The sprinkler assembly of claim 4, wherein the obstruction is a circuitous slot, the circuitous slot including a first slot wall and a second slot wall, the first slot wall being lower than the second slot wall, the first slot wall being proximate the inner slot wall; and the mixed liquid of the water and the detergent liquid or the care solution enters the cavity and then enters the bypass groove, so that the mixed liquid of the water and the detergent liquid or the care solution is discharged from the discharge hole in the cavity or the bypass groove.

The assembly of claim 6, wherein the discharge hole comprises a first through hole, a second through hole, and a third through hole, the first through hole is disposed at the bottom of the water injection space and is far from the first inlet, the second through hole is disposed at the bottom of the cavity and the mixing space, and the third through hole is disposed at the bottom of the detour groove.
8. The sprinkler assembly of claim 7, wherein said first through hole has a larger diameter than said second through hole, and said second through hole has a larger diameter than said third through hole.
9. The sprinkler assembly of claim 1, wherein the receiving channel comprises a third channel wall, a top end of the third channel wall engaging within the detergent box cover.
10. A detergent box comprising a shower head assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a detergent box cover, a detergent box body; wherein,
the detergent box cover comprises an installation groove, a first input port and a second input port, and the shower head body is embedded in the installation groove; the first input port and the second input port are positioned above the shower head body, the first input port is used for inputting water, and the second input port is used for inputting detergent liquid or care solution; the water input from the first input port is mixed with the detergent liquid or the nursing liquid input from the second input port on the shower head body.
11. The detergent box of claim 10, wherein the shower head body is fixedly mounted on the detergent box cover by means of a snap-fit connection.
12. The detergent box according to claim 10, wherein a water outlet is provided at the bottom end of the detergent box body, and the water outlet is communicated with an inner drum of the washing machine; and mixed liquid of water and detergent liquid or nursing liquid discharged from the shower body enters the detergent box body, and the detergent liquid or the nursing liquid enters the inner barrel of the washing machine from the water outlet.
13. A washing machine comprising a detergent box according to any one of claims 10 to 12.
