The bracket 100 is used for bearing and mounting the display device 200 and the light projection device 300. The display device 200 comprises a flexible display member 210, wherein the flexible display member 210 has a mounting end 211 and a free end 212, the mounting end 211 is connected to the bracket 100, and the free end 212 is movable relative to the mounting end 211. The light projection device 300 is used for projecting light to the flexible display 210 to form a set pattern on the flexible display 210, wherein the set pattern is used for assisting in calibrating a sensor to be tested on a vehicle to be tested.
Referring specifically to fig. 1, the support 100 includes a base 110, a stand assembly 120, and a cross member assembly 130. The base 110 has a top and a bottom, and the base comprises a main body 111 in an i shape and a plurality of driving wheels 112 installed at the bottom of the main body 111, that is, the main body 111 forms the top of the base 110, and the plurality of driving wheels 112 forms the bottom of the base 110. The stand assembly 120 is mounted to the top of the base 110 and extends in a direction away from the bottom of the base 110. The cross member assembly 130 is mounted to the stand assembly 120 in sliding engagement with the stand assembly 120 in the direction of extension of the stand assembly, i.e., the cross member assembly 130 is movable in the vertical direction as shown. Optionally, the beam assembly 130 is disposed perpendicular to the stand assembly 120, and the calibration assembly 131 for assisting in calibrating a portion of sensors of the vehicle is mounted on the beam assembly 130.
With reference to the display device 200, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the display device 200 includes a flexible display element 210, the flexible display element 210 is a foldable and rollable flexible element, that is, the flexible display element 210 can be switched between a pulled-up state, a folded state and a rolled state according to the operation of the user, and the flexible display element 210 is used for displaying the setting pattern formed by the projection light of the light projection device 300. The flexible display 210 has a mounting end 211 and a free end 212, the mounting end 211 being coupled to the stand 100 to restrain the flexible display 210 from completely disengaging from the stand 100. In this embodiment, the display device 200 further includes a reel (not shown) and a storage box (not shown), and the mounting end 211 is indirectly connected to the bracket 100 through the reel and the storage box 220. Specifically, the receiving case 220 is mounted to the stand 100, is disposed vertically to the stand assembly 120, is disposed above the illustrated cross member assembly 130, and has a hollow receiving groove (not shown) formed therein. The spool is accommodated in the accommodating groove of the accommodating box 220 and is perpendicular to the extending direction of the stand assembly 120, and the spool is rotatably mounted on the accommodating box 220, namely: the reel is indirectly rotatably mounted to the bracket 100 and is disposed opposite the beam assembly 130. The mounting end 211 is fixed on the outer surface of the reel along the axial direction of the reel, and the free end 212 passes through one end of the storage box 220 close to the base 110 and extends towards the direction close to the base 110; accordingly, the receiving case 220 is provided with a long and narrow through groove (not shown) through which the free end 212 passes. Optionally, the flexible display 210 is a light-resistant curtain; further optionally, a weight bar 213 with a certain weight is fixed to the free end 212 to improve the stability of the flexible display 210 in the free state. It is understood that, even though the display device 200 of the present embodiment includes the flexible display member 210, the reel and the storage box 220 at the same time, the present invention is not limited thereto; for example, in some other embodiments of the present invention, the display device 200 only includes the flexible display element 210 and a reel, the reel is directly and rotatably mounted on the stand assembly 120, and the mounting end 211 of the flexible display element 210 is fixed to the reel; for another example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the display device 200 includes only the flexible display member 210, and the mounting end 211 of the flexible display member 210 is detachably fixed to the bracket 100. Further, in order to facilitate the user to drive the flexible display element 210 to be pulled up or rolled to a specific length as required, so as to present a set pattern projected by the light projection device 300, or to enable the user to conveniently see the vehicle to be tested in front of the calibration apparatus when the stand assembly 120 pushes the bracket 100 at a side (shown in the drawing) away from the flexible display element 210, the display device 200 further includes a driving module (not shown). The driving module is connected to the reel and is used for driving the reel to rotate so as to release or wind the flexible display member 210, thereby achieving the above-mentioned purpose. The