1. A nursing bed is characterized by comprising a bed frame and a bed board, and further comprising:
the direction rotating mechanism is arranged on the bed frame and used for controlling the bed board to rotate horizontally so as to adjust the direction of the bed board;
the pitching rotating mechanism is arranged on the direction rotating mechanism, is connected with the bed plate through a bracket and is used for controlling the bed plate to perform pitching rotation;
and the transverse rolling rotating mechanism is arranged on the bracket and used for controlling the bed board to rotate in a transverse rolling manner.
2. The care bed of claim 1, wherein the orientation rotation mechanism comprises:
the base plate is arranged on the bedstead and positioned in the middle of the bed board, and a rotating platform is rotatably connected to the base plate;
the first transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the rotating platform and used for driving the rotating platform to rotate.
3. The care bed of claim 2, wherein the first drive mechanism comprises:
the first azimuth gear is arranged on the rotating platform and used for driving the rotating platform to rotate;
the second azimuth gear is arranged on the chassis and is in transmission connection with the azimuth motor, and the first azimuth gear is meshed with the second azimuth gear so as to drive the first azimuth gear to rotate through the second azimuth gear to change the azimuth of the bed board.

the first limiting column is horizontally arranged on the first pitching lug seat and clamped in the first limiting groove, and is connected with the first limiting groove in a sliding manner.
