The lingual device for orthodontic retention and periodontal splinting according to claim 1, wherein said one end of each of said first guides is connected to the upper first molar mesial on the side of said first retainers and said other end extends along the central sulcus of the upper first molar occlusal surface to the distal socket of the upper first molar occlusal surface.

The lingual device for orthodontic retention and periodontal splinting according to claim 1, wherein said one end of each of said first guides is attached to a maxillary first molar lingual side on a side of said first retainers, and said other end extends along said maxillary first molar crown to a central sulcus of said maxillary first molar occlusal surface.

The lingual device for orthodontic retention and periodontal splinting according to claim 1, wherein said one end of each of said second guides is attached to a lingual side of a lower jaw first molar on a side of said second fixture, and said other end extends along a crown of said lower jaw first molar to a central sulcus of a occlusal surface of said lower jaw first molar.
6. The lingual device for orthodontic retention and periodontal splinting of claim 1 wherein the first retainer is integrally formed with the pair of first guides and the second retainer is integrally formed with the pair of second guides.
7. The lingual device for orthodontic retention and periodontal splinting according to claim 1, wherein the first and second retainers have a width of 0.8-1.2 mm and a thickness of 0.4-1.0 mm.

The lingual device for orthodontic retention and periodontal splinting of claim 1 wherein the first guide portion has a width of 0.4mm to 0.6mm and a thickness of 0.4mm to 0.6mm at a junction with the first retainer portion, and the second guide portion has the same thickness as the second retainer portion.
9. The lingual device for orthodontic retention and periodontal splinting according to claim 1 wherein the material of the maxilla and mandible is an alloy.