selection of the transmission mechanism is various, and the transmission mechanism can be a gear set mechanism, for example, the transmission mechanism comprises a first gear and a second gear, the first gear is mounted on the output shaft of the motor, the second gear is mounted at the end of the scroll, the number of teeth of the first gear is less than that of teeth of the second gear, so that the gear set mechanism can transmit the power of the motor to the scroll on one hand, and can reduce the rotating speed of the motor to a proper rotating speed on the other hand, so that the rotating speed of the scroll is proper, namely, the speed of releasing or winding the flexible display member 210 is proper. The transmission mechanism can also be a synchronous belt mechanism, for example, the transmission mechanism comprises a first belt wheel, a second belt wheel and a synchronous belt, the first belt wheel is installed on the output shaft of the motor, the second belt wheel is installed at the end part of the scroll, the synchronous belt is wound on the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel, the diameter of the first belt wheel is smaller than that of the second belt wheel, so that the synchronous belt mechanism can transmit the power of the motor to the scroll on one hand, and can reduce the rotating speed of the motor to a proper rotating speed on the other hand, so that the rotating speed of the scroll is moderate, namely, the speed of releasing or winding the flexible display part 210 is moderate. It can be understood that the transmission mechanism can also be a combination of a gear set mechanism and a synchronous belt mechanism, and of course, the transmission mechanism can also be other mechanisms as long as the transmission mechanism is simultaneously connected with the motor and the reel and can transmit the power of the motor to the reel. Of course, the driving module may also be in other structural forms, and it is not limited to the above-mentioned automatic driving mechanism, but it may also be a manual driving mechanism as long as it can drive the reel to rotate; for example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the driving mechanism includes a hand wheel, the central shaft of the hand wheel passes through the receiving box and is fixed to the end of the winding shaft, and the user can rotate the hand wheel to drive the winding shaft to rotate.
Further, to avoid the potential safety hazard caused by the user directly controlling the motor and facilitate the user's operation, the display device 200 further includes an input module (not shown) and a controller (not shown). Specifically, referring to fig. 4, which shows an electrical connection diagram of the input module, the controller and the driving module, the input module 400 and the driving module are electrically connected to the controller 500. The input module 400 is capable of implementing human-computer interaction with a user, and is configured to receive an instruction input by the user and send the instruction to the controller 500. The controller 500 is used for controlling the driving module to drive the reel to release or wind the flexible display element 210 according to the instruction. In this embodiment, the input module includes a remote controller, and the user can make the remote controller obtain the instruction input by the user by pressing a button on the remote controller, and send the instruction to the controller, and then make the controller control the driving module to perform corresponding action according to the instruction, thereby driving the reel to release or wind the flexible display piece. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the input module may also be other devices, such as the input module includes at least one of a remote controller, a display screen, a keyboard and a key. It should be noted that the term "electrically connected" in this embodiment means: the two structures can realize the communication of electric signals, and the electric signals can be wired electric connection realized by cables or wireless electric connection realized by Bluetooth, WiFi modules and the like
With reference to the light projection device 300, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the light projection device 300 is mounted on the bracket 100 and disposed on a side of the reel and the receiving box away from the base 110, i.e. above the receiving box 220 shown in the figure, and is specifically configured to project light to the flexible display element 210 to form a set pattern when the flexible display element 210 is stretched to a proper position. The set pattern is a pattern matched with the model of the vehicle to be tested and is used for assisting in calibrating the sensor to be tested on the vehicle to be tested; the setting pattern may be acquired by the light projection device 300 itself, or may be acquired from an external device (e.g., a computer, a tablet, a mobile phone, etc.) by data communication. Optionally, the light projection device 300 is a projector. Alternatively, the light projection device 300 may switch the setting pattern to accommodate different types of vehicles under test or to accommodate different types of sensors under test.
