wherein the pre-charge resistor 54 buffers the input voltage when the pre-charge electronic switch 53 is closed; the discharge electronic switch 52 is used for being turned on after the pre-charging is finished, and the pre-charging resistor is short-circuited while the power is supplied, so that the power consumption of the pre-charging resistor is reduced.
The pre-charge electronic switch 53 and the discharge electronic switch may be a relay and a contactor; this embodiment may be selected as a normally open relay.
The controlled end of the pre-charging electronic switch 53 and the controlled end of the discharging electronic switch are respectively connected with the control terminal of the battery management module 20, the battery management module 20 is in communication connection with the upper computer 10, and a user controls the pre-charging electronic switch 53 and the discharging electronic switch to be turned on/off through the upper computer 10; in actual operation, the upper computer 10 may be provided with a display interface, a user selects an electronic switch that outputs a control signal to be turned on through a mouse, a keyboard or a touch screen, and the upper computer 10 outputs a corresponding control signal to the battery management module 20 according to the selection of the user to turn on the corresponding electronic switch, so that the user can calculate the time required for precharging by himself or judge whether precharging is completed through data displayed by the upper computer 10, and then the upper computer 10 controls the precharging electronic switch 53 and the turning on/off of the discharging electronic switch to control the discharging process of the power battery, thereby helping the user further understand the process of supplying power to the load through the battery module 40.
