poor flow guiding effect on the contents, so that the contents may be attached at the connection between the two; if the radius R1 of the first rounded corner 31a is greater than 1.8mm, the connection strength between the inner annular wall 30 and the top wall 10 is poor, so that the connection between the inner annular wall 30 and the top wall 10 may be broken. Therefore, the radius R1 of the first rounded corner 31a is suitably set within the range of 1mm to 1.8mm to ensure the connection strength of the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 while ensuring the flow guiding effect at the connection therebetween.
In one embodiment, the angle between the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 is not less than 90 degrees.
It should be noted that if the included angle between the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 is less than 90 degrees, the contents flowing through the joint between the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 are not easily returned to the inside of the bottle body along the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 when the bottle body is normally placed. Therefore, the angle between the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 is suitably set to be greater than or equal to 90 degrees.
Exemplarily, in the example shown in fig. 2, the angle between the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 may be 90 degrees, i.e., the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 is formed by extending downward from the lower surface of the top wall 10. Preferably, the included angle between the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 may be greater than 90 degrees, so that the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 has a better flow guiding effect on the contents when the bottle body is normally placed, and the contents flowing through the connection between the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 can flow back into the bottle body along the inner side surface 31 of the inner annular wall 30.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the outer side surface of the inner annular wall 30 facing away from the central axis of the body 1a includes a first outer side surface 321 and a second outer side surface 322 connected from top to bottom, the second outer side surface 322 extends upward from the outer periphery of the lower end surface of the inner annular wall 30 along a direction away from the central axis of the body 1a, and the outer side surface 32 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower end surface of the inner annular wall 30 are smoothly transited.
Illustratively, the junction between the first outer side surface 321 and the second outer side surface 322 is disposed to be in close contact with the inner side surface of the bottle body, so as to form a seal between the bottle cap 1 and the bottle mouth. By rounding the outer surface 32 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower end surface of the inner annular wall 30, the contents are prevented from adhering to the junction between the second outer surface 322 and the lower end surface, and the second outer surface 322 can guide the contents flowing through the region between the second outer surface 322 and the inner surface of the bottle mouth, so that the contents can flow back into the bottle body along the second outer surface 322. Therefore, the content can be further prevented from being attached to the second outer side surface 322, and the flow guide effect of the second outer side surface 322 on the content is good.
Alternatively, the junction between the outer side surface 32 of the inner annular wall 30 and the lower end surface of the inner annular wall 30 is configured as a second rounded corner 32a, and the radius R2 of the second rounded corner 32a is 0.25mm or more and 0.5mm or less. It will be appreciated that the radius R2 of the second rounded corner 32a is related to the thickness of the inner annular wall 30, and the thickness of the inner annular wall 30 in the illustrated embodiment may be between 0.5mm and 1 mm.
In one embodiment, the first outer side surface 321 extends downward from the lower surface of the top wall 10 in a direction away from the central axis of the body 1a, and the junction of the first outer side surface 321 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 is rounded. Therefore, the connection point of the first outer side surface 321 and the second outer side surface 322 forms an outward convex structure in the direction back to the central axis of the body 1a, so that the connection point between the two can abut against the inner side surface of the bottle body, thereby improving the sealing effect.
It can be understood that, by configuring the junction between the first outer side surface 321 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 as a smooth transition, the elastic deformation capability of the junction can be improved, when the bottle cap 1 closes the bottle mouth, the inner annular wall 30 can be slightly bent towards the central axis direction of the body 1a through the junction, so that at least a portion of the outer side surface 32 of the inner annular wall 30 abuts against the inner side surface of the bottle mouth, and the inner annular wall 30 is not easily broken at the junction.
Alternatively, the junction between the first outer side surface 321 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 is configured as a third fillet 32b, and the radius R3 of the third fillet 32b may be 0.5mm or more and 1mm or less.
It should be noted that if the radius R3 of the third fillet 32b is smaller than 0.5mm, the effect of improving the elastic deformation capability of the joint between the first outer side surface 321 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 is not obvious; if the radius R3 of the third rounded corner 32b is greater than 1mm, the joint between the first outer side surface 321 and the lower surface of the top wall 10 has poor structural strength, which may affect the sealability between the outer side surface of the inner sidewall and the inner side surface of the finish. Therefore, the radius R3 of the third fillet 32b is suitably set in the range of 0.5mm to 1 mm.
Alternatively, the junction between the first and second outer side surfaces 321, 322 may be rounded. Therefore, when the bottle cap 1 closes the bottle mouth, the joint of the first outer side surface 321 and the second outer side surface 322 abuts against the inner side surface of the bottle mouth, and by constructing the joint between the first outer side surface 321 and the second outer side surface 322 to be in smooth transition, the elastic deformation capacity of the joint of the first outer side surface and the second outer side surface is better, the contact area between the joint of the first outer side surface and the second outer side surface and the inner side surface of the bottle mouth can be increased, and the sealing effect of the bottle cap 1 on the bottle mouth is improved.
In one embodiment, the inner side surface of the peripheral wall 20 facing the central axis of the body 1a is provided with a screw structure 21, and the peripheral wall 20 is screw-engaged with the outer side surface of the bottle mouth by the screw structure 21. The bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein the outer side surface of the inner annular wall comprises a first outer side surface and a second outer side surface which are connected from top to bottom, the second outer side surface extends upwards from the outer periphery of the lower end surface of the inner annular wall in a direction away from the central axis of the body, and the first outer side surface and the lower end surface of the inner annular wall are in smooth transition.

9. The bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein an inner side surface of the peripheral wall is provided with a screw structure, and the peripheral wall is screw-engaged with an outer side surface of the bottle mouth through the screw structure.

a body having a mouth;