In this embodiment, the stand 100 further includes a connection frame 140, and the display device 200 and the light projection device 300 are indirectly mounted to the beam assembly 130 or the stand assembly 120 through the connection frame 140. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, in conjunction with other figures, the connecting frame 140 includes a first end 141, a second end 142, and a connecting component 143 respectively connecting the first end 141 and the second end 142. The first end 141 is mounted on the beam assembly 130, one end of the connecting assembly 143 is connected to the first end 141, the other end extends in a direction away from the base 110, and the second end 142 is mounted on one end of the connecting assembly 143 away from the first end 141, that is, the second end 142 is disposed opposite to the first end 141, and the second end 142 is disposed parallel to the beam assembly 130, where the parallel disposition of the second end 142 and the beam assembly 130 may be understood as being substantially parallel to allow a certain error, or in other embodiments, the second end 142 may not be disposed parallel to the beam assembly 130, and the structure of the second end may be capable of carrying a light projection device. The light projection device 300 is mounted on the second end 142, and the display device 200 is mounted on the connecting member 143. Optionally, the connecting component 143 includes two vertical rods 1431 parallel to each other, the second end 142 is disposed at an end of the vertical rod 1431 away from the first end 141 and located between the two vertical rods 1431, and two ends of the second end 142 are respectively and fixedly connected to the two vertical rods 1431 in a one-to-one correspondence. In the embodiment of the present application, for the structural implementation of the first end, reference may be made to the specific implementation of the second end, that is, the same as the structural implementation of the second end, or the structural implementation of the first end is different from the structural implementation of the first end, and it is sufficient that the first end can be mounted on the beam assembly or the stand assembly 120, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Further, in some embodiments, to increase the rigidity of the vertical bar 1431, the connecting assembly 140 further includes a reinforcing member 144. Specifically, please refer to fig. 3, in combination with other figures, the reinforcement member 144 is generally L-shaped, one end of which is closely attached to the lower portion of the first end 141 of the connecting frame 140 and fixed to the first end 141, and the other end of which extends obliquely relative to the first end along a direction away from the base 110 and is fixed to the vertical rod 143. That is, the two ends of the generally L-shaped reinforcement member 144 are connected to the first end 141 and the vertical bar 1431, respectively. Optionally, the reinforcing member 144 includes a first reinforcing rod and a second reinforcing rod, and the first reinforcing rod and the second reinforcing rod are fixedly connected, that is, an included angle between the first reinforcing rod and the second reinforcing rod is fixed; alternatively, the first and second reinforcing bars are movably connected, i.e. the included angle between the first and second reinforcing bars is adjustable, to adapt to the flexibility or mobility of the vertical bar 1431.
Furthermore, in some embodiments, the calibration apparatus is further modified from the vertical rod 1431 to facilitate adjusting the height of the display device 200 and the light projection device 300 relative to the base 110 to meet different vehicle types and scene requirements. Specifically, the vertical bar 1431 includes a fixing bar (not shown) and a moving bar (not shown), wherein the fixing bar is installed at the first end 141, and the moving bar is sleeved on the fixing bar and slidably engaged with the fixing bar along the length direction of the vertical bar (i.e. the direction in which the above-mentioned stand assembly extends), so that the moving bar can move along the length direction of the vertical bar relative to the fixing bar. Accordingly, the end of the reinforcement member 144 away from the first end 141 is fixed to the fixing rod; the display device 200 is mounted to the movable bar, and both ends of the second end 142 of the link frame 140 are mounted to the movable bar, respectively. It should be noted that the moving mode of the moving rod is not limited in the present invention; it can be moved by a user manually adjusting the moving rod; in this embodiment, the motor assembly may directly drive the moving rod to move up and down, or the cross beam assembly 130 may be driven to move relative to the stand assembly 120 to drive the moving rod to move up and down together.
Similarly, in other embodiments, in order to conveniently adjust the height position of the beam assembly 130 relative to the base 110 and further facilitate adjusting the height of the calibration assembly 131 installed thereon, so as to deal with calibration of sensors on different vehicle types, the first end 141 and the vertical rod 1431 are in sliding fit along the length direction of the vertical rod 1431, that is, the first end 141 can move along the length direction of the vertical rod 1431 relative to the vertical rod 1431, and further drive the beam assembly 130 to move relative to the vertical rod 1431; at this time, the vertical bar 1431 plays a guiding role. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the movement of the beam assembly 130, and the movement may be manually adjusted by a user; or a power mechanism, such as a motor assembly mounted on the stand assembly, can be arranged to move in an electric driving manner.
Further, in order to make the flexible display element 210 not easily flutter with the airflow during the process of displaying the setting pattern projected by the light projection device 300, so as to improve the stability of the flexible display element 210 and ensure that the setting pattern can be maintained in a better state, the calibration apparatus further includes a fixing device (not shown in the figure) so that the free end 212 is fixed with the bracket 100 after the free end 212 moves to a predetermined position relative to the mounting end 211. Specifically, the fixing device includes a first fixing member (not shown) and a second fixing member (not shown). The first fixing member is disposed on the stand assembly 120 of the bracket, the second fixing member is disposed on the flexible display element 210, and the first fixing member and the second fixing member are used for cooperating together to fix a portion of the flexible display element 210 between the mounting end 211 and the second fixing member relative to the bracket 100.
In some embodiments, the first fixing member and the second fixing member fix the free end 212 and the bracket 100 by magnetic attraction. Specifically, one of the first and second fixtures includes a magnet, and the other includes a magnetic member that is attracted by the magnet. Wherein the magnetic member may be a magnet capable of generating a magnetic field, i.e., having magnetism itself; other magnetic elements that are not capable of generating a magnetic field by themselves, but are magnetized in a magnetic field so as to be magnetic, are also possible.
