7. A removable three dimensional adjustable transverse palatal support according to claim 1, wherein said palatal support body is plate shaped and conforms to the curvature of said palate, said palatal support body being spaced from the soft tissues of the palate by a distance of 3mm to 4 mm.
8. The removable three-dimensional adjustable transverse palatal tray of claim 1, wherein said palatal body is made of self-solidifying resin and has a thickness of 2mm to 4 mm.
