The buzzer is mounted on the door of the electrical control box 26 for sound alarm.
During actual work, a part to be cleaned is fixed to the cleaning rotary table 13, the cleaning rotary table 13 rotates uniformly through worm and gear transmission, cleaning liquid is input to the cleaning spray head 5 through the cleaning pump 15, and the part is cleaned without dead angles in the rotating process of the cleaning rotary table 13;
the cleaning liquid and the impurities are coarsely filtered through the primary filter screen 14, the cleaning liquid falls onto the secondary filter screen 2 after being filtered by more than 0.2 mm, the cleaning liquid is secondarily filtered, the impurities are filtered by more than 0.2 mm, the cleaning liquid falls onto the tertiary filter screen 3, the cleaning liquid is finely filtered to filter fine particles of more than 0.05, the cleaning liquid falls onto the quartic filter paper tape machine 6 for fine filtration, the cleaning liquid flows back into the left oil tank 23-1 after being filtered by the quartic filter paper tape machine 6, flows to the right oil tank 23-2 through the filter screen 22 again, and is filtered by the first filter 17 to enter the cleaning pump 15 for recycling.
