Abstract

现有的空调或空气净化器,只是过滤掉空气中的灰尘,没有空气消毒的功能,这样,由于车载或电梯的流动人员多,有人生病,就会将病毒传染给其他健康人。
发明目的
本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺点,提供一种用于车载或电梯的空气消毒机。
发明内容
用于车载或电梯的空气消毒机,其特征是:包括安装底板(1)、机壳(5)和电路部分;电路部分包括,电源连接开关(11)输入端,开关(11) 输出端连接整流和驱动电路(9),整流和驱动电路(9)连接风机(13),整流和驱动电路(9)还分别连接至少两个紫外线灯管(6)。
所述的用于车载或电梯的空气消毒机,其特征是:底座(3)固定在安装底板(1)上,底座(3)上安装风机安装板(12)和风机(13);底座 (3)上分别固定有整流和驱动电路(9)、两个紫外线灯管(6);机壳(5) 盖在安装底板(1)上;进风口外端盖(2)和进风口内端盖(14)安装在机壳(5)的一端;出风口外端盖(8)和出风口内端盖(15)安装在机壳(5) 的另一端。

工作原理,安装时,将本实用新型固定在电梯间的顶部或靠近顶部。这样就将本实用新型的整机安装完毕。然后连接到市电。使用时,接通电源 AC220V,开关闭合后,风机开始工作,将电梯内污浊空气通过本实用新型的上端部的进风口抽进机壳内,通过紫外灯管发出的高强度紫外线对空气进行照射,在紫外线照射下细菌或病毒被杀死,洁净的空气由下端部出风口排出。进风口外端盖、进风口内端盖、出风口外端盖和出风口内端盖上是栅格板或者孔洞板,都经过严格的设计,确保空气能顺利通过,紫外线被挡在机壳内,不会产生泄漏。如果用于车载,将本实用新型安装在地铁车厢内或汽车内上方或顶部。其工作原理与上述用于电梯的一致,其电源就用地铁车厢的电源或者汽车上的车载电源。

图2中箭头所示为风向路径,从顶部将污浊空气吸进本实用新型的进风口,经过机壳内部设置的紫外线灯管消毒后从出风口排出新鲜空气。进风口外端盖(2)、进风口内端盖(14)、出风口外端盖(8)和出风口内端盖 (15)是栅格板或者孔洞板。其目的就是阻挡机壳内的紫外线外泄。这是本实用新型的优点所在。

1.用于车载或电梯的空气消毒机,其特征是:包括安装底板(1)、机壳(5)和电路部分;电路部分包括,电源连接开关(11)输入端,开关(11)输出端连接整流和驱动电路(9),整流和驱动电路(9)连接风机(13),整流和驱动电路(9)还分别连接至少两个紫外线灯管(6)。
